How To Draw Littlest Pet Shop - Golden Retriever

hey our friends we're so excited to draw live again do we have a fun weekend yes with father's day i loved all the good food you made me oh yeah we hope you guys had an awesome weekend too and you're ready to draw what are we drawing today a golden retriever yes we're drawing a golden retriever and we're drawing from what it's a toy right yes from what toys littlest pet shop where are you're excited because you love littlest pet shop don't you yes yeah and what's the name of the golden retriever do you remember austin golden pups awesome golden pub it's gonna be awesome but before we do that we need to spotlight one of our awesome art fronts two of our awesome art friends what's her names angela angela aunt and david and david yes there they did our tool uh drawing our saw and hammer and they did an awesome job and what was the challenge do you remember add more tools add more tools and they did it they added all kinds of tools and i loved it i love how many they added they did a great job and they also david added a little table i think that the tools are on like a workbench we also did a drawing on sunday for father's day we drew the fishermen and we didn't do a spotlight for them yet either so we also wanted to spotlight we don't know her name they didn't include her name but she did a great job didn't she yes yeah she did awesome on the fisherman and the challenge was to add more details especially in the background so we added the rare she added the river but we all she also added details to probably make this look like her dad what do you like about this drawing the sun the sun the sun's wearing sunglasses and i also love that she added the beard and she added more uh hooks and stuff in in the hat the fishing hat oh yeah she did a great job and i love that the fish is pink all right well we hope you guys are ready to draw with us you got your supplies together what do they need to draw with us marker marker oh right here marker paper paper and coloring coloring and we want to give a huge shout out to all of our friends that are chatting us online too say hi to him hi we love you guys and we're going to try to answer some of your comments while we're doing the lesson okay you ready to start now remember if you guys are just joining and you and you're scrambling to get your art supplies together don't worry you can pause the video you can even rewind it if you need to all right okay let's draw we're first going to draw our the eyes to awesome golden pup and we have an austin in our family too all right okay so we're gonna draw uh circles right in the middle of our paper so yeah maybe scoot over yeah there you go that's a good spot and i'm gonna leave a little space and we're gonna draw another circle the same size mine are big that's okay it's okay if they're different right now in the top left we're going to draw a smaller circle for the light reflection and then we're gonna draw an even smaller circle uh just below this one look at that right below it and then we're gonna draw another small circle right here on this one and then we're gonna color in the big circle but leave the two little circles white now i'm going to turn on our other camera too we're going to try to uh we're going to try to answer so you can make it so you want to do anything it's so that our art friends can see you make funny faces while i'm trying to answer the comments oh my gosh okay so let's see while we're coloring in could you show a charizard have we drawn charizard yeah that's a pokemon right i think we have drawn charizard who um let's see what else oh i need to slide this over a little bit so i can see leslie says please shout me out i love your drawing and both of you we love you too leslie okay now let's draw the top of our the top of our oh you're still coloring it okay that took forever yeah i'm just kidding okay we're going to draw an upside down u on each eye so here we go and then at the top we're going to touch see that see how i top touch the top of the pupil with the upside down u or a rainbow line that's for the top of our eyes and we're also going to color we're going to color them blue at the end oh it looks cute now let's draw the nose we're going to draw a line across and then a v below it for you and then we can color that in too nico nico surely says i love your drawing thank you so much make a channel and then search just our channel yes all right next step let's draw the mouth we're going to draw a curve that goes up like this down and then back up for the mouth and doesn't that that's a cute puppy mouth isn't it can you draw harry potter we have that's from andra oh that's perfect i love it it's a big puppy mouth and can you guys draw a husky we've drawn a husky too that's from anna and then sanita says i have a hard time saying all these names says you are the best i think you're the best too let's draw the bottom of our puppy's head okay we're gonna start watch this we're gonna put a point right here next to our eyes so we're just going to leave a little gap right here and put a point and then we're going to put a point over here on the same side on the other side but the same place now we're going to draw a u-shape that goes all the way over to the other side but we're going to make little zigzags in it so that it looks so our puppy looks furry so we're going to curve down like this like that for a little cheek we'll draw a couple zigzags and then we're going to go over to the other side and we're going to draw zigzags going the other way one two and i'm going to add another one and then curve up to the the point that we added over there yeah you did it that was tricky wasn't it yes but you did a great job okay now we're going to add the ears and she has little fluffy ears so we're going to start above the eye oh i'm going to put a point right there and i'm going to put a point in the same place on the other side so above the eye but a little over to the side so yeah scoot over just a little bit right about there perfect and then same thing on the other side that's where we're going to start our ears please drop bugs bunny that's from ferris yes we'd love to drop bugs bunny and sophia says i'm your biggest fan and andre says this is the best art ever thank you now we're gonna watch this this is gonna drop we're gonna start the ear we're gonna curve down like this and then out see how it curves it curves out and then back in and then touches at the bottom yes then we're gonna do a little zigzag up and then back out a little further okay now let's repeat that same step over here on the other side curve out back in and then back out for little puppy ears our little golden retriever ears i added eyelashes oh i didn't even notice you snuck those in and i didn't even see you do it and we're gonna do a little zigzag right here just like we did and then come out a little further he snuck that in can you please uh kellydross 123 says hi could you please draw a watermelon and we've drawn a watermelon too haven't we yes all right now let's draw the outside of our ears and we're going to leave a little gap up here we're going to put another point on each side see how we little point on each side that's where we're going to start all right now we're going to draw the outside of the ear so let's curve up add two little zigzags and we'll do the same thing i'm going to do at the same time over here two little zigzags at the top jaw kai from ninjago that's from eagle aiden i think we have john kai yeah haven't we which one's kai is kai the green one kai no kai is the fire fire the red one yeah i think we have drawn the red one okay now let's connect watch it we're going to curve out down and then right at the end curve out again yeah and then we're going to do the same thing over here you're out what are you laughing at and then back out i love it it looks cute it's okay if it looks different right i think you're laughing because you think it looks amazing [Laughter] it looks really good okay now we're going to draw the top of our puppy's head we're going to draw a curve that goes all the way across straight line straight line boom boom littlest pet shop have they have big heads so we got to make sure that we draw our body a little smaller right so let's draw her chest she has a really fluffy uh chest so we're going to draw watch this we're going to start here under the chin we're going to curve down and we could do the same thing on the other side so curve back out on both sides can you draw the art for kids logo that would be way cool we drew a little art for kids logo on your shirt on my shirt yeah when we did a self portrait and we're going to draw a zigzag and then down a little more look how it's curving so there we go then we're gonna do another one and then curve down and back up so there's a v shape then we're gonna do another zigzag and then connect up yes we did it there's her chest now we're going to draw her little uh first leg we're going to draw one leg coming out so two lines that come down draw a pirate ship that would be awesome can you draw a granny we have we tried don't we draw a grandma we're trying to grandma are we drawing a grandpa and a grandma okay now let's finish her paw so we're gonna draw another rainbow line big paw or an upside down u then we're going to connect the bottom with a curve what are we missing on the paw two two yeah two little paw lines now let's draw the rest of her belly so we're gonna start here and we're gonna curve down zigzag and then curve into her paw or her leg can you draw the state of utah and can you draw the united states of america that's from caleb marshall oh my gosh that would be awesome utah is pretty easy to draw it's just a wreck yeah it's a rectangle with a little notch taken out now let's draw her other paw or draw another line coming down then we're going to draw a longer line that comes down and it it ends right in line with her other foot yeah now let's draw this one's turned to the side this paw is turned sideways so we drew it upside down j and then connect it in then let's add that potline yeah for little toes now we're gonna add her back leg too so let's draw another u next to this one it's a little smaller too andra hunt says i love this channel well we love you andra draw lightning mcqueen and abby tv says i love littlest pet shops we do too we're gonna draw a bunch more maybe you could even leave a comment and suggest what we should draw next this is from series two isn't it yeah so another request from series two who should we draw who do you think we should draw while you're thinking let's keep drawing i'm gonna connect the bottom of the paw and then we're going to add those two more toe lines then let's draw another upside down u and this is for her back leg it's she's sitting so it's up in the air it's bent now we're going to draw an s line to connect her back to her leg so we're going to start here we're going to curve down and then into her legs see how it looks like an s and olivia cherry says you both have talent with a little winky and an emoji that means a lot okay now let's what are we missing what are we missing on our puppy tail a tail yeah we're to start right here on the out her of her back leg we're going to draw a little curve that goes up then we're going to draw a zigzag down and then we're going to curve look this is sideways you she kind of has a fluffy big long tail i think we should draw one a bird one of the birds yeah okay i like that idea now let's curve up we're gonna finish the end of her tail draw a labradoodle please please please please please please now we're going to draw the top we're going to draw another zigzag like this to finish the top of her tail now i have a little gap here and you got to have a bigger gap that's okay i'm just going to draw a little line that connects and you could do the same thing just draw a line a big line that connects right there we did it hadley we finished drawing our austin golden pup from littlest pet shop and you did a great job except we still need to do one last thing what is it yeah we need a color we're going to use our colored pencils and we're using uh blue dark brown and we're also using this peach but it looks like a light brown so we need a light brown we're going to start by adding some shading to our puppy's ears and we're going to start dark right here and then as we get towards the top of our puppy's ears we're going to get lighter and lighter until it fades out to nothing so we're going to start really dark and then we're going to get really light towards the top can you draw a dolphin coming out of the water into the sky that's from anna we we've done a cartoon one but we should do a realistic one don't you think yeah oh we should draw someone just asked us if we we should draw a little bow on it that would be cute maybe you could do that if you wanted to draw a little bow i don't think there's a little bow on the toy i think you can add a little do they have little extra things that when you buy littlest pet shops that you can add to your toys do you know um i think you can get like a little pack a pack like a pack with a big one and then a baby one and it's got extra stuff and it has like a little card oh [Music] that that would be cool we need to go learn more about this stuff [Laughter] so we're i'm doing the same thing over here on this on this ear i'm starting really dark at the bottom and then getting lighter towards the top all right let's see if we can answer drop drop pikachu someone just said would you john andrew hunt says draw pikachu we have drawn pikachu haven't we this is making a lot of noise i was gonna try and make it quieter okay you got your ears all finished yes okay we're gonna switch to our light brown and now we're gonna we can go over that look at that and it smooths it smooths out the texture and then okay the other thing too i'm gonna jump over here actually let's switch to our blue i forgot we gotta add the little we're gonna add the blue line around her eye i think that's called the iris is the colored part i think yeah so there we go we got the blue then we're going to do that on the other eye too we go all the way around and then towards the top where it's touching i'm gonna leave that i'm not going all the way around oh yes just like that that looks awesome okay now we can switch back to our let me sweep it let's switch back to our light brown and her nose her snout is white so i'm going to draw i'm going to go like this with short strokes and connect her eye over to the other eye like that and then i'm also going to draw that same short stroke over here and connect it to her ear so her snout her this part is white that go all the way over to the other side too all right let's see if we can answer some more questions drop kai from lego ninjago he is a red ninja and i'm pretty sure we have i think we have drawn him yeah draw gotta sweep sweep sweep can you draw please drop barbie that's from marley roblox any roblox we haven't drawn roblox yet draw animal animal the lemur the lemur why is it the weirdest it's whenever it runs it like stands on two legs and just like so it runs really funny yeah [Laughter] uh you'll have to show me after we do this lesson i want to see that you have the lemur i want to see how it looks when it runs i never really use it because it just looks so big can you draw a rhea i think rhea says can you draw your whole family we're planning to we're going to draw i think we're going to draw you this week and then we'll draw jack next week we're going to try i got to still try to figure it out yeah we did draw color wheel again check this out hallie okay i got a question for you because we get this question so much i asked jack last time we were doing this what's your favorite primary color okay so primary colors are the three main colors of the primary wheel red yellow and blue you got to pick only one out of those three i know it's not your favorite color but like pink but like reds kind of yeah red's kind of a pink version like blue and white blue and okay just pick one so maybe red because blue okay so blue is your favorite even though pink is your main favorite and then okay the secondary colors are right here and the secondary colors you make them by combining two of the primary colors so what's your favorite secondary color violet violet i knew you were gonna say that okay mine i've already said it before but mine's blue and orange those are my favorite favorite primary and secondary colors is that cool that's pretty neat so we got the color wheel is we're going to add more stuff to this and we're going to talk more about the color wheel in later lessons but i thought it would be fun to show that so here we go we'll go back to this so we can finish coloring are you almost done coloring no [Laughter] you got a little distracted so look at this i'm getting no i'm shading so we're not really shading but i'm fading the fur color see the light brown is going in or the peach color is going into her snout and fading it lighter and lighter as we get to the middle so i'm going to do a little bit darker over cheeks right here by her eye so she looks like she's got cute cheeks and then we'll get lighter as we get to the middle is that cool it looks it's looking awesome you know what else we can do we've got a white colored pencil and we can make her nose look shiny by adding a little highlight to her nose do you want to add a little highlight to her nose oh my gosh we're almost done and you did such a great job coloring i'm going to add some shading too look at this i'm going to use brown dark brown your hands a little tired now i'm adding a little dark you want to add some shading right here under the chin yes and i'm also going to add a little shading underneath her chest right here so it looks more 3d and also her belly i'm going to add some shading to her belly and maybe even her tail just a little dark brown to her tail and maybe also appear on her ears and her cheeks just so she looks more round because this is a toy right it's 3d and if we don't add shading then our drawings will look flat yeah it just looks like it's a drawing on a piece of paper but if we add shading it makes it look like it's like an actual toy or like something realistic that would stand out yeah realistic there we go i think we did it what is your favorite movie what's your favorite movie oh greatest showman the greatest showman i know you're gonna say that it's peter rabbit peter rabbit we love peter rabbit don't we yes yeah you did an awesome job on coloring your little golden retriever did you have fun yes it's okay that our drawings look different right because the most important thing is to have fun to have fun and to practice practice yeah remember to practice if your drawing didn't turn out as as perfect as you want it to draw to turn out this time remember you can draw it again and i promise the second time you draw your golden retriever it'll turn out even better than the first time it's a lot like riding a bicycle did you were you able to jump on a bike and ride it the first time nope no you had to do it several times didn't you yes and even then you fell oh you fell a couple times yeah so remember it's just drawing is just like riding a bicycle it takes a lot of practice to get really good at it but it's okay because the most important thing is to always have fun yeah say it like you mean it have fun we hope you guys had a lot of fun drawing with us but we're not completely done because it's also challenge time and what are we going to challenge our friends to do with their drawings background i had a bag you guys can add a background you could add other things to your puppy like a bow we talked about adding a bow you could also add a little uh food dish because they need to eat don't they or you could draw like food on it yeah honest mouth you could also add a collar or a leash you could add lots of things so we want you to use your imagination to add extra details to your drawing that completed and then parents when your child is all finished remember to take a picture and then post it to instagram only one picture is needed and then use two tags what's the first tag at for k for github and the second one is hashtag afkh challenge challenge we gotta work on that some more we hope you
