hey guys welcome back to our Channel today I'm gonna show you how you can fix Ubisoft connect authentication ownership error so this error goes like there's a problem authenticating the ownership of the following product you can contact their support to fix it so you may have seen tutorials like you have to change your internet connection or you have to change your display settings but you do not need to do any of those as the error says that there is a problem with the ownership which directly refers to the accounts so the main problem why you are having this error is you are not using your account in which you have downloaded this game so first of all you have to switch to your Ubisoft connect account in which you downloaded the game which you are trying to access so for that first of all you can just open your Ubisoft connect application come into the games section and then check if you have installed that game or not after that you are gonna log out of your repairing account and then you are gonna log in into your previous account in which you have your game in it so for that you are gonna come into the upright section of Ubisoft connect and click on your account after that as you scroll down you can see this log out button you're gonna click on this after clicking on logout you will be just log out from your account and here you can log in your previous account in which you have your game downloaded so just type in your email and password for that account also check this remember me box to avoid logging in again and again and then click on login as you're logged in into your other account just come into the game section to confirm that you actually have your game downloaded over there after that just close your Ubisoft connect application from here and then right click on your taskbar and click on task manager here scroll down and see if you have your Ubisoft connect application over here if you do have your application you are gonna click on it and then click on and task it will completely just close Ubisoft connect and after that you are gonna restart your device once you have restarted your device you are again gonna open that game and I hope the issue is fixed for you even after changing your accounts if you still have this problem you are gonna uninstall the game and then again install it so to uninstall your game you are gonna come into your Ubisoft connect application and if you click on games here you will see all of your games you are gonna just move your cursor to the game and then click on this arrow on the lower side of your game and then click on uninstall to uninstall this game and then click on yes I hope after watching this video the problem is fixed for you
