[Music] hey everyone and welcome back to another bisect hosting server tutorial in today's tutorial we're going to go over how to add mods to project zomboid both on single-player worlds as well as on your bisect hosting server first we will show you how to install these mods client-side from your steam library choose project zomboid and go to the workshop tab once this loads you're going to see all of these mods if you scroll all the way down you can see see all from here you can then choose the mod that you want to download let's just go ahead and choose this one and you can just click subscribe now we can open up project zomboid and from the main menu choose mods and you should see that mod that you just subscribed to listed here over here you can just choose to enable it you can do that to make it enabled in all modes that you choose and if you click solo you can see the mod that is enabled there or you can choose the mod directly from here and enable it on this screen that way you can just have it added to just this solo world you can also choose to add mods to an existing file if you choose load and then select the file and click more and you can choose mods from here be careful when you do this because some mods don't work well with existing files so make sure you just check the mods description so you know if it works for existing worlds or not now we will show you how to add a mod to your server from the steam workshop page we're going to choose a mod and scroll down to the bottom until you see where it says workshop id and mod id we are going to use those for the next step go ahead and log into your bisect hosting control panel then we choose the red stop button as we are changing files on our server then go up to file manager from here choose dot cache then server then project dot ini from here we are looking for mods and workshop id first you'll see mods equals if you ever want to find something in a document very easily without having to scroll and find it yourself just click within the document and hold control and click f and you can find the search and i will search mods and click enter and it'll take me right to where i need to go here is where we're going to put the mod id each mod if you are adding a new mod should be separated by a semicolon and then we are going to again click control f and search workshop and where you see it says workshop items equals this is where you're going to copy and paste that workshop id that long string of numbers we're just going to copy that and paste it in here and go ahead and save content go back up to your console and start your server if you have any questions check out our knowledge base bisect hosting.com kb or you can submit a support ticket on our website if this guide was helpful make sure you hit that like button subscribe for more content like this comment down below which guide you would like to see next and we'll see you around [Music] you
