How to make a GTAG fan game Part 1 | The Basics

gorilla typ fan game so first we're going to go to Unity if you haven't already installed it you can just go to Unity download will be.com slown you click download for Windows once you set that up you're going to go over here to installs you're going to do install editor you're going to download 2022 3.4 F1 you select everything to do with Android which should be just right here once you do that you click continue for your information this will take a while but once you once you open it I'll tell you how to do it once you're done doing that you go to new project you're going to go to 3D you're not actually going to do VR but you're going to do 3D you're you're going to name your project whatever your game name is because that's what will that's what it will show while testing with apks anyways we're going to click create project anyways once you're done downloading it you'll see this we're going to go to edit project settings we're going to go to XR plug-in management and click install you're going to click on this monitor we're going to click on open XR anyways once you're here it'll say this warning just click yes and now you wait now once you're here you're going to click this little warning sign and you're going to click fix all so while you're doing this it will say this and you just click edit you're going to go over to here and you're going to click this plus sign do valve index controller and then do Oculus touch controller profile now once you're here you're going to be on this monitor thing still and you're going to click from single pass to multi pass and then you're going to go to Android and do the same thing anyways now we're going to go to Android we're going to click this plus and do Oculus touch controller profile once you do that we're going to go to XR and you're going to click on Android and you're just going to do Oculus anyways now we're going to go to Oculus you're going to click on this Monitor and you're going to do from single pass to multi pass and do the same thing for Android so turn on glz and now it'll say Target devices you can do Quest 2 or Quest Pro and Target devices that means it'll try to find people that are on the device that you select and now we're done with those settings go to window package manager and now we're going to do this plus button from get URL and you're going to be typing in com. unity. xr. interaction. toolkit you just click add and now we're going to find interaction XR interaction toolkit we do samples you're going to do starter assets anyways now we're going to go to assets samples XR interaction 2.5.2 starter assets and now we're going to go to presets and you're just going to add all of [Music] them now we're going to go to edit project settings reset manager and this bottom one we're going to do left um excuse me left and right you're going to go to this GitHub page like in description and you're basically going to download Unity [Music] package it'll once you click on it it'll bring you here and you just click this download and you double click it and if it doesn't have everything checked you can just click all and you click import and now we're going to go to edit project settings we're going to go to player and you're going to have whatever your version is I'm just going to put it as one because that is what the version is going to be currently and also make sure this is on 6.0 marshmallow you go to the bottom you click publishing settings and you're now going to do custom key store we going to click key store manager key store create new anywhere and you're just going to put this wherever you [Music] want a starter pack key store I'm going to put it inside the starter pack you're going to make a password password do a pass password or whatever password just don't put to password you're going to do password then password and you're going to do organization and you put it to your name Al however you spell this I don't even know how to say it you're going to put it to whatever your game name is ADD key you click yes file build settings click Android and also you're just going to click such platform once you wait for this to load to click ACTC you're going to click do all compatible devices and copy these exact settings I'll have a screenshot right here every time you want to build a game you just click build and then it should build the game next tutorial will show you how to build a map I'm just going to create a quick one so you can play test your game put a cube scale it out [Music] and you're going to drag resources gorilla prefab and gorilla rig it will spe two blocks do not skill the gorilla rig that's bad and you could keep it like this you could add some platforms I really do not care and [Music] also we should be
