the attack of the clone's release we have come to realize that despite the genetic and psychological meddling of the karanones clones were very much human and this included their desire to mate much to the cameron's dismay this would have some unforeseen consequences including the impregnation of a jedi padawan unfortunately for the cameras they were unable to remove this troublesome attribute known to them as factor age an urge deeply embedded within the human psyche at first the camerons experimented with sterile clones however they realized that this only led to decreased productivity decreased aggressiveness and decreased unit cohesion obviously the cameras did not want their clone army to suffer from such deficiencies however being the perfectionist fascist aliens that they were war hero worthy of a woman's love and so for better or worse the clones were left unsterilized to prevent unwanted offspring the cameras advised strict measures and protocols this included preventing clones from having too much contact with females as well as channeling the energy from factor h into team building exercises by and large factor h would not be a problem however this would change when some clones met another celibate and centrally frustrated group the jedi as we all know the jedi were not allowed to form attachments and intercourse was certainly frowned upon however just like the thoughts about children and what he would name one to which he responded cat meaning saber in the mandalorian language however not knowing he was the father nor that she was the mother he told otay the war was no time to have a child distraught attained decided that now was not the time to tell darman the boy's true parentage many months later on coruscant hurtain decided that it would be best if she left the jedi order it was here that she told darman that he was the father although he was initially angry that she had withheld this information from him he eventually calmed down and the three spent several days together on coruscant many say love can overcome anything and maybe that's right as darman seemed to be somewhat unaffected by order 66. in fact after order 66 had already been executed darman asked detain to marry him over komlink however their happiness would be short-lived after seeing a group of jedi hacking down clone troopers during the chaos of the jedi purge attain intervened trying to prevent the jedi from killing the clones however the jedi would slice her in half immediately killing her sadly this would all be seen by darman refusing to believe what he had just witnessed he almost went mad with grief after attain's funeral darwin would go on to fight for the empire within the 501st legion although his exact fate is sadly not known as for their son he will be rescued and raised by khao sarata eventually growing up to be a powerful force-sensitive mandalorian warrior although that's the story for another day attain was not the only jedi to struggle with attachment ayla sakura was one such jedi in fact the reason she wore such revealing clothing was due to her attachment to her people to find out her noble and virtuous reasoning check
