How to add finger colliders to your gtag fan game!

hello welcome back to uh girl tag fan game tutorial today I'll be teaching you how to add finger colada to your girl tag fan game so you're going to start off by clicking on left hand controller clicking 3D object and then click capsule so once you click capsule scale it down to about 0.5 sorry 0.05 on each on on the capsule I can't guarantee this will be the size of your player's finger collider or just finger in general because each player model is different there'll be a play Model A how to add a player model tutorial pretty soon but yeah and then you're just going to rotate it this way then you're gonna just click play okay by the way you will not be needing to go to the Discord for this tutorial but I'll still link it in the description go to scene while in play and then with the capsule that you're doing which recommended left hand controller drag your left hand over here and see how the capsule for the finger collider is just like this and all weird that's because you need to drag the capsule Collider sorry just the capsule in general drag it so it perfectly matches the finger now if you want you can size it down a bit which I will be doing then you're going to go to transform right here click this little uh three little dots then click copy and then click position exit out of play then go to transform click the three dots paste position now as you can see uh it's well you can't really see it but it's moved then if we click play again and go to scene you should be able to see yes the finger collider has moved and then if it's too big or too small scale it to just be the perfect size then once you think it's the perfect size go to transform copy scale stop playing it in the desktop mode click transform paste scale then it will be the perfect size and just repeat that for your other controller or for your right hand controller or if you want you can just duplicate the capsule drag it into right hand controller so it's automatically perfect scale maybe just drag it like there a little bit so it doesn't join onto the other hand then click scene right hand controller just drag it this way as you can see yeah it is a little bit weird but all you need to do drag your collidal then go to transform just like before copy position go out transform paste and then position then just go over to capsule collider turn is trigger on and if you followed my name computer tutorial uh if you want to type with the finger colliders which is the whole point why they exist go to tag if you don't have it our hands tag make it this and just make both these have hand tag and if you want you can add a layer to each of them one of them being right hand for the right hand spelled like that and the other one being left hand on the left hand spelled just like that then turn mesh render off for both of them make sure they have is trigger and that is how you add finger colitis your gorilla tag fan game thank you for watching and see you in the next video
