How to install OpenMMD step by step

hello guys so in this video i'm going to show you how to install openmmd project step by step first we need to download the project itself open this link or just google it the first link here we go to installation google drive and download once the file is downloaded let's unpack it here it is now we need to rename it and also we need to modify this file for this you can use any text editor you want i'm using sublime and here we need to remove last words like this save it and also we need to rename this file with shutter japanese name to one.csv okay so that's it with this part now we need to install python and some libraries now let's download anaconda open anaconda.com download to so open anaconda and now we need to install python 3.5 because we need the first tensorflow that requires that old python so please be patient because this can take really a while so it took about 45 minutes to set up the python in the process it was complaining about a lot of conflicts and so on but i'm honestly just ignoring it now let's create environment ah sorry calm down activate great so let's install some other libraries that i mentioned here the last one is not mentioned here but i remember it asked for it so let's install it as well great so hopefully we are done with the installation let's test the project i prepared video a girl dancing and run cmd activate tensorflow now path of video let's put it here so it will be just a dancing and before number of people won so it's processing i couldn't get it working for more than one person in the video so i recommend you choosing a video with one person now we need to enter this folder 3d close here and run this file it asks for json folder it's over here soon one person now great now we need to enter this folder fcr n and run video to depth our video is here uh it asks for this folder let me copy it and okay and the last step we need to convert that to vmd so over here uh enter this folder steam vmd 3d pose and run 3d to vmd enter uh it asks for that json folder and hitting arrow up on my keyboard i can toggle my entries and find it here it's born slash one dot csv enter enter enter enter enter and enter now so great here's our vmd file by the way each time you're starting a new conversion please be sure that you've deleted these folders starting with json and this video so make a mic dance here you can switch to english first we'll load model open great and now we load our file load motion data open mmd it's here okay and play so here how it works i hope this video will help you guys to install this software basically what i did here i downloaded the project modified it a bit downloaded anaconda with python 3.8 and also installed python 3.5 thus i got two python versions because some libraries require python 3.5 and some require a newer ur1 then i created a new environment and installed the libraries that's it in my next video i'll show how to transfer this animation to another character in maya edited with humanik or custom rig thank you for watching
