hey guys welcome back to my Channel today we're gonna be working on some tackles on the past or some pork tacos Mexican style yummy stay tuned for the recipe hey guys the first thing that we're gonna work on is our meat marinade here I have my Chile's already washed and I have one half of a large onion and like always down in our description you'll find the quantity and all of our ingredients that you will need for everything so I'm gonna separate my half onion just so it could be easier to blend I'm gonna go ahead and add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar which is hella important for this sauce I have here 3 whole cloves of garlic 2 bay leaves and 2 whole cloves okay now that I added all that stuff to our saucepan I'm gonna go ahead and bring it to the slope and cook all of this for about five minutes until our onion and Chile's get softened up you don't want to overcook it just once you see that or your Taylors are softened and your onions cooked a little bit then you go ahead and remove it so once you have your Chile's cook you're gonna go ahead and bring that saucepan over to your blender and pour everything in there Chile's juice and everything and then we're gonna start adding all of our rest of our dry ingredients here I have a tablespoon of paprika one tablespoon of cumin one tablespoon of salt I went ahead and used kosher salt for this one tablespoon of dried thyme 1 package of sazon Goya with piccata and one tablespoon of whole oregano okay now we're gonna go ahead and add about three to four whole black peppercorns or if you want you could use just regular black pepper used about a tablespoon of it there once we have our black peppercorns in we're gonna go ahead and add our mixture of pineapple juice and orange juice I used about a third of a cup of each and then I went ahead and blend this together and this will be our marinade pace for our meat okay so here I have about five or six pounds of pork shoulder meat that I had already cleaned up and sliced up for this recipe I went ahead and added it to a bowl and my marinade sauce also into a mixing bowl and I went ahead a mix this together to make sure I started off with about half of my marinade sauce and then I added the rest of them I remove remaining sauce onto it and then I just gave it a good mix make sure that all my pieces got covered you know if you feel like you wanna do this a different way like do a steak buy steak individually just to make sure that everything gets covered up go ahead - feel free to do it this was just my way I felt like it was easier way I just mixed gave it a good mix make sure that all my pieces got covered up once you have all this mixed in together you're gonna want to marinate this for a minimum of three hours or longer I went ahead and left mine in the fridge for about a day and a half which you will work out with even way better came out really good so just go ahead it all depends on how how soon you want your tacos [Music] alright guys we're back it's been about a day and a half since we put our meat into our fridge to marinate it's looking good so while carburetor looks like those marinades soaked into the meat which that's a great thing so my intent was to try to do a mini drone ball at home which worked out pretty good for me I just used pretty much some thick pieces of pineapple and a few skewers that bamboo skewers I used about rowdy four to five just to try to keep my throne hold up and so I won't tilt over you could try doing this yourself or you could cook your meat individually on an iron skillet which will work out also obviously cooking it on an iron skillet will it'll be way faster this technique that I use for the home film bowl and in the oven took me about two hours for it to cook so it's all up to you whether or what I pretty much did I just just layered my meat lay your acting layer on the on the skewers until I got to the top just topped it off with uh some extra pieces of pineapple and I actually added some pineapple extra pieces of pineapple throughout the layers of meat just so that juice could penetrate the meat a little bit better given that I would give it an extra little flavor so it's just your your choice of which way you want to go either try doing this or just cooking it separately on a skillet [Music] alright guys so this was the result of my mini throne poll prior to me putting it in love and I topped it off with some pineapple that extra sauce that I had from the marinade I just topped it off on top of the meat just to base it off a little bit more so I put my baking tray in the oven I preheated my oven at 350 degrees and I pretty much let it cook for about two hours I checked that at about an hour 45 minutes just felt that I needed a little bit more and I just pushed it to two hours and came out good at two hours alright guys so after two hours this is how our thrombo ended up looking and looked so amazing the smell was extremely extremely extremely good I was just dying to make some tacos already but just look at this so guys while your meat is cooking take advantage of that time to prep your toppings for your tacos I pretty much used of authentic ones cilantro Savoia Robin Ito's which is radish I went ahead and made or salsa at that time muscle I made a chili arbol salsa which came out amazing it was perfect for these tacos so I'll go ahead and try that out alright guys so this was the final product this is how my tacos came out they were extraordinarily amazing the taste was just a spot on the salsa that I made free which is perfect it was just a perfect combination the salsa Roja I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe and if you guys try it out make sure to drop a comment and make sure to give me a thumbs up and make sure to subscribe to our channel and share this video [Music]
