[Music] breakfast time is very important you should start your day off with a real big ol heavy duty hash no this quinoa ass - hi he bowls or whatever the that is yeah we are I'm Matty Matheson and today we're gonna make an amazing breakfast hash you can put whatever you want in a hash it's yours but this one's mine now you get to know how to make it and it's very easy and very yummy mmm the hash is about just putting anything in a pan covering it with eggs baking it and then you can just scoop it out and you just smash a hash we're just gonna cube the potatoes and if you have like frozen hash browns in your freezer those are great as well these potatoes are just cooking in olive oil you want that medium-high heat you don't want to be too hot cause then it'll burn these are getting nice and golden brown then in the meantime we can cut up everything else smash your garlic you don't have to get too crazy with it cuz it's a hash this is a very amazing beginner level cooking breakfast is my least favorite meal of the day if I could eat foie every single day for breakfast I'd be happy I'm a soup guy I'm a soup reckless guy there's this one Foss spot that opens up nice and early I go there by myself and I go in I slurp some soup have a little broth and that's it that's all I want to do you know that's Matty time in the breakfast zone poblano pepper we're just gonna chunk it cut him in big pieces somebody gets a little jalapeno they're gonna know it I started making hash early two-thousands I was going to cooking school friends bands would always sleep at our friends house I would go over there you can make a lot of food for a lot of people I'd usually do like a meat 1 and a vegetarian one we'd have like 15-20 people over at our friend's house it was just really easy so these are good to go see that they're all like nice and golden-brown not too dark and then these are gonna get really nice once we bake them we're gonna throw in the onions and the peppers we're good we're gonna just season the onions and the peppers add it to it you can take some fresh cracked pepper the smell whew wish you were here just take your little Tomatoes cut them in half once the onions and the peppers kind of get some color on them we can throw in the garlic the hash is so colorful you know like maybe the night before you had a colorful night in the morning you want to refresh yourself and you want to have little freshness a little green a little beautiful even the white look at the white pop I don't tell you one thing you're gonna have repeat customers people are gonna love that hash they're gonna love coming home to you they're gonna love waking up next to you that's the big one Santes really about the shoulders so this is what we're looking for we're gonna have the potatoes back in okay do a little saute we're gonna take some black beans I just do little pockets of black beans little Tomatoes we're gonna put the eggs down first just crack these boom-boom-boom give a little season and now we're gonna just put in our cheese little pockets of cheese everywhere nice and gooey we have the oven at 450 preheated we just have to cook the eggs melt the cheese get a little crust maybe on the bottom how did I cook it so well well you know you know how cuz you were watching the video right now yeah look at that skillet cooked in the oven for like 10-15 minutes cuz everything's cooked so we're just looking for is to melt the cheese and to cook the eggs that's all we're doing there look at the eggs they still got a little you know the tomatoes the beans everything has become a hash we've got some nice green onions cilantro just drop it around you know get one of these if you don't have one of these is like a Japanese mandolin really nice and you just slice some radish take your little salsa verde that's your pathway then you take your lime boom say make breakfast hash everyone's happy you start the day with a great day eating a great hash and this is a great hash there you go it's hot mmm Wow we're lucky your friends are gonna be lucky too and you're lucky you just learned how to make this from me so today is a lucky day I don't know what to say you know camera stupid
