hey guys in this video I'm gonna show you how would you add just a text that you have copied from a PDF file which looks really weird for example let's go to this particular page and I'm gonna copy this text from this PDF file ctrl C and then come back to this Microsoft Word I'm doing ctrl V to paste it over here now you see the text doesn't look good because there are some spaces over here and I want them to be properly adjusted so what I would do so I would go over here and I would select all the text then I will come here in three place so what you would do you would use this symbol this symbol and how would you get it shift plus six on your keyboard then you would write be update come over here and replace all and again yes again okay and close now you should come over here I'm justified trip and just define here you can see it has been justified but again doesn't look good there are too many spaces between these words here and over here you see there are not too that much spaces so what you would do to adjust it so that it look it looks uniform so again come over here and justify hi when you would justify it hi it will look very much interesting and very good thanks for watching
