How To Draw A Cute Cartoon Narwhal

hair finster you're gonna draw a narwhal a super cute narwhal we hope you're gonna follow along you need your drawing supplies we're gonna use markers we always like using markers but you can use a pencil you also need paper and something to cover all right ready to start yeah let's first draw our funny face for a cute face for our narwhal i'm gonna draw a smile right here in the middle of the paper oh we could also let's draw open or you could draw a different mouth if you want and draw a really happy narwhal and then we could also draw a tongue inside and color let's color in the top shape now let's draw eyes i'm going to draw a circle about that size on the left and then the same size on the right next we can draw a smaller circle for the highlight in the top left of each eye we could even draw in an even smaller circle for an extra highlight let's color in the big circle but leave the two little circles white this is going to make our eyes look shiny and super friendly yeah you ready to fast forward if you need extra time to finish that step or any steps during the lesson you can always pause the video now what are you adding eyelashes those are really cute okay now let's draw the horn for a narwhal we're gonna draw an upside down v i'm gonna draw it really tall you could draw it shorter if you want our walls have really long horns there you go i also drew it round at the top so it doesn't look like it would poke your eye out okay now we can connect the bottom with a little curve it looks like an upside down carrot we can also add little texture lines going up the horn i'm going to draw a little curves in there also a diagonal curves going all the way up the horn now we're ready to draw the body let's start up here on the horn and we're going to draw a curve that comes around the left side of our narwhal and i'm going to curve under it looks like a jelly bean yeah it kind of does and my narwhal is going to have kind of a flat head same next let's draw the other side of the body we're going to start we're going to imagine this line coming across or behind the horn and then start right here on the other side i'm going to come out a little bit so it looks flat i don't know and then curve around and this time i'm going to stop halfway down or just past the face i like yours that's really cute okay let's draw the first fin i'm going to draw a little curve comes up and then back down they're raising their arms and i'm going to come over to this side and draw the other fin curving up the same and then curve back down all right now we can draw the tail right here on the body we're going to imagine that going behind the fin i'm going to curve down and then out to the right now we're ready to draw the tail fins let's draw a curve coming up and to the right and also the same curve coming down to the right then let's use our eyes to measure in between these two curves and we're going to split it right in half but then come in also and then we can add a little guide point yeah now let's draw an s curve we'll start at the guide point we're going to curve out and then back a different direction and then back to the right let's repeat that same step going down we'll start at the middle curve one way and then back the other direction and connect heli we did it we finished drawing our narwhal except we're not completely done we still need to color it yeah this part will fast forward but at the end you can pause the video if you want to match our same coloring or you could color it anywhere you want yeah you ready to fast forward yeah [Music] we did it we finished coloring and drawing our narwhal yours is really cute i love the bow and the jewelry and the glasses and what's this shine it looks magical i love that you colored yours pink and changed your drawing i just colored mine blue and then also colored the horn the same color as the ice cream cone for some reason they kind of remind me of ice cream you can pause the video right now to match your same coloring and also add extra details that would be really cool you could add more narwhals maybe shells and even oh maybe your narwhal's at a birthday party or he's laying in some ice cream oh the bathtub we hope you had a lot of fun trying your cute narwhal we do we hope you had a lot of fun and we'll see you later our friends goodbye
