HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN CRUNCHY BUNS STEP BY STEP

hello everyone and welcome to my channel in this video I'll be showing you how to make a very crunchy buns and to get started I was tired by missing the dry ingredients and I will be adding our purpose flour into a large bowl now add sugar baking powder salt and nutmeg and I will whisk everything together and make sure all the dry ingredients is well combined and I will add Bora and the Bora is at room temperature and I will use a pastry blender to blend it together [Music] so that is done and I will put that aside in another Bowl I will be cracking into eggs [Music] and I will we start together [Music] and that is done I will put that aside and next I'm going to be jetting out one limo with my grater and I want to say a big thank you to my new and my old subscribers you guys are amazing and if you are not yet subscribed to my channel already please subscribe and put all the notification bill so you get notified each time I upload video [Music] so that is done as well [Music] so I'll go ahead to add the lemon sets into the dry ingredients I'll add in the eggs and milk I'm using evaporated milk you can use any milk of your choice and I'm gradually going to be adding the milk till I get the consistency that I'm looking for and the milk is at room temperature [Music] the buzz dough should not be too thick and it should not be too light as well is going to be in between and that is done I'm going to leave it to rest for about 15 minutes so next I'll be adding some oil to deep fry the balls into the pan [Music] so the oil is being on the fire for a wine now I'm going to be using a stick to test it to see if the oil is hot so the oil is hot already is time to start scooping in the bounce dough and I'll be using ice cream scoop you can't do this by hand as well and I'm frying on medium heat so I had to use my skewer to flip them around [Music] so once the buns are golden brown they are ready I'm gonna be taking them out of the oil and this bones was super crunchy outside super moist inside and it tasted super delicious and I want to thank you all so much for watching remembers and I will see you in my next video bye [Music]
