this video will teach you how to lose a dream right now two nights when you fall asleep there are a lot of lucid dreaming tutorials here on this channel but this technique is by far the easiest to use especially if you are a beginner who doesn't have a lot of experience with lucid dreaming for those who don't know lucid dreaming is basically when you realize inside of a dream that you are dreaming if life was minecraft it would be like setting your game mode to creative because you can essentially do whatever you want you can fly teleport drive a Lamborghini go to the Travis Scott fortnight concerts creates anything you can imagine and yes you can even go to the movies or visit a grocery store now this all sounds pretty exciting but you might be wondering okay well how can I actually control my dreams without putting in a lot of effort as it turns out there is a very simple technique that you can use tonight to have a lucid dream and it only takes a few minutes to do the technique that I am going to be teaching you is extremely popular for beginners and that's because a lot of people have success with it it was created by dr. Stephen Laberge who is an expert in the study of lucid dreaming and the technique is called mild mild stands for mnemonic induction of lucid dreams before I explain exactly how it works make sure that straight into the video when you are lying in bed tonight close your eyes and think of a simple phrase you can choose something like I will have a lucid dream tonight or I am dreaming whatever you decide to use make sure that it's short and easy to remember once you've chosen your phrase repeat it in your mind again and again and again imagine the phrase being engraved into your memory so that all you can think about are those words I will have a lucid dream or whatever you decide to choose focus on those words and really mean them and if your mind gets distracted bring it back and keep going repeat the phrase over and over until you are about to fall asleep this could take anywhere from three to ten minutes but as soon as you are ready you can move on to the final step with your eyes still closed imagine that now you are inside of a dream visualize your surroundings in as much detail as you can when you are ready repeat your special phrase in your mind one more time tonight I will have a lucid dream imagine yourself realizing that everything around you is a dream and from there start doing anything you want like flying or creating dream characters or meeting your favorite celebrity at this point you are just daydreaming but by pretending that you are in a real lucid dream you are setting the expectation that the next dream you have will be like this as you are doing this continue to repeat the phrase to yourself over and over so that it really gets drilled into your mind during this process you will likely fall asleep and if that happens that is completely okay because as long as you've gotten this far you have done all of these steps needed to fall asleep and have a lucid dream the trick to getting mild to work is to have your very last thought before you go to sleep to be about lucid dreaming when this happens and you fall asleep and enter your next dream there is a really good chance that you will continue to repeat the phrase to yourself in your dream and if that happens you will instantly become aware that you are dreaming and it will turn into a lucid dream okay so now that I've told you how to use the mild technique I'm going to give you three very important steps that you need to follow if you want to have the best chances of this working being able to remember at least one dream every morning will have a huge impact on whether or not this technique works for you if you can't remember your dreams they are probably not very vivid and the chances of you becoming lucid in them will be quite low even if you manage to have a lucid dream you will not be able to remember much of it when you wake up the good thing is that it's not that hard to train yourself to remember your dreams all you need to do is write them down every morning and overtime your dreams will become a lot more vivid I actually just uploaded a video on the channel about how to remember your dreams so if you want to learn more about this definitely go ahead and check it out reality checks are something that every lucid dreamer should be doing throughout the day ask yourself am I dreaming while performing a specific test to see whether or not you are in fact in a dream an example of this is pushing your finger through your palm and seeing if it goes through if it does you know 100% that you are dreaming when you do reality checks when you are awake nothing will happen but by doing them enough these reality checks will slowly start appearing in your dreams causing you to randomly become lucid even if you're not trying this is what makes reality checks so powerful especially for beginners if you want to learn more about them like how often you should be doing reality checks or the different tests that you can do I have a video all yourself up during the night around three to five hours after you fall asleep sit up in your bed for a few minutes and think about lucid dreaming and then go back to sleep while using the mild technique doing this will cause your dreams to become more vivid and there is a way better chance of you succeeding and that's about it if you want to control your dreams tonight follow the steps in
