How the Insta-famous '100 Layer Lasagna' gets made

this is the ramp sensation the handle layer lasagna from La Palma fantastic are you gonna take me through step by step on how you make I'm going to show you each step I'm gonna start with a little house-made bolognese sauce we make our own pasta roll it out blanch it have it so that's already cooked then we make two sauces one being the class of bolognaise and then a bechamel sauce so you have a white and a red sauce so right there we already have six layers exactly there you that's a big misconception people think they try to count the layers of pasta you know 39 to 40 sheets of pasta every one and then you know about 30 30 layers between the bechamel just yeah bechamel bolognese sheets on the shadow yeah right exactly mom I go through this again we gotta flip this baby and see what happens [Music] that is wonderful and look at that just minor minor criminalization in there just nice and Rex a nice and tight I'm gonna bench press this that's up baby look at all the layers of the needs of the cheese you know the bechamel is just barely visible but that makes it creamy and delicious autumn is a little bit of the bolognese sauce slab of the of the lasagna that's been nicely seared off cheese on top and then a little parsley olive oil so cold yeah that's so beautiful look at that look at me I'm so good I'm gonna Instagram it first by that I talked a minute was amazing because you know I tasted immediately the ball in years that was super well made he's absolutely a thing of beauty when you get that flavor because he mellows it out so it kind of erases a little bit the acidity of the tomato and the end with the meat and you have that beautiful creamy sensation is absolutely wonderful [Applause]
