hey if you want to learn how to make a burger bowl stay tuned welcome back we are back in the kitchen instead of on the water miss paul has been gone to the beach for a week a week i've been here by my lonesome and uh i'm fixing to cook at some ribs these are gonna take five hours this is a of course i use stone's recipe it's gonna be two hours with the bone up like that but you put the meat up for two hours and then on about 225 and then you take it and wrap it in get you some aluminum foil put you some butter in there and then you want the meat down and i'll put that on there for two hours and then after two hours i'll take that oil off and you gotta be careful because it'll fall off the bone and then i'm going to put it made up and then i'm going to put some barbecue sauce on it very light with the bone up unwrap for about 30 minutes and then that'll tighten it up and it's going to be good but since that takes so long i'm also going to make some canned stuffed cheeseburgers because they don't take but about 30 minutes and i'm hungry here's what i got i got me some bell pepper i like the flashy colors i don't like the green the green gives me anything but i like the flashy colors these are the orange and the red and the yellow i like him i got my onion purple i like my purple onion got me some baby bellas i got me a pan on two pans on so i like a big pan because i don't i want to spray it out i don't want them sitting on each other i need to put a little butter in there i'm gonna stay away from the microwave with this butter remember what happened last time i had butter and microwave that wasn't good little teriyaki i like to put teriyaki on there we may add a little more later a little garlic next i like boy it's gonna be good it's gonna be good good good i'm gonna whack these up she went to the beach with the girl i'm not gonna saute these just because i like them a little crunchy can you smell that cut this all right i'm gonna cut it down now i just got them going on different because i cook this i use the garlic and teriyaki in there and i just want that on my mushrooms i don't want it on my other stuff i'm gonna cook these on down i'd always buy 80 20. i just like it better i just like it better i'm not gonna put any salt and pepper on it because i got some pit ball stuff here this is for burgers i'm gonna put a little liquid smoke in there not a whole lot mix it all up good i'm gonna make me a big old meatball maybe a little bigger do you say that big old meatball get that and then you bring that meat up all around make you a volcano that grease i'll hold that bacon and put me a couple of cheese blocks down in there put him some onion down in there oh [Music] we'll put some mine come on don't fall over on me put some of this in there gotta put some mushrooms in there do that [Music] this is gonna be awesome all right let me go turn the grill on turn this on to 225. i'm gonna go get the stuff and bring out here this is gonna take about 30 minutes that's gonna take five hours while that's cooking we munch on that i hope that bacon stick got some good looking bacon you get thinner bacon and it'll stick because that grease let's put the prize on put the prize right there here we go now we wait my bacon ain't gonna do it i need that thin stuff we'll show you a picture of it that one's doing right but that bacon's too thick but i bet you they still gonna be good i'm a wheat you don't want to see white smoke you see white smoke it's time to clean your grill that's crystal but that blue smoke that's the smoke you want and how you get these pet balls is to smoke up because you have a setting you see that it says piece set i'll turn it off for just a minute well i'm gonna turn you turn it to the smoke you see p5 right there that's what you wanted on p5 it's p6 p7 it's got some old p.o there's that was no smoke that's a little bit of smoke p126 the long bigger the number the more smoke and i always use mesquite hardwood i hadn't tried the other apple or other stuff but mesquite's been doing me good so i'm gonna stick with it time to pull them here's my baby oh yeah [Music] too thick of bacon can't use thick bacon oh oh yeah medium on the inside [Music] we didn't go 18 this is a little appetizer while we waiting on the finale all right there you go cameraman we'll give you the best piece because you got to be nice to them camera guys nicer you are to the camera guys more you show up on tv [Applause] there's mine there's this let's see [Laughter] that's some good seasoning all right quick and easy look saute you some vegetables whatever vegetables you want i like the bell pepper you can saute the onions in there i i prefer not to put you some blocks of cheese in the bottom and then put your thumb on top wrap it in bacon 40 minutes on the grill it takes longer to saute the vegetables it does to cook or you can cook it longer however wellness you want it the meat done but that's a quick and easy meal my wife loves it it's real good i'm gonna finish eating this let the camera guy get him some don't forget to like and subscribe and we'll see you next week [Music] you
