How To Install QuantV Graphics Mod | Best Graphics Mod for Free!! | #gta5mods

[Music] hello everybody and welcome back to another GTA 5 tutorial today we're going to be teaching you how to install Quant V the best graphics mod in my opinion for GTA 5 I absolutely love it it makes the game looks so realistic and I've had a lot of you to ask me what Graphics mod do you use this is it it's free there's no charge and it's my favorite in the best in my opinion for graphics mod so let's goe and get into it let's go ahead and start downloading some stuff now for those of you that are you know have already been modding and you already have open 4 um that's perfectly fine you're going to want to skip ahead um basically I'm going to take this as if you know you've never installed mods before and we're going to install open 4 and then we're going to install the graphics mod so I'm going to make sure that no matter who's watching everyone is able to get it done and put in correctly so the very first thing and I'm going to make sure I leave these links down in the description for you guys the very first thing you're going to want to do is go ahead and download open IV so open for you're going to click download right here and you're going to go in here and you're going to click open file just like that you're going to go right here where it says English you're going to click continue and you could scroll through here read all that stuff and then hit I accept to the terms of this agreement click continue and it's going to install it right there so you're going to go ahead and click continue continue right here and it's going to create a desktop icon for you so we're going to click yes and we are going to go ahead and start installing open four once this gets installed we're going to walk you guys through some stuff so we're going to click close on this open for is on your PC I'm going to walk you guys through on how to open that up but we're going to go to steam first if you have your game on Steam you're going to follow these steps if you have it through epics as long as you find where your GTA5 main directory is you are good to go so go to your GTA V main directory if you got it through Steam you go steam Library gr Theft Auto 5 right click hit manage and browse local files this is going to pull up your GTA 5 main directory inside here if you do not have a mods folder already you're going to want to create one by right clicking go to folder and create a new mods folder all lowercase letters m ODS okay so all lowercase letters so create a new mods folder and now what we are going to do is we are going to go ahead and go down here where it says type to search and we're going to type in open for so open IV just like that you're going to open that up and you're going to go right here where it says Grand Theft Auto 5 you're going to click windows and it's going to ask you for the Grand Theft Auto 5 location so what you want to do up here since we just went through Steam this is your GTA V main directory and this is where it wants open four to find so open four needs to find this to be able to make it compatible so what you want to do is just follow your route up at the top mine is not going to be the same as yours yours is going to be different so follow your route so mine says this pc windows C program files x86 steam steam apps common Grand Theft Photo 5 so what I'm going to do right here is I'm going to hit browse and I'm going to follow them steps right there so Windows C we're going to click on that we're going to go to steam so we're going to find steam actually it's program files x86 and then steam so program files we're going to find Steam and then it's steam apps and then it's common then in here you're going to find Grand Theft Auto 5 just click on it once do not go inside the folder just click on it one good time and click select folder then you're going to get all green lettering right here says open four can work with this file so we're going to go and click continue right here just like that click continue one more time and open for is going to open up for us inside open four we're going to walk you guys through some steps and then we're going to install Quant V so let's go and let this open up right here there we go so what you guys want to do is go up here to the top make sure you always hit edit mode click yes we're going to enlarge open 4 make sure you have a mods folder in here what you want to do is go to your update folder go and click inside there go update.rpf show mods folder so go and click show in mods folder and it should say copy the mods f for you if you're just starting this off so go ahead and click copy the mods F mine says show in mods F CU I already have it then we're going to click back up here to the top so we're going to go in here make sure you guys go to tools go to ASI manager make sure all three of these are installed okay it's going to ask you to do that from the very start it's going to be a prompt so make sure you guys install all three of these click close And now what you guys are going to do is see I already have Quant V in here but what you guys are going to do since you already went to the update folder and did all that you're just going to stay right here so now what we're going to do is we are going to go ahead and download Quant V I use winwire to open up my zip files so if you guys don't have anything to open up your zip file I'll leave this link down below you need to figure out if your PC is a 32bit or a 64 you just click on this download it to your PC and you'll be able to open up these zip files what we're going to do is go ahead and download this big shout out to the Creator absolutely love this uh Graphics mod is amazing like I stated in the beginning so what you guys are going to do is scroll down down here where you see download right here do not click these other downloads where you see the green buttons or anything like that go right here where it says download okay so you're going to click download like this and then you're going to go right here and you're going to click on this download link so you're going to click on that we're going to click X out of this right here and then right here we're going to go ahead and open this up with winmar so we going to hit open file and this is going to be the easiest part for you guys okay so before we install that we're going to go ahead and install script hook V so you do need script hook V for this to be able to work for you and the reason for that is there's a menu that comes with um it comes with Quant V so right right now what we're going to do is go to script V GTA 5 and I'll just leave the link down below so you guys know have to do what I am doing but what we're going to do is go to GTA V we're going to go right here where it says scrypt hog V and we're going to scroll down here where it says download so you're going to click download right here where it's in blue lettering so go ahead and click that and we're going to open that file up we're going to go to the bin folder and we're going to go to our GTA 5 main directory make sure we're not over any folders we're just going to be over here to the side so make sure you're not clicked on any folders click over here to the side we're going to take these three files and we are going to drag and drop onto our into our GTA V main directory so replace the files in destination just like so so script hook V is in there so now what we are going to do after we just downloaded we're going to pull up open four okay make sure you guys are up here GTAV we're going to go to our download for quantv so this is exactly what it's going to look like for you so you got manual install files you got optional you got uninstall and install files so we're going to go with the install file Quant V install all you have to do to get this to work is drag and drop into open 4 and right here you're going to see this message pop up I'm going to enlarge it for you okay what you want to do is hit this install button so go and hit that install it into the mods folder hit install and there you go you are installing it into the mods folder so once that is done it's going to let you know is good to go and then we're going to install a couple other things so installation succeeded now we're going to click close we're going to go back in here we're going to click on this folder so right here we're going to go to optional for optional you want reshade you want this reshade the reshade looks amazing okay so click on reshade you're going to do the same thing you're going to drag and drop in here but right now open IV open for will not allow you to do it so just click on mods folder and then go back to GTAV and now you can just drag and drop in there just like so click install click mods F click install and is installing this right here the Shader just makes the graphics that much better so we're going to let that install right there now we're going to click close so if we go back you have Corona removal you have no intro um you have vehic vehicle share and you also have darker kns the only ones that I use reshade right here and these other ones I don't really mess with um it doesn't really benefit me no way so I don't really use these now if you guys do want to install them just like the corona um that one right there is actually not that bad so if you wanted to use this it's the same method it's a oiv file you drag and drop and open for good to go and the same for the rest of these just drag and drop in there now you do have in here a uninstall so you can uninstall Quant V if you no longer want it okay so that's all you would have to do say you didn't want it no more you just drag and drop in here it would do the same thing and you uninstall it so Quan via is now in your game what we're going to do is jump inside the game and show you how to make your graphics look that much better inside the game with the custom menu for Quant V so let's jump over there so now that we're inside GTA 5 you're already going to tell from Quant V's Graphics mod that you just installed how much clearer the picture is the graphics are just absolutely amazing especially for a free Graphics mod in in my opinion this is the best graphics mod I absolutely love it it makes my game look so realistic you have the reflections and everything but there is a menu that you can use to make the graphics that much better so if you hit F5 on your keyboard go to graphics and go to I candy right here that will make the colors stand out in the game okay so it just makes the colors pop and also for your police lights it makes them a lot it it makes the police lights look a lot better so turn eye candy on and then I always turn motion BL off so I go in here and turn motion blur off um you have a lot of stuff that you can do in here you could change the time up you can also go to weather and you could change that up so let's go and turn rain on it's going to get a little bit loud right here we're going to wait until we get a rain puddle then we're going to turn it back to extra Sunny so we're getting the rain puddles that are coming in and the reflections off of them just look absolutely amazing so let's go back to extra sunny and you can see right here it looks really really good you got the building reflecting off the water on the ground and uh I'll tell you what it looks really really good especially when you put the weather in extra Sunny now you can hit F5 go to weather and go down here to Cloud Style and what I like to do is put it on cloudy right here so when you put it on cloudy and I could show you right here let's clear it so that's what it looks like as clear but if you put it to cloudy that's what it looks like and it looks so realistic it makes the sky just stand out and I love it I love it so there are the uh few things that I do to make my game look really really good especially when I'm doing patrols and
