Create Cinematic Intro Titles in VSDC Free Video Editor

hey guys welcome back to nextgen blogger and in this video i want to show you how you can create a cinematic intro title in vstc free video editor now it's actually super easy to create a cinematic intro title in vstc so without further delay let's get started now as you can see i've already imported my demo video in the editor so first of all let me just quickly play this video for you and what i intend to do is i intend to write some text on top of this video and then we will also apply couple of effects on our text so go to add object go to text click on text and then click on ok now mark your text object on top of your video like this so somewhere around the center and let me just write something inside my text box so let me just write let's say cinematic just a second let me just turn on the caps lock and now let me just write cinematic titles and let me just center align my text let me also change the let me also change the font from ariel to something else so let me just select let's say monsterart black so let me just select monsterart black and let me also increase the font size to somewhere around to somewhere around i guess to somewhere around 168 pixels perfect let me also make my text look italic so let me just select my text let me just select my text and you will find this fox italic option present right here so you simply click on that and that will make your text look italic perfect now the next thing which we will do is we will double click on our text object and we will start adding our our effects so the first effect which i would like to add is the fade in effect so go to video effects go to transparency select fade in and then click on ok and now let me just quickly play the video for you so this is how my text is kind of fading in on top of my video and we will add a couple of other effects as well so the second effect which i would like to add is the is the wipe transition but not in a transition way but rather at the beginning of my video so let me just go to video effects let me just go to transitions select wipe and then click on ok and what i need to do is inside the type i need to select the type random strips and mode is horizontal so that's fine inside directly currently false is selected so let me just change this to true and i need to place my wipe transition properly so i don't want this to start right at the beginning of my video or right at the beginning of my text so i will place it with 500 milliseconds delay so let me just zoom in my timeline so that things are clearly visible all right so my fade in effect just a second let me just zoom in a little bit more so my fade in effect is starting at zero seconds and ending at one second and so let me just place my wipe transition at 500 milliseconds on the timeline so currently it is at 433 milliseconds so let me just place it at 500 milliseconds perfect so my wife transition is coming on the screen with a 500 millisecond delay so now if i just quickly play the video for you right here is my fade in effect and then the vibe transition perfect let me just once again quickly play the video for you so my text fades in and then you get the random strips wipe transition now one final thing which i would like to do is i would like to add a zoom in effect so for that go to video effects go to transforms select zoom and then click on ok perfect and now what i need to do is i need to i need to specify the duration of my zoom effect properly so currently the duration of my zoom effect is the entire duration of my text and so let me just shorten the duration of my zoom effect to let me just shorten the duration of my zoom effect to somewhere around three seconds perfect and look inside the zoom settings which is present inside the properties window and we're interested in this option called levels where currently 100 is there so first of all change this from constant parameter value to linear parameter change so that we get two values hundred hundred and now change the values from hundred hundred to sixty hundred six zero sixty and hundred perfect and so now if i just quickly play the whole video for you once again right here comes my text fading in and it's also zooming in at the same time so my text is fade in fading in as well as zooming in and then at 500 milliseconds i got the wipe transition random strip swipe transition so let me just quickly play this whole thing for you once again from the start so this is how my cinematic intro title is looking cinematic title is looking basically let me just quickly play this thing in preview as well so that things are clearly visible right here is my text perfect perfect so this is how you can actually create this kind of cinematic intro title in vhtc free video editor do let me know your thoughts in the comment section below like the video and subscribe to my youtube channel i will against in the next video till then thanks for watching
