How to ENHANCE LOW QUALITY VIDEO to 1280p Full HD in Filmora

in this video I am going to show you how to convert and enhance low quality video to full HD quality in film or IX like this [Music] hello video editors I am Sali Ali welcome to solid tutorials today's video is probably good news for those who want to enhance any low quality video and convert it to full HD quality so of course this video is the most special video for you today before that if you are new here please subscribe and if you like the video give it a thumbs up [Music] so let's get started import the low quality video you have you can see that I have a low quality 3gp video in this folder I play this video so that you people can understand that this video is a low quality video [Music] so you see this is a low quality video now I will convert this video to full HD so I import this video by dragging and dropping it into film whereas media [Music] drag and drop the video to the timeline before enhancing the video make some necessary settings you can see that I have a 3gp video and we see a black empty area around it so we have to set it up click on the video and click on the crop tool and crop the video to a 16 9 ratio [Music] okay [Music] then go to the effects Tab and click on it find the auto enhance effect within effects [Music] drag this effect to the track above the timeline [Music] after dragging the effect to the timeline double-click on it and adjust the amount of this effect according to the video foreign [Music] according to this video okay [Music] return to the effects search bar and search for another effect here [Music] the name of the effect is Metropolis [Music] drag and drop this effect into the track above the timeline double-click on this effect [Music] and keep the alpha of this effect to 50. okay go to effects search bar [Music] search for another effect here this effect is called fuzzy drag and drop this effect into the track above the timeline [Music] next the fourth effect we are going to search for is vivid drag and drop this effect into the track above the timeline after dragging double-click on this effect and put Alpha here at 10. okay [Music] and the last effect we're going to search for is the glow effect drag this effect to the top track double-click on it after dragging and here are just both radius and Alpha [Music] [Music] I make alpha 50. and radius 9. okay after dragging and dropping all these effects double-click on the video below [Music] go to the color Tab and click on it inside open the color enhancement tab click on the auto enhancement button here adjust the enhancement level according to your video I keep it at 9.55 [Music] and then open the tone tab and also adjust the tone according to your video [Music] I do the contrast 14.
