How to Blur Part of a Video | CapCut PC Tutorial

so guys suppose we have made a tutorial on how to log into something but we don't want our viewers to see our email address and password so for that we want to blur those information so how to do it it's really simple move your playhead to the first frame select the clip now duplicate the clip by pressing on Ctrl C and Ctrl V do it one more time let's give it some space move the playhead so that we can see our password now go to video mask then select the rectangle now hide layer 1 and layer 2 resize the mask also we can give it some feather do the same thing for layer 2 mask rectangle resize after we are done with masking enable the layer 1 now go to effect video effect lens scroll down blur effect left click drag and drop over layer 2 and layer 3 as you can see we already have some blur to control the blur go to right side reduce it but as you can see for the second layer we don't have the blur option for blood option go to basic then blur click on this small pencil tool now we have our blur option so guys that's how easily we can blur a part of video in cap cut thank you guys for watching have a good day
