How to install fsr 3 mod in gta 5 in 2024 and boost fps

to the particular group hey everyone welcome back to the channel welcome back to the big video GTA 5 SE 3 uh before starting the mod I want to just tell some things like the previous mod for GTA V FS 3 actually that was not FS 3 that was dss3 cards it was only working on the RTX cards so yeah this time it will work on uh on all modern cards like uh this one got the FSA 3 xcss and also the dlss so RTX users can also use the dlss and how do I mute the radio okay uh so yeah which I was talking about uh the RTX card users can also use the DSs and rest of the card users can use the xcss or X FSR that's totally up to you so yeah I've not activated the mod and I'm getting around 80 to 90 FPS on 1080 very high settings so you need to set some settings in game in order to make the mod work uh I will show you now uh so you want to go to the setting then Graphics uh first you will want to set the direct t version to DirectX 11 then you will want to set the screen type to Windows Bess do not use full screen or window uh resolution that's totally up to you turn on the fxa or not that's totally up to you but don't turn on the msaa and txaa uh if you turn these two things on MSA and txa the mod will not work and rest of the settings I found that very high settings are totally working fine with this mod so you can uh set these rest of the settings to totally up to you like medium low high very high whichever your PC supports so yeah uh with this mods uh I'm getting around 90 to 100 FPS 80 90 100 FPS so yeah let's begin the video is going to be a little bit longer cuz it's a lengthy process so do stick with the video and don't skip any steps uh check out this school wallpaper like uh GTA 6 Taylor playing in the windshield of the car okay so we will need this two Zips one is open 4 for GT5 and another one is Thea 3 mode so we're going to extract both to the desktop now we need to open the open for uh ZIP uh the folder and we want to run it at administrator now you will need to install it uh you will need in internet connection maybe 20 megab or so to install this open for mode and there it will ask you permission to download 20 megabytes now the installation is complete and you will see that open 4 has been arrived on your desktop the shortcut so you will want to open it now after opening uh you will need to select GTA V Windows version so click on it uh now it will ask you for the directory of GTA V uh so locate the GTA5 directory for me which is uh like right here uh we will want to select this particular folder we don't need to go inside and select everything so we will just click on browse then go to the folder and here you can see this is the GT5 folder like this GT5 don't go inside just select this folder outside and click on the select folder and now it will show you that we have successfully found the GTA 5 and everything click on the continue and it will tell you to to back up the original files so if you have a space and you want to back up the original files you can just do it or you can just CL click on the continue now it will SE some encryption keys and everything okay the mod is now here uh now we want to open the second zip FS 3 zip uh side by side here like this and open up the folder now we will want to click on the edit mode of the app and it will prompt so click on yes and it will ask you for installing the plugins so click on the SI manager and here you can see uh three things just click on install of every other option uh no need to click on allow edits just click on yes and click install like install every three settings then click on the close and uh make sure that edit mode is turned on uh and then you just want to select everything from the zip and just drag it here so uh it will not show you like the mods is coming in or everything but it will be there like uh the mod is right here and the dxgi I think it will be also uh where dxgi yeah it's also here and everything GTA5 that will be also here I think uh yeah this is also here so yeah after doing this uh we just want to click on the edit mode again like uh this and we just want to close this open for and Run the game and I will show rest of the settings in game okay we are back in the game and as you can already see the FPS has increased to 185 uh cuz uh the setting is by default enabled so you will need to press the home key like you will need to press the home key and you will see this kind of UI so you need to drag the smaller one to the right side if you want to make it more clear and you can see here everything is here like uh you want to by default it will be something like uh this I think something like this I think so yeah like this uh 80 to 90 FPS so you will need to click on the home button and then uh before clicking the enable you want to select the upscaler like if you are on RTS card you can just select the dlss but if you are on other cards uh you will need to select uh xcss or FSA 3 so XCS is also good uh FSA 3 is also good so I'm just going to select FSA 3 now click on the enable click on enable frame generation and enable Hood fix now click on the home key again and it will get hidden and now you can enjoy super smooth uh game play like 150 FPS uh you can also use the D DS also yeah I'll switch to dlss after a few seconds of playing with X FSR 3 then I'll also switch to xcss also so the video really like it SS a little bit sharpness cuz by default with this Mod The Game's Graphics gets a little bit softer I think so uh also a few other things like the NV or the rehad mods I don't know if they are compatible or not I am just using this mod on the van vanilla version of the GT5 so it's totally fing working fine with the van vanilla version I have not test Ed it with nve or any kind of reshet mods so you do try and let me know if it's working or not and yeah now let's just switch to xcss once and then I'll end the video Fant never heard XS also looks good so yeah you can use any uh one of these three also there is no hood flicker as you can see the uh map is not flickering or anything that's because of the hood fix like if you click on home and if you disable the hood fix and then if you like around you can see the map is flickering so yeah you do need to enable the hood fix from the uh UI so yeah enjoy this uh I'll see you guys in the next one and until then cheers happy gaming
