How To Install The Mc Command Center Mod For Sims 4 | 2024

[Music] hi simmers in this video I'm going over how to download the MC Command Center mod um this is a very popular mod so um please just bear with me I always go to the website to install this mod but you can use curse Forge as well so you want to go ahead and click the download MCCC button right here in the top left corner um at this point this is where you will click um the MC Command Center release button here and then underneath this you'll click the MC woohoo so those both can download I still do both um it also lets you know what changes have been made so it says changes needed for December 5th 2023 EA update so basically they're letting you know that they've made the necessary changes for the update all right they also let you know what it will and may you know what it will and will not be compatible with so please make sure you always read through descriptions guys all right at this point this is where you want to go ahead and just go to the file Explorer icon at the bottom because now we have already downloaded the necessary links and we're going to double click the download folder at this point this is where you want to extract both files so to do that guys if you're a Mac User you would have clicked finder window then you would have selected downloads all right and then for Mac users double click and it will open in a blue folder but if you are a window user you will just rightclick the file and select extract or extract all okay at this point this will open the file mine opens to let me know what's inside and then right click the woohoo package as well and extract that as I said Mac users you guys just double click and they will open in blue folders all right if you guys are using some kind of EX ractor app that is fine don't worry about it just use that app to open the file all right put this in a comfortable position go to the bottom of the screen and then right click the file Explorer icon again when you're here go ahead and locate the documents folder then locate the Electronic Arts folder after doing that double click the Sims 4 folder then double click the mods folder at this point you want to get both of these inside of this mods folder so we're just going to Boop that in there when you double click that woohoo package this is all you should see and then we're going to go ahead and go back and then we're going to get the MC Command Center and drag that in here be careful to not get it inside I try to avoid putting folders inside of folders because it makes it hard to look for folders when I need them okay so yeah and then double click that MC folder and this is all you should see as well as long as you see that you're good to go guys you can feel free to enable your game option settings if you have not already you do need those settings enabled for this mod to work you need script for mods enabled and custom content okay if you guys do not know how to do that I have a video covering that on my channel so go check that out and in the case that you guys still have questions and you're still lost I do have a website called simplicity.com the link is in the description below that website will provide you two ebooks that will be helpful to your mod process all right so thank you guys so much for watching if this was helpful let me know in the comment section below like the video sub to the channel if you haven't already and thank you guys so so much for watching I'm wishing you guys a wonderful rest of the day [Music]
