Hi guys, Today we’re going to see, how you can
create a PDF file using your mobile. Let’s say you have prepared a content or
a written document for your work and you want to convert that into a PDF file, You can do that easily
by watching this video, So after watching this video,
you will be able to create a PDF file of your documents like
this, just by using your mobile And also, you will be able to create
your own PDF file from scratch like this, Which you can easily share through mail
or any other social media platforms in the same format Okay, I’m Bryan from website learners And let’s create our
PDF file using mobile So to create a PDF file, There are 2 methods The first method is to create a PDF
file by scanning the documents If you have any document in paper
which you want to convert into a PDF file, You can follow this method, Now to create a PDF file,
We’re going to do 3 steps The first step is to install the
Google Drive app on your mobile. Now if you already have this app, Just skip to step 2 of this process Okay, So to install it, Let’s go to ‘Playstore’ Here, search for Google Drive And you will get this app, Let’s click ‘Install’ And as you can see, the
app has been installed Once you have installed the app, We can now go to step 2, which is to scan
the documents using the mobile camera So to scan the document, Let’s open the Google Drive app, Click the plus icon And select ‘Scan’ Now take a picture of the document for which you want to create the PDF file. Once you have taken a photo, Check the quality & focus of the image, And if it is good, then click here Now if you want to crop the
picture to make the alignment right Just click here, And you can move these points
to align the document And once you have done that, Click ‘Done’ Now to scan more pages, Just click here, And like we did before Take a picture and create
as many pages as you want Now if you want to delete a page Just go to the page you want to delete Click here Then click ‘ok’ And the page will be deleted So now we have successfully
scanned all the pages Once you have scanned the pages Next, we can go to the final step,
which is to save this as a PDF file So to save the file, Click ‘Save’ And you will get this page, Now here, you can rename the file
if you want I’m going to change the name Once you have changed the name Click ‘Save’ So now our PDF file will be
created and saved to our drive So to get the file, Search the file name here So I’m going to search for my file And you can see, we have got
our PDF file which we saved So let’s open it And you can see, all
the images we have taken So now we have successfully
created our PDF file, Now if you want to download
this to your mobile, Just click here,
And then click ‘Download’ Now your pdf file will be downloaded, So to check it Let’s open the notification area And here you can see our file which
has been downloaded. So let’s open it Now if you want to share
this file with others, Just click here And click 'send file' Now choose the app through
which you want to share. I want to share it via email So let’s select ‘Gmail’ Now enter the email of the person to whom you want to send this file And click here And now our E-mail will be sent Now if we go to their mail, You can see, they have received a mail, Let’s open it and here
you can see our PDF file Just click it, And as you can see we
have got our PDF file, in the same format as
we created in our mobile Okay, So now you know how to create
a PDF file by scanning the documents But what if you want to create
a new document from scratch How can you do that? So next let’s go to the second
method, Which is to create a new PDF file from scratch So to create a new PDF file, We’re going to do 3 steps, The first step is to
install the Google Docs app, So to install it, Let’s open the ‘Play Store’. Here search for ‘Google Docs’. And you will get this app Now to install this app Just click ‘Install’ And you can see, the
app is being installed, Okay, So now we have installed our app. Now to create our PDF file, First, we’re going to choose a template
and then edit it to make it as our own So next, we can go to step 2,
which is to choose a template, So to choose a template, Let’s open the app So this is the Google Docs app Now if we click here, You can see, we have 2 options here So you can either create
your own PDF from start Or choose a template and then
edit it to make it as your own As I want to choose a
template and then edit it I’m going to select ‘Choose template’ And it will take you to this page, Here, you will get different
types of templates, which you can use to create your PDF file Just select the one you
want, based on your need I’m going to select this template And you can see we have got our template, Once you have selected your template, We can go to the final step which is
to edit the content of this template So to edit the content,
Just click here And now you can start editing our content So to change this text, Just delete this text
and then type your name, I’m going to enter my name, In the same way, you can edit
any text on this template Next, if you want to add an image Just place the pointer where
you want to add the image And click the plus symbol And here you will find different options
which you can use to create your PDF file Since I want to add an image, I’m going to select ‘Image’ And you will get these options, Here select the place from where
you want to add your image, I want to add a picture from the device So I’m going to select this And let’s select this image, You can see, we have added our image Similarly, you can add any image
in the place you want Once you have added your image, Just click here to save the changes. Now if you want to rename the file, Just click here Now just delete this And then enter the name you want I’m going to enter ‘My resume’ And click ‘Ok’ So now we have successfully edited
the content of our template Once you have edited your content, If you see here, all
our changes have been saved So now our file is ready,
but it is in document format So to save this file in a PDF format, Just click here,
Click ‘Share & export’ Then click ‘Save as’ And you will get different formats to save your file Since we want to create a PDF file,
Let’s select ‘PDF' Click ‘Ok’ And you can see, we have got
the PDF file of our document Now to download this PDF
file to your mobile, Just click here And as you can see, the PDF file
has been downloaded to our mobile Let’s open it,
And you can see we have got our PDF file, So this is how you can create your
own PDF file from scratch Now let’s say someone
sent you a document file And you want to convert
that into a PDF format, How can you do that? So next let’s see how you can
convert the document file into a PDF file. So to do that, First, let’s open the document
file which we have received, So let’s open the mail And click open in docs Now to convert this file
into PDF format, Let’s click here Click ‘Share & export’ Then click ‘Save as’ Now here select ‘PDF document’ And click ‘ok’ And as you can see, we have converted
our document file into a PDF file Now like we did before, If you want to save the
file to your device Just click here and your file will
