hey our friends today we're gonna be drawing Jigglypuff alright did you get your marker yes alright we hope you guys are going to follow along with us we're gonna use a marker we have some paper but we also have a bowl we're gonna use this bowl for a template yeah because Jigglypuff is round okay you ready start yes yes we're using a sharp beat you want to make sure that you have two sheets of paper at least two sheets of paper so that your drawing doesn't show up here on the table and then if you're using a sharp you want to make sure you're using a bowl that it's okay if your marker gets on the bowl alright so we're using a black one and it's also an old Bowl we don't want to use mom's nice bowls right yes yeah so we're gonna first put the bowl upside down like this and you also want to get one that's about the right size so we're going to draw Jigglypuff pretty big on the paper so we want to make sure that we have a big bowl okay so we're going to start over here now I'm going to put a dot right here and I'm going to put a dot on this side too and the reason why we're doing that is so that we can draw her here and also her hair and it's going to go outside of the circle so we don't want to draw a complete circle whoops there we go okay nice your turn alright so let's move your paper over here we'll put it right in the middle and we want to leave a big gap at the top like that yeah that's a good spot awesome good and then you can also start on this side if you want but on underneath your arm there you go and then it will be easier to pull all the way around I should have done it that way so I had to pick my marker up good go on perfect good job that's awesome okay we're going to still use this bowl so we'll put it off to the side but we don't want it to go too far because we need to bring it back so we're going to draw her ear first we're going to draw a little upside-down V or an a shape and we're going to go up and it's pretty big here and down and I'm curving the edges there we go awesome perfect okay now inside that we're going to draw another a shape and then we're going to connect at the bottom with a curved line good awesome yeah that's perfect okay now we're going to draw her hair and so we're going to start right here really close to her ear and we're going to draw a big swirl it's going to go up this around and we want to touch this other side over here and we're going to come back around that good okay now we're going to draw the inside line and so we're going to start right here and curl around we're going to draw kind of s line that's a tricky line ah I'm going to come up just a little higher like that that look like Jigglypuff's hair yes alright so now we can bring the bowl back and we're going to line it up you want to make sure that you line the bowl up exactly with the line that you already drew and then we're going to come over here and we're going to complete the line connecting her ear and then we're also going to connect the line right here connecting to her hair and go in behind our ear like that is that cool go ahead and line yours up and we'll draw those lines back yet good there you go looks just right okay awesome and you just had to do the top line right good yeah just like that okay now let's draw her other ear that's over here so we're going to draw another a shape that's behind her head and behind her hair awesome then we're going to draw now on this a shape we're going to draw really close to this side of her ear and then we'll come down on this side and leave more space on this side oh hey let's draw her eye next so we're gonna draw a big circle and we could use a template for this if we wanted I'm just gonna freehand it that means we're just going to draw without a template oh it's good practice for drawing circles yes we're going to draw that eye huge good hood now over here on this side we're going to draw an oval shape because it's her far eye and so it's on the other side of her body and so the eye is going to be foreshorten so get a job big we want it to be about the same height and then we're going to draw it squish though so it's an oval there we go good job now let's draw the pupils inside her eye here I'm gonna draw big circle she has big giant blue eyes good and then on this side we're gonna draw the same oval shape but draw I'm drawing it on the inside so she'll look like she's looking at us perfect now let's draw the reflection or the shiny part in her eye so I'm going to draw a big circle inside the pupil and then I'm going to draw another one that's smaller right below that one I'm going to do the same over here big circle and a small one underneath and then we're not going to color in our pupils now with our Sharpie we're going to color those later okay now let's draw her mouth draw a little smile and then we're going to draw open so now we're going to draw a taller u underneath connecting good now let's shower tongue a little curve does that look like Jigglypuff yeah and pretty easy to on okay let's draw our arms next so we're going to try another a shape right here and I probably should have curved the end so it's not sharp not there's no point at the top there we go okay now let's draw her other arm over here on this side good what are we missing her feet yeah we're missing her feet so we're gonna draw big u-shape right here and I also drew a tapering towards the top so it's a u-shape but it's almost like a raindrop shape there we go so there's her first foot and we're going to draw our other foot down here that we did it all right we need a color yes she'll look better when she's all pink yeah all right we're gonna use oil pastels to color Jigglypuff yes you use a really dark blue a light blue dark red a dark pink light pink and also black you ready to fast forward yeah let's do it right you all right checkers that was a lot of pink ah yes okay we're going to use our dark blue a really dark blue and we're going to we're going to do a circle up here in the top right of this eye and we want it to be pretty big so I'm going to go way out here and go underneath the shine the the reflection or eyes so those little white dots if we make sure we don't color over top of those Hey then I'm also going to do an oval over here for inside this pupil okay now we're going to shade at the top so I'm going to fill in the top here close to our eye and I'm going to come around the edge and then I'm going to stop about there and I'm going to do the same on this side come around underneath that shine head tricky like that and then I'm going to come back with our the light pastel and I want to blend just around that pupil so that look cool yeah oh it's awesome okay we're going to do the same thing with the other side the other pupil on the other eye you okay good those eyes look awesome now we need a shader so we're going to use our dark pink and we all have one of these so we'll share it but I'm going to come down here and we're going to create a crescent shape underneath her body how that looks like a crescent yes they were going to add some shading under her arm and on this arm they were also going to add some shading I'm going to create a upside-down u shape or rainbow line on her on her feet right here and then on this foot that and then we're also going to come up here and we're going to shade underneath her hair so I'm going to go around a little spiral here and then also underneath the big curl like that that cool okay I'm going to give this to you and then you go ahead and make those same shapes on yours then I'm going to show you how to blend it we're going to use that light the light pink again and we'll come back right here and we'll blend see how that makes a line there's a really defined line and we can use the light pink to go in and smooth out that line so it doesn't look so sharp is that awesome yeah look at that she looks more round now alright let's fast forward again checkers good job bad she turned out awesome I love how the shading when we blend out that line it really makes her look 3d makes her look round yeah did you have fun yeah you promise yeah we hope you guys had a lot of fun drunk Jigglypuff with us I loved her in Super Smash Brothers she's one of my favorite characters we'll see you later our friends good bye you
