now a whole lot of people are waking up this morning thinking about how to shed those holiday pounds on top of the weight that you said you'd lose last year so yeah it happens one option you may be considering is a juice cleanse but before you start juicing there are some things that we all need to know to make sure that we do it the right way and that we get the most out of it so here to show juices a day is fantastic okay there are people who do three days or 30 days and that's those are extreme scenarios for various people and their reasons but incorporating minerals and nutrients that comes through juicing is one of the best ways that we can stay healthy what are some of the mistakes people make well we talked about the juice you brought because I would imagine that even something healthy but could become unhealthy I don't do it right so so what are the what are those mistakes that people make the number one mistake that people make is they don't drink water they think if I have juice I don't need water no it's a huge mistake juice does what it's supposed to do and break up things in your body releasing the toxins and things but water is the number one thing our body needs and so you need water to flush it out so not getting enough water is one of the biggest no knows it's probably cuz they're already going in the bathroom because these juices yeah great it's a lot of day okay so let's talk about you have four different juices let's go through them and tell us what they are what they might do for us awesome so the first juice here is the potion it has a beets kale lemon and Golden Delicious apple okay what is odd is this good for what's a biblical my gosh of something like I don't know about so for your heart your kidney and your liver beats jump right in and I like that holy Willy this is good okay like cheers oh wait I'm saying this is good I was afraid of me she eats meat I love them like so but bliss but you'll does it taste BT though no that's one of the other no no's put in a little bit at a time if it has a very strong flavor add a little bit at a time for you find a nice balance it tastes like a sweet tart but again you said what is this good for again for your heart for your liver as well as your kidneys Wow okay now what's the next one the next one here this is orange kale there's a lot more fun okay um and fun in the sense that it's open right oranges are bright and sunny of course and so that you can taste that as it opens up um it's got kale orange and Golden Delicious is very very excited it is so tasty we don't have a problem with all that sugar my fingers do it so much sugar that's a great that's another great myth so sugar is a bad thing unnatural sugar but here's reality we don't get it in nature's way we're going to get it through unnatural carbon of the source that's better way this is a much better way this one's super good I would probably buy that what and what is this good for for us oh my gosh so it's got vitamin C has all the alkalinity properties that come along with the kale and the lemon element well no one has orange but all the Auckland properties that come along with that you got folate in it as well it's just good for the brain and its development and then you've got apples which are also full of vitamins seeing some other wise doctor away that's good for you once you drink that yes you're not feeling well I was gonna wait you on your phone let's see if you can beat that one because that one is really good oh what's this now this one's a little more for the person who's into vegetables who don't don't admire sweets as much this one's called the Green Monster oh yeah I've heard so we had a little fun with that it's got some ginger in it it has some parsley some kale and has mostly cucumber with very little apple this is so good yeah is this that much because people talk about the green monsters it's pretty much the same recipe they all vary on just a little bit today I threw in the part I sees me through in the ginger it's not a punch to it does this do for us alkalyn okay it's a yeah what yeah wise very good for yeah so we say Alcon a lot because we're mostly acidic living in a big city like we do all the toxic all the stress of life disease these are an acidic environment to thrive we had alkalinity into our blood so that our bodies can neutralize and we can be well Wow we don't have time to get to the last bit real quick just tell us what's in it that's the color deal it's got collard greens ginger and Granny Smith okay pass that over and can we put
