hello everyone today I'm going to show you how to get a custom FPS config for Team Fortress 2 by using the master config config first what you're going to want to do is go to mastercamfig.com click this launch button and then you'll be brought to this page under choose a preset you're going to want to choose what you think your machine is going to be able to run if you're on a laptop to a low end gaming PC I would recommend low to medium low if you're on a mid-tier PC I would recommend medium medium high and then if you're on a high-end PC High to Ultra next this is mostly optional but you can go to click to customize and this drop Downy menu will come up this is just for if you want to customize every individual setting like your you know your graphic settings your motion blur stuff like that if you want custom binds on the config you can set that up or if you want custom crosshairs or firing effects you can do that as well next after all that you're going to go down to select any add-ons I recommend doing flat mouse and no tutorial after all that's done you just want to down you just want to come down to download your files Download Master config whatever preset you got add-ons and customizations go to wherever you have that downloaded unzip the file go into the file TF custom and then as you can see you have your preset and then your other add-ons once you have all that you're going to want to open a new file explorer and then go to wherever you have your team Fortress 2 installed in my case it's going to be on my C drive so you'll want to go to your C drive program 5686 Steam steam apps common Team Fortress 2. TF and your custom folder if you don't have a custom folder you can just right click new folder and then just name it custom then you want to go into your custom folder get the vpks or the add-on so you just got from masterconfig and just drop them into your custom folder mind saying I need to replace them because I already have them there so I'm not going to replace them because there's no need then after that you're going to want to go back to master config go down to launch options click to copy it should say copyright there go into your steam go to your library right click on Team Fortress 2 go to properties and then under launch options you're just gonna you're just going to want to paste the entire string mine might look a little different because I might have some other custom things in there but it doesn't have to look exactly the same after that you should be done you should be able to launch Team Fortress 2 and then your FPS config should be applied and as you can see when the game boots up you'll have the console come up with the master config logo and it should say master config whatever version you have loaded all right that's going to be it for this tutorial leave a like if you enjoyed or if it helped you out leave a comment if it did and I will talk to you all later
