How to Fix PS4 Controller that Won't PAIR to PS4 (Reset Blinking Controller)

hey everyone this is Tim from your sex Studios today in this video I'm going to show you how to fix when your PlayStation 4 controller will connect and pair to your PlayStation 4. and this is really easy to do now the first thing you want to try is flipping over your controller and then locate these small reset hole on the back of the controller and use a toothpick or a pin and hold this down for approximately 15 seconds so turn on your controller and then hold it down and you saw the light bar actually went ahead and turned off then after about 10 to 15 seconds you can let go and you can try turning on your controller and connecting wirelessly to your Playstation 4. so I do have my PlayStation 4 turned on and it was able to connect and pair now if it doesn't pair and connect wirelessly what we want to do is hold down the power button and you'll hear one beep initially and then about 10 seconds later you will hear another beep and our PS4 will completely turn off so I can see the light bar here is flashing and my PS4 is completely turned off now go to the back of the PlayStation and unplug it from the wall outlet for approximately one minute and then plug it back in and then locate a USB to micro USB cable and you may want two or three of these because some of these cables could be old and they may not work or connect or even charge your controller so have two at hand in case the first one doesn't work and you could try multiple different USB slots on your PlayStation 4. so you're not connecting to slot one go to slot two so let's plug it in to the front slot and then go to my controller and plug the micro USB end in and then try pressing the PlayStation button on the controller so let's press it and see if this turns on the PlayStation 4 and it did and if it's charging the controller whereas orange press the PlayStation button twice in a row and it should turn on so you can see it's charging and that means my PlayStation is restarting but press it again and it should be a solid blue indicating it's connected to my PlayStation 4. now if it doesn't connect with the cable another thing that you could try is holding down the share button and the PlayStation button at the same time so if we hold both these down at the same time my controller will enter the Bluetooth pairing mode like it is right now and it should be recognized by your PlayStation 4 if it's close enough and it should be a solid blue after a while so hopefully this video did indeed help you out did leave it a big Thumbs Up And subscribe my Channel Down Below for more Tech up videos coming up next on your six Studios [Applause]
