How to make a neon title in VSDC Free Video Editor?

hey guys welcome back to nextgen blogger and in this video i will show you how to make a neon title in vstc free video editor so this video is really going to be an interesting video because i had a lot of fun preparing for this video and i'm 100 sure you will also have a lot of fun when you do this tutorial so without further delay let's get started now if you don't know what a neon title looks like i have a sample for you so this is what a neon title looks like and we will be creating something similar like this in vsdc so without further delay let's get started now let me just first write some text on my screen so let me just write the text uh maybe how to make a and let me just quickly change the font to french script ms and change the font size to somewhere around 250. let me just center align the text and that's it how to make a so this is my first text let me just write another text which will contain neon title so let me just write neon title in this text box let me just change the font to impact and font size to maybe somewhere around 350. let me just center align it [Music] and let me just increase increase the font text box all right so now i have written my text i have written two text as you can see this is how to make a and the second is neon title now to the next thing which you need to do is decrease the opacity of neon title so i have selected neon title go to this option called more tools right here and no not more tools go to text color and decrease the opacity of this one right here and as you can see as i have decreased the opacity to zero percent the neon title kind of completely vanished but don't worry the next thing which you need to do is select this option right here called contour color and go to more colors and maybe let me just write ff a0 ff and let me just click on ok and as you can see there is a little neon effect which is visible so let's just increase the counter thickness to somewhere around maybe maybe somewhere around 21 pixels all right all right okay now the next thing which you need to do is use the shadow effect so let me just select the first text which is how to make a double click on that go to video effects go to transforms uh not transforms maybe where is the shadow effect in okay go to special effects and select shadow and click on ok now inside the properties window you will find this shadow effect settings and we will do a couple of changes here so the light angle is currently 45 so change it to 0 and shadow distance is also 10 so change it to 0 and change the shadow color change the shadow color to just a second change the shadow color to um change the shadow color to 87 255 and again 255 and you will find this shadow max size and increase it from 10 to 80 and intensity is currently zero change that 200 as you can see you have that lighting effect around the text how to make a this text has that lighting effect you can go back to the second text which is the neon title go to video effects go to uh special effects select shadow click on ok same settings are already applied just decrease in this change intensity from 100 to 0 and as you can see you have the neon title neon style title on the screen you can make couple of changes here so let me just quickly align this take let me take it to somewhere to the center of the screen and let me just maybe uh use couple of effects so let me just maybe first of all use a fade in effect which will apply the fade in effect and again let me just go to the second text and let me just go to video effects transparency again let me just select the failing effect now if i just play the video for you okay let me just now quickly apply some glitch effect also so if i just go to the first text again and if i just go to video effects special effects glitch click on ok uh change the duration to maybe somewhere around 266 milliseconds and place it immediately after the fade in effect so the fading effect is of one second so place it immediately after the fading effect um in the preset select maybe some just displacement yeah that's the correct one just displacement similarly go back select neon title go to video effects go to special effects select glitch and click on ok again change the duration to somewhere around 266 milliseconds and place it just after the fade in effect so one and select the preset as again just displacement and now let me just play the video for you watch the video on the screen so this is how you can actually make a neon title in vsdc it's actually super easy if you go through these steps you will you know 100 understand you need to make use of the shadow effect to you know get this neon tidal effect share with me your thoughts in the comment section below like the video and subscribe to my youtube channel and i will again see you in the next video till then thanks for watching
