How to Batch Create/Convert/Combine/Print PDF and More!

hello there I'm Jessica from updf and today I'm going to show you the batch feature here on updf which is a PDF management tool throughout this video I'm going to show you the different batch processing features such as combining and converting while watching the video you can also try out these features by downloading updf by clicking the link in the description box below so let's start off by discussing the batch conversion feature which allows you to convert multiple PDFs to any format you can convert multiple PDFs at the same time and there are also options for different layout settings which I'm going to show you in the steps ahead when you launch updf select batch and then select convert so you can convert your files into any different format select add files where you can add as many files as you like to use the conversion tool upon loading your files on the right hand side you will see the different output formats that you can select and in this case we're going to select Word document you can also toggle the text recognition settings on and you can even change the document language finally you can change the layout settings to determine the formatting of the output document here I'm going to choose exact construction which will give us the exact duplicates of the originally imported files now you just need to press apply to save all of the output documents in your desired location in addition to converting multiple files you PDF also lets you combine multiple different documents of different formats into one single PDF document by combining different documents into a single PDF it can make your documents more accessible and more easy for sharing click on the batch icon in the right hand side corner and select combine to start combining your documents if you select the arrow next to the add files icon you can add files add folders or you can even combine files which you already have open on you PDF from here select the files that you would like to combine into one single PDF document if you've made a mistake and you'd like to remove one of the documents from combining click on the three dots at the side of the chosen file and select remove file you can also select the three dots and then select file settings which will allow you to choose the page range of the document that you would like to use for combining once you are happy with the chosen settings and you have applied them to the files then click the apply icon to combine all of your files into one single PDF document next I'm going to show you how to insert an image or a PDF into multiple documents at the same time launch updf and select batch and then the insert function in order to insert PDFs or images into multiple files at once select the files that you would like to insert your PDF or image into and then click open once your files have opened select insert file where you can decide which image or PDF you would like to use to insert into your files from here you can change the set settings such as the location of where you want to insert your image or PDF into here I've selected after page and I'm choosing which page I would like the image or PDF to be inserted after another great feature of updf is the batch printing tool this feature helps to save a lot of time as you can batch print documents using the same printing settings after you reach the batch processing window on updf hit the print option to access the batch printer to print multiple documents from here you need to choose the required printer from the print drop-down menu and you can check the print in grayscale option if you're looking to get black and white document Pages next you can choose your settings such as your paper size and orientation settings to adjust the Outlook of your printed files you can also choose autor rotate or autoc Center feature when your documents contain pages with variable sizes next you can optimize the page sizing and handling settings to optimize the appearance of the printed pages in the end enable the print on both sides of paper option before hitting the apply button if you work in a professional or a legal setting you might want to protect your documents using the encrypt feature and you can actually batch encrypt documents all at the same time with the document open feature you can set a password on multiple documents at the same time which means that you'll need the password to open the files ensuring maximum security open new PDF and select batch and then select encrypts in order to password protect your documents all at once select add files and then choose the file files that you would like to batch encrypt all at the same time once you have opened your files change the settings using the right side panel for example you can choose the password that you would need to apply when opening the document by selecting more options you can change the encryption level if you select the permissions tab you can also create a password which will allow users to access specific functionalities when the password is inserted click on the tab under printing allowed to choose the settings for per print permissions under changes allowed you can choose the different permissions which users can access when the password is entered you can also enable the enable copying of text image and other content option to let others utilize your content next you just need to set the encryption level settings before saving the file by pressing the apply button updf also allows its users to add baates numberings to multiple PDFs all at once doing this allows you to assign unique identifiers to pages in your document collection including legal documents PDFs and also images bits numbering is commonly used by law firms medical practices and government agencies to help optimize The Document Handling process open updf and select batch and then click on the baits numbering icon to start this functionality select add files to add as many files as you like to start adding your baits numbers now choose the location on which baits numbering will appear on your screen then write the number prefix and suffix in their relevant text boxes moving forward you can adjust the font style and the font size settings to optimize the appearance and once you're happy with all of the settings you just have to click the apply button to save the documents on your device with a single click last of all I'm going to help you create multiple PDF files with just one click you can do this using the batch create feature a new PDF and you can combine multiple documents into one single PDF or you can convert multiple different files into single PDFs keep watching to learn how to create multiple PDF
