How can God use you if you are struggling with sin?

you so why do you think the Holy Spirit so often uses people who shall we say yeah yeah that's a that's a that's a crazy part of history and the present day it just happens I think I think first of all I think it's because we need to learn several things number one he responds to his word and when his word is proclaimed through a person that doesn't have their act together which is all of us in varying degrees he responds to the word and when a person I know of people who have been led to the Lord by an unbeliever the Lord honored the word that came through their mouth somebody can I know of a case if somebody came to an individual that had attended church but was not a believer of himself and they said how do I get saved no their blood of the Lord I was impossible the Lord honors his work but secondly we need it's not that he would ever condone carelessness it's not that he would ever condone immorality or brokenness in character he the Lord never approves that and throughout history people have made the mistake that God has used me therefore this little secrets and I have gone on the side apparently that's okay because they've they've interpreted the anointing is equal to approval and it's just simply not the case so we have to be careful in this regard that when the Lord when the Lord uses a vessel like that it's supposed to give us confidence that he'll use us if you use somebody they're struggling with moral issues then I have no excuse I don't have moral issues and I can never use see what that what people do is they use that as an offense but it's supposed to be and if he'll do that to a person that has that many issues I have no excuse to hide by think of David all right when it was chosen by God told Samuel to go to Jesse's house and select him his first choice was okay his oldest son surely the choice of the Lord is before me and it's and the gun till Sam he says don't look at men like you see them he says because God isn't looking at the outward appearance he's looking at the heart and so immediately we are made to understand that God is not looking at any of Jesse's sons from the outside but he's looking at them from the inside so here's David David is called by God a man after his own heart and then we watch David move through life and then this this man after God's own heart does some really weird things some really bad things but at the end of the day the Scriptures keep saying like his father David who did right in the sight of God and obeyed all of God's commandments it doesn't say that he disobeyed some of God's commandments but he obeyed all of God's commandments so is there something in me or in in you that when god says go do this you do it but then there are other times in your life when you do something that God didn't tell you to do but the the observation again and again and again is in the eyes of God in the sight of God in the sight of God so we tend to evaluate persons based upon the external why would God use that person's I'm looking at the outward God looks at the heart and so Paul tells me in Romans he says who are you to judge another person's servant before his before his own master he will stand or fall and stand he will because God is able to make him stand so I look at something in and we tend to judge it after the season rather than saying maybe so I believe God's pleased to keep us on our toes and on our heels concerning certain ministries in and there are times that I'm looking I said God you really want to do that I mean you really want to use that person and in Holy Spirit doesn't come back and say you know Joseph I'm God and you're not and so I had to accept him on his terms and I have to accept that there's some people that he's going to use that from my point of view her nuts John me just nuts and so I've got this friend who said he said I think when some people get to heaven Jesus is going to look at them and say you're a mental case but you're welcome but I had to visitation my Baptist Church I was one fasting and praying hadn't eaten in two weeks and asking and and the first two sessions I didn't feel thing and others my church got touched probably too that got the strongest touch one was a woman who had to be driven home at midnight and happened around 9:00 when spirit fell and someone else had drive her home she cuz she's drunk as a skunk I mean just drunk on a Holy Spirit and she was back slidden and she she didn't know why she came to that meeting the other guy was the wealthiest kind of Church and a businessman smoke four packs of cigarettes a day and it was full of pride and just really been saved the night before only been as a Christian one day a real Christian know he'd been on my board for seven years been a false conversion till the night before he would have been the last pick for me most people in my church and yet he had the most powerful impartation of an activation of discerning of spirits word of knowledge in deliverance of healing gifts very very profound I mean he could be driving on the highway tell you when a car was gonna be an emblem on the back of the car it would be a sign of an institution connected with demonic stuff and he in being another state and he'd be right because he feels things just twisting in his chest with him and it was this demonic stuff so this caused my some of people my church not even to believe that this was God because these two people getting touched and my chairman of the Deacon board was a great man loved him and my best friend who was the name you know in my life who they've won in whom there's no guile who really both of them wanted to be touched they didn't get touched at all in the same meeting that these two Rascals got touched so the question was that this is God why would he miss the chairman the Deacon and Tommy when my best friend another deacon and touched John and Barbara I said I don't know I'll go ask him so I went and I was praying I said Lord you got me in trouble they don't think this is you because you touched the wrong people you missed some of these should have got and he touched something somebody should have left him alone because they don't deserve it you know they don't think through why what do I say and I got the answer immediately they just came in my head and said what's the word for a gift in Greek it's Karis Potter from which we get the word charismatic he said what's the root word of that I said Kairos he said what's it mean as it cars means grace is it that's your answer he said these are Karras Matta their grace gifts and I know you people I know what you're like this was a funny thing from God I know you people I know what you're like if I only touched the most holy the best and I don't touch some of these others you would think you earned it you would think you would turn my Kerris model into work Samata and you wouldn't you would it wouldn't be you think you earned it work for it and so it wouldn't touch you because it is grace and that's why I touch sometimes these people who do not deserve it so that everybody will know that everyone who receives receives of grace not just these that are so bad or so Missy now so that was one the second thing is once you learn to move in the power of the spirit by faith then if you begin to draw away from God you still understand the ways of God how to work with God and and and you can be used of God because you understand and he teach the Word of God and you have faith even though there's moral problems there God still honors the word that's being taught see the the signs and the healings that they backed up the word not necessarily the messenger so the messenger can be a mess but he's faithfully teaching the word God to back up that word even thanks who are not even Christian pretending if they teach the word right God will back up that word because the word is truth even though the man's a liar
