[Music] hi fantastic future people today i'm gonna show you how to make it fantastic risotto i'm going to show you how to make three of my favorite in this video first of all of all let me show you how to make a basic risotto which is risotto in bianco the word bianco is white because use the fantastic white rice so simple to make it is incredible you need half onion you chop very very very fine for two people you use 25 grams of a batter a little touch of olive oil about half a tablespoon stir it when it's almost melted over the alf onions i sweat okay one finger of a celery the perfect measurements very very fine that's good sweat it all up please come on you need about 100 grams per persons of rice you're only going to use risotto rice can you hear that crackling the rice is cry
