hi in this video I'm going to show you how to add hyperlink in PDF creating hyperlinks in PDF file enhances navigation and accessibility making it easier for readers to access additional resources or external website seamlessly so let's start the video so this is our PDF file if we open it you can see it contains some text and table as well so what if we want to insert hyperlink here for this text click here to add hyperlink in PDF file we are going to use word so open Microsoft Word and click on open now locate and select your PDF file in which you want to insert hyperlink so click on browse so this is the PDF file click on open word will now convert your PDF file into an editable Word document this may take few seconds click on okay button now simply select the text in which you want to add hyperlink so this is the text now click on the insert tab in the word ribbon so click on insert now click on link insert hyperlink popup will appear select existing file or web page in the left sidebar now simply paste the URL of the website here it's formula 1.com click on okay button a hyperlink has been added now it's time to save this document as PDF file for this click on file and then click on save as now click on browse now choose the file name it must be different from the original one in save as type select PDF click on save button a new PDF file will be created so this is the newly created PDF file and this is the hyperlink we have just added so if we click on it the document is trying to connect to formula 1.com click on allow so that's how to create hyperlink in PDF file thanks for watching
