How to Make Cheese Leather (Cracker?)

let's make cheese leather so I accidentally made this the last time I made grilled cheese the cheese was just oozing off the sandwich and onto the pan and then it got stuck and I scraped it off and it pretty much became this little cheese leather cracker material let's cut a pan on low heat add some butter I got some medium cheddar havarti and I'll also add a bit of Parmesan now we just want to wait until this crisps up and turns a bit Brown then we can flip it and wait until the other side also turns brown and if you want to make this as authentic as possible just go to the couch and forget about it I'm just kidding don't do that but you want to put this on low heat and make sure it doesn't get too high because then it just might burn so you want to slowly get to that nice crispy Brown texture
