just in case they ain't get the picture the first time around [Music] [Music] looks like we got some more fiberglass huh I got two front door panels 406 oh seven tahoe the customer want me to put two eights in it each door panel two sixes and two tweeters trying to come up with something I'm gonna put them back I'm gonna put eight here eight here and the sixes belong and the to Twitter over here that's some wood over here I'm gonna come over some with this water let me get out of this off the table and get set up I just set my door pounding on my piece of wood and kind of traced out the edge top the problem so I can know how much air I got to work with you can see the red line right here it's gonna handle the humble store it's from him here down so all this area here it's good so my position I all my speakers and this area here and come up with something like I'm gonna go with something like this here with the two gates up here and sixes and the Twitter's this Twitter here gonna be round by an original era of this one so what I'm gonna do here I'm gonna go ahead and cut the hose that flow [Music] you can see I got all my speakers stretched out where I want to position it now I'm just gonna go ahead and cut down the circ up so I can drop the speakers in and see what its gonna look like [Music] it's what I was going for a hill nothing to go heat and blowing it up I want it around the outside of it something like this and I thought y'all Merkel another one here back up the hill this would have gone for something like this [Music] it's gonna be something like that but what you do in order to get this door phone you just flip this over just take it uphill on you would just stress it out you have other bullet on its position where I want it I went on a June a red lamp when I needed to be set up it I also went on the drew a ladder up a hill I'll go ahead and cut this out we didn't cut all this out so my speakers baby clip [Music] it's it up like I want it now I know look kind of crazy right now once I put that fleece on it was still checking for him I got some legs along the bottom of it I just got them down into our fiberglass wants our fiberglass it be strong enough by itself I cut the meetings out of this I just hot glue [Music] I'm gonna go ahead and do the other door do not be ready for some fleece it's up down though and armrests it'll make it a lot easier to you know separate this part from this part because I'm going to do none of this for now I'm gonna mess it up and I got both door panels ready to be fleece we're gonna do some Loctite go to fleece here let me get set up get you back on see like imma please cut out you just want to do one section at a time I use do half put a piece you know going the other side to the other head but you just want to spray the wood and plastic whatever and you can spray yeah please [Music] as you can see I'm finishing up on the stapler I just stick it around the edges so it won't lift up and like around this here on this curve [Music] once I put that first letter risen I'm gonna go ahead and cut this I want to keep that dirt / thank you [Music] but everything good should be good I opened up the ants got this are done too once I risen it and cut these speaker holes out you'll get a that idea I [Music] forgot to mention about the speaker ring I stapled around the speaker rings also plus I change this up a little bit too it was coming straight down but I decided to put this in it use it on this one too I just got to step around these speak rings then I'd be good to go for the reason the time for the risen that's the type of mannerism I already got it mixed up and backed up need to chip pretty simple just press it on the fleece [Music] [Music] it's time to make a pitch thrown now I put some fiberglass mat on it I had already put some resin on it so I got my 500 SMED over here in pieces made my other coat I just grabbed my piece the size of what I'm working with put it that just cute piecing it all the spots and get you some more resin cover it up risen just keep dabbing it in you want to do this on the whole piece about three times put by three levels of fiberglass net [Music] I'm trying to wrap up my senses I got the five minutes da sign down as you can see I don't lock down most of it I still got to cut out my hands like my fleece they cut my speaking rings out I think I'm finna do that now then I be ready for some fuller I still gotta do that all over that too but I'm gonna go here and finish this thing up I got some 80 grit on the DA but I'm knocking it down with I got the openings cut out two more speakers I also went on to cut out the eggs around my fleece I got it knocked down enough to push it full on I was gonna spray it safe alone but I think I'm gonna make up some run dough so I can brush stones if you want to know how to do the ren dou check out my video how to make run though [Music] watch the trundle drive it's time to go ahead and knock it down I'm gonna do it with my da sander I got a six inch electric da sounder and some five-inch do their sons this design paper for the six inch I got this a lot for free I think 50 sheets not 25 sheets for nine dollars but this top layer uh trundle it's gonna be kind of sticky and it's gonna clog up your sandpaper but once you get through the top layer you'll be good steal something steal same as you can see I don't like some more Stallone and Samaras trying to get a smoothie as I can because if you don't it's going so once you paint it put that clone but I didn't got the biggest pot knocked down I'm just going back touching up the spots that I seen need to be touched up [Music] whatever you think you've done sanding you actually not just go back over just keep going back over it'll pay off in the long run you just spot here where the fleece meets the original Palma I'm just gonna get some fiberglass silver mix arm up and bail for this off with my hand my finger but this area here it's gonna be covered up with the handle in the home race but here have to do the science because it's gonna be showing this fiberglass it's gonna always look ugly in the beginning don't get discouraged just keep on me I'm gonna start taking shape towards the [Music] [Music] I think I got it ready for prime enough both ago fellas I went on the top of my mask and tape off I'm re masking because that masking tape that was oh probably have your turn from some spots so I wanna get my primer on this ship so I'm just gonna rematch this without Delvaux my age is off you can see it off I had to retouch my tutor hose redo them because Mountain Pose when landing up well it was lined up but some other one straight then you probably gonna get no fiberglass so I had redundant [Music] well often I do now hoping to go ahead and blow everything off then on my rematch this I think I'd be ready to shoot some crime I had to cut this backing out too because the Magnum was hitting the back just on this one [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I got the door panels outside I'm going to get rid in block this one with some 180 I got some paint stirring sticks I cut down the size hard unblock this and over here with 180 I also went ahead and put some glaze and put it on my imperfection I found out for the block also up in here trying to filter this off I think I'm bout ready to go ahead and spread my find around the primer now got everything and sand it down three masts it's on the spots I'm Thomas we go ahead and mix up this pram and push back up [Music] [Applause] [Music] the primer and drive up I had went on and put some glaze and put it on my little imperfections that I seen once I primed it just looked pinholes and I was trying to smooth these on out the transition on that so I've done that I'm gonna go ahead and put some guy coat on it so I can know once I start with Santa I know once it's smooth enough to put the base coat on but this would only use for my guide coat I'm just gonna use some flat black spray-paint I'm just gonna missed it on [Music] once you get through spraying the Geico we're gonna get you some soap and water and some 400 grit sandpaper I got a soft sponge block I folded my sandpaper up in threes then just take it up here and start weights and you're trying to remove all this guy code once the guy code is remove is good enough to go here in the chute your base [Music] when she wits in a certain area go ahead and get you a rag squeeze it out some just wipe the area you don't done so you can expect it all the time you want to see you it's the great primer see that's good see I hadn't even with San Obispo yeah yeah but if you see some black that means you got to come down some more like here this spot here was a little bit lower so I didn't reach the black plane so I got to come down some more I [Music] still haven't done this but I've done all the way around there's a little Bowl spot here you can see the black pine [Music] I haven't done this I stored it right now [Music] it's got to work your way all around [Music] Nautilus back in the booth both on been wet sanded and taped up I'm here too for the base coat now base coat is going to be a jet-black 3 cups of jet black base gonna go ahead and mix up the chameleon the chameleon is a flip from blue to green [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we never stop [Music]
