How to fix a slow filling or broken toilet

hey guys this is a quick guide on how to fix a slow filling slash broken toilet as you can hear it takes about five to ten minutes to refill this toilet when before it would take about 20-30 seconds so with this version of a toilet all you need to do to get the top off is unscrew the button at the top remove the lid and as you can see all that water coming from the right hand side that isn't right I mean you've got a busted inlet valve so the next step is you want to stop the water obviously so behind the toilet behind it all maybe to the left or right side there'll be a little valve which you'll need to turn to stop the water from coming into your toilet okay to start just take out this little plastic lever it should just pop out now you can unscrew the cover now there is a little notch on top of this cover and there's a little gap in the toilet system itself and I'll show you when you come to connect them back together you need to make sure they match up properly and wise it won't fit now my inlet valve got stuck in the system so I'm trying to get out my fingers but I won't be able to do it so I have to get a screwdriver or knife just to pop it out and here it is the cause of all your misery a stupid little valve that will have a little cut in it just wrote it over time now to recommend taking it out and then going to be in queue wix's because there are three or four different versions and you don't want to end up buying the wrong type as they are not universal okay then just pop it back together I'll see in the reverse order that you took it off and I'll see you don't forget the notches they will need to match otherwise won't create a water feel you put the plastic lever back in and make sure it clicks into place then put the cover back on turn the water back on from the behind toilet or from the side and give it a flush and you save yourself twenty thirty pounds
