subscribe before anything else no but i hope you're healthy i cannot stress enough how important health is especially these days that during the quarantine last year i gained a lot of weight i have gained probably 20 pounds and it didn't really feel good well at that time when i was eating a lot of junk it felt good but then after a while i didn't feel like i was at my best quarantine weight but then this year early this year in january i have made a decision to lose that weight and to lead a healthier life a day in a life video that i got into badminton i went back to doing a lattice i was trying to eat a little healthier until last month when i was offered to endorse a certain brand that would require me to you know lose a little and look my best so i immediately said yes to doing it not only because i like the brand but because i wanted to have that extra push to you know reach my goal alamko naman of what size i am no matter how big or how small i am but then i wanted to represent my very best for the brand last month i have decided to work with my um trainer coach jay wellness you can follow him on instagram i also got in touch with my nutritionist ian we started creating meals from 1 800 calories gradually yeah from 1800 calories to 1 500 calories and now down to 1 200 calories i'm trying to do it properly i'm trying to get eight hours of sleep every day i try to drink a lot of water better than the usual amount of water that i would drink and also i would also go to the iv clinic for aesthetics purposes thank you dr ivy and i try to work out almost every day so i think that's the most important thing na gelang going to look your best and to feel your best now i know that i am not the epitome of fitness but you know i'm trying my best to look better than ever and to feel better so i don't feel like when you're healthy you feel good not only because of the hormones endorphins or the serotonins that your body actually releases when you're goal and parallel from january i have already lost 15 pounds and i am proud of that i am proud that i have lost 15 pounds the healthy way and of course because of the health of the expert that has
