I milked 1000 spiders to make guitar strings!!

ever since I was a kid I've been fascinated by the idea that if your guitar string breaks you could in theory make a new one entirely out of spiderweb so I went out into the forest to make my dream a reality only to realize that this would be way harder than I thought because spiders doesn't naturally make individual strands long enough in each strand is extremely weak on its own but with the help of a spider expert I spent the following weeks coming up with a plan the plan required a very special spider to work a spider that creates webs so strong that it can even capture Birds a spider that lives in [ __ ] Madagascar so let's go I'm kind of nervous this is the first time we're going out to actually see if we can find any spiders but I feel like we're just walked out of the hotel room and it's like proper spider area have you ever seen a spider like this in the area have you seen it no I asked to my colleague room 16 if you if you break it in a spider that's not a good sign if they live here there's no way you can see that really yes aren't there any around here you want to study we are from the BBC I was getting real worried we traveled half across the world to Madagascar for their spiders and there was not a single spider here so we had to venture out into the rainforest to find them ourselves cap on let's go I don't want to go no guide we go without guide it's more the rim but in version 2.1 we got it because we added two pigs I think we got the process down but we kind of need to see what happens like when we scale it we can't find enough spiders fast enough okay so they escaped the bag we had enough spiders for now but as we were going back down to the Village to remove the posters we have many many people to yeah yeah sure oh my God I feel like apple now not all of them seven centimeters we don't need more spiders we don't have that much A lot of the spiders are not big enough can you split this this is what I was worried about literally the entire Village came they all seemed kind of hostile in the Android but they are definitely a lot of spiders in Madagascar no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no what have we done I told you 4000 is too much do you agree me with now yeah you have underwear in your backpack we are traveling around to get space in case I [ __ ] myself I told my spider expert Roman about the great news and he told me that this is not great news these spiders are cannibals and they have to be separated just put your hand in wow this is big [Music] but we couldn't possibly get enough containers fast enough so I had to attempt to mass milk them so it could release them faster but it was already too late oh no the spiders got gradually weaker and it affected their web so it just came breaking off and even if I hate spiders I don't think spider abuse is worth it just to make some crappy guitar string so I decided to release every single spider even if it meant starting all over again so sad we had so many spiders he was the best day ever but I did manage to get just enough web to finish the first third of the string this is such an important step because in this is two kilometers of spider web can we push it together four days of work I actually didn't expect this to work things usually don't work but this works so let's see if this is going to be the minute before disaster or the minutes before success [Music] okay I think it works this [ __ ] is valuable we're putting it in the safeness of the cleaning ladies doesn't clean it off two more to go we're back on track new plan fresh spiders we only take 20 at once we milk them and the hotel stuff gets us new ones and once we have 20 no more spiders and they wear milk to all of them so we get the fresh milk [Music] did you say Spiderman but my genius plan failed to consider that the hotel staff also had Hotel work to do so it wasn't the most reliable supply chain we had to find an additional one [Music] child labor 500 ariari big folk like this 500 the kids showed all their spider's boats and the local Spider-Man fought them for us our days were spent collecting spiders and our Knights milking them because we were running out of time but we now have 72 percent of the strands to finish one string but just as things finally seemed to be going smoothly this happened okay someone from the village is waiting for us in the reception and we don't know why or they're mad for something we have done or do they have great news let's just say it was the first option the administration sent them it was the local Wildlife protection who was pissed at us and they wanted to come to my room to see what all the fuss was about the spider sits on this they say that it's a collector [Music] stop this since you have the permission we don't want to sign this because right now it's just word of mouth and we don't we have a lawyer researches before coming here and this is something true they scattered weirdly fast when I mentioned the legal research and they also got very worried they will be shown in this YouTube video they didn't like that we gave money to the people in the village basically they thought these guys have money give it to us instead let's make up a rule that doesn't exist but we were so close now so it was time to just go and finish this we find Spider Heaven look at that we just got the biggest spider I have ever seen by far little girl oh [Music] if that bites you it's like getting bitten by a dog you're going to save this project because we are running out of time don't let the hotel know this but there's spiders everywhere if you ever visit room 16 if you want to continue your process for the last meters come on come on spider squeeze spider milking is done now we will release this is the nice action shot oh it's biting me I can't believe we spent the last eight days milking spiders to get whatever this is this is six kilometers of spider web we're going to take these strands and start twisting them together this is going to create the world's first spiderweb guitar string unless it breaks uh so I don't actually know how to do this is it on yeah I hate a small mistake now can ruin the entire thing so fast so I've spun this string like a million times and I'm hoping that the gelatin will like oh no no no no no no no exactly like that it's not what we want I'm hoping that the gelatin will lock it as it is you can really feel it's very bouncy as the string was drying it hit me we didn't have a guitar where did you buy this guitar but word travels fast in a small village and soon enough guitars just started popping up in our hotel room that is the Madagascar guitar whoa cut down rainforest neck whiskey barrel back man those strings has not been changed that tuna doesn't connect to anything it is shitty but maybe too shitty [Music] yeah so the hotel staff just came with the guitar to us from the village that isn't shitty so let's do this so this is basically the completed string one issue is that it's quite rough like it's not comfortable at all this is it can it handle local pineapple I mean if it breaks we ruin the entire video right now please please okay that was the pineapple wait is it long enough did I get oh yeah it's long enough thank god oh wow [Music] oh my God okay this is it this is the spiderweb guitar string without tension what we're going to do now is tension it and if it breaks yeah I guess it's over then [Music] I feel like I keep tensioning but nothing happens it's just stretching out [Music] can you believe that that is pure spider web let's keep on going ah I I never been this nervous for tuning my guitar before [Music] tension [Music] oh that sound [Music] come on oh I can see the E coming come would have worked after being deeply depressed for half a day I tied the string together and I tried again but the string was just never the same you think it was worth eight days definitely not so basically spider sucks spider sucks [ __ ] spiders he just broke again we were just going to show people it should we give up or we put it on the small guitar the string is getting shorter and shorter and the guitar is getting smaller and smaller soon the guitar is going to be this big and the string is doubled oh the result is not too bad actually this one only spiderweb [Music] it's amazing this is six kilometers six kilometers yeah wow sounds good or bad oh really they loved it maybe but seriously the more I listen to this shitty string it actually [Music] ah never mind it could be shift
