How to Build a Pocket Hole Workstation | DIY Woodworking Shop Project

everyone I'm keep the two-bit Woodworks and today I'm going to show you how I built this pocket whole workstation let's get to it this is a quick project that can be knocked out in one day if you want to make one for your shop please check out the link below in the description for the plans I start out by referencing my cut list and cutting all the pieces for this build at a 3/4 inch plywood using my track saw then I start assembling the frame using glue and a few screws [Music] this small piece will be the lift that will prevent the storage container from sliding out of the work station [Music] they used a router to clear out enough material for the Kreg jig to fit snugly into place but you can also use a dado stack on the table saw if you feel more comfortable doing that [Music] [Music] it's clearly attached to Kreg jig to the assembly [Music] [Music] [Music] I head over to my table saw and use a dado stack to make the slots to insert the tea track pieces you can also do this with a router [Music] round off the corners and secure the top pieces to the assembly with glue and a few Brad nails [Music] and everything down the 220-grit just to knock off the hard edges and then use a good coat of paste wax on the tops so that's it for this project it was a very easy to do it's going to speed up the organization when I need to use my pocket holes everything's in one centralized location not searching around for the bits the screws the jig everything is in one spot hanging up on the wall when I need it take it down clamp it to the table when I'm done on clamp it hang it up good to go if you liked this video please click the like button below leave me a comment and if you're new here or not yet subscribed please click on that subscribe button and click on that Bell notification that way you get notified when we put out a new video as always thanks for stopping by come back soon and take care you
