How To Draw A Lobster

hey awesome what are we gonna draw today lobster yeah we're gonna draw a lobster we hope you're gonna follow along with us and we're gonna keep this lesson nice and simple but it's still gonna be a lot of fun ya know we made for this lesson a marker some paper and something to color us yeah all right you ready to start yeah we're first gonna draw his mouth in the middle of our paper we're gonna drop a W for a fish mouth and we can draw it right about here yeah now let's draw as eye and we're drawing a cartoon version so it's not completely accurate what a lobster looks like all right so we got two circles on each side of his mouth let's draw a small circle inside and then let's color in the big circle and leave the little circle white I like his lips okay any time that we fast for the video remember you can always pause the video to take extra time to finish that step all right now let's draw his body we're gonna draw a upside-down U we're gonna go over his eyes and face and then we're gonna come back down on the other side and I was kind of close see how close I get to the eyes yeah and then go right over the top around and down yeah all right now over here we're gonna draw a little curve for his tail can I come out to the side yes now we're gonna draw his belly and we're gonna start over here and we're gonna draw a curve also that matches but look at this I'm not gonna connect over here we're gonna leave a little space it looks like it goes yeah lobster ghosts okay then over here it let's draw a curve to connect the top down to the bottom let's also add a couple more curves on his tail I'm gonna draw two more like that and maybe one more big one oh it's starting to look like a worm now we're gonna draw the rest of his tail we're gonna draw a u-shape we're gonna come out around like this and and back in sight it looks like a backwards see yeah okay let's add a couple more except we're only going to draw a part of it since this one is behind the first one we drew yeah let's draw another one down here on the bottom I'm gonna draw another curve comes out and back in now let's draw his pincers his big pincers we're first going to draw a little u-shape that comes out to the side we're gonna draw him up over his head now and I'm gonna draw another one over here yeah this looks like a ghost for the lobster death okay now we're gonna drop we're gonna draw his big pincers so we're gonna draw a u-shape we're gonna start here and then watch this this is gonna get crazy we're gonna draw whoa look at that so you can start right here and then connect to his arm and then come up really far there you go keep going yeah now let's do the same thing over here on the side we're gonna try to draw and make them look the same size this one might be a little bigger then that's okay right because the most important thing is taboo and to practice right yes then right here on the inside of that you shape or the C shape we're gonna draw a bump and we're gonna connect it straight across up to the top let's do the same thing over here a little bump and then connect it up all right this is one side of his pincher let's try the other side we're gonna draw another curve coming out like this and then we'll connect it down that looks better right yeah let's do the same thing over here big curve coming up and then connect it down all right we're missing a few more things on our lobster let's draw his feet is tiny little feet we're gonna draw a W but we're gonna draw it with an extra bump like three little bumps down here the bottom then we're gonna draw oh yeah keep going one more then let's then we're going to leave a little space and we're gonna do the same thing three bumps for his other legs yes alright we got one more thing we need to add antenna we're gonna draw a little curve here and also a little curve over here yeah it's perfect except we still need to do one more thing what is it yeah we need to cover him this part we're gonna fast forward but at the end you guys can pause it to match the same color although we're just gonna color them solid red yeah you ready to fast forward yeah alright let's do it oh it's a great job on coloring your Lobster that was a lot of red yeah now we use markers but you could use whatever you have at home or in your classroom what else could are our friends do to their drawings a background that would be way cool you could draw them walking on the bottom of the ocean maybe there's also a little baby lobster right next to them we hope you have a lot of fun drawing your lobster yeah we do we hope you had a lot of fun and we hope you have fun finishing your drawing by adding more things like a background or maybe you're standing on a boat we'll see you later our friends good bye
