if I type Jupiter here as you can see I'm getting this error that says Jupiter is not recognized as an internal or external command now I'm pretty sure I had installed Jupiter but I still cannot use it from command line so let's see how we can fix this issue First Press windows and type jupyter notebook and if you have Jupiter installed it will appear as it is showing right now now click on open file location now these are the list of all the shortcuts so right click on this again and click open file location again and this is where my anaconda installation is now scroll up and go to this scripts folder inside the scripts if you press J as you can see I have my Jupiter here all right so what I need to do is I need to copy this and I need to add this to B variable so press windows again and type environment variable and this option will be shown click on this click on environment variables and double click on this and double click on this empty row at the bottom or click on new and just paste it here now click okay click okay again and you can close this now you can also click okay here and finally you'll be able to use the juper command but you'll have to restart this command prompt so close this and open your command prompt again and type your command this time as you can see J command is working now what you can do is run everything from your command notebook and your jupter notebook will open so this is how you can fix that error if you have any questions let me know in the comments below
