How to combine mixamo animations in blender (Simple Method)

hello and welcome back to our Channel in today's video I will show you how to combine nyxamo animation in blender so let's get started first let's download some mixamo animations that we want to use go to mixamo.com sign in or create an account if you don't have one let's choose the character that you want to animate next click on the animation and chose the animations that you want to use like I type run and some animations are open so I select the fast run now click on download and make sure you select with skin now download another animation like jump animation I chose this one and go to download button and make sure you select without skin without skin means only animation not character now let's jump to blender I am using blender 3.5 which is the latest version right now delete the default Cube and hide the camera and Light by selecting both and click h on the keyboard now go to file fbx and find the animation you download from the mixamo select the Run animation which have character and import the fbx this is our mix SoMo character with animation now let's import the jump animation file fbx select run jump make sure you check the animation and import fbx now select the jump 1 go to pose mode click a on keyboard to select all go to timeline and copy all the keyframes go back to object mode and select the bones of the character again pose mode press a on keyboard to select all bones go to timeline right click Past after 17th frame remember the frame number you passed the second animation like 18 frame now both animations are combined let's delete this one as you can see both animations are combined but the jump animation starts from initial or starting point which is not correct so let's fix this first unhide all the bones go to object data property select viewport display check in front let's add another timeline editor and select graph editor select the hip bone as you can see here are all the animations of the hip bone like location rotation and scale here we want to fix the location let's check all the location animations one by one okay let's check the first one press a to select all Press Del and keyboard to see keyframes let's see the Y location repeat the same process now Z location as you can see the problem is here at Z location let's fix this if you remember the jump animation is started from 18th frame the animation start from 18th frame are not in line with run animation to fix this select all the animations of the jump press G and Y on keyboard and drag it to up and manage the key frames and that's it you have successfully combined mixamo animations in blender you can use this technique to create complex animations for your characters thank you for watching this video if you have any question or suggestions please leave them in the comments below don't forget to like And subscribe
