father in the faith and our pastor pastor paul at their fasting as it proceeds and takes the service forward love you papa [Applause] i was thinking about [Music] the first light of salvation in my heart [Music] in may of 83 it's about 38 years and the experience was a bit too loud a bit too loud it was really totally transformational still too loud i don't want you absent that's too little it's called sensitivity and i started preaching the gospel of my salvation what happened to me immediately and i haven't looked back since [Music] and it wasn't my doing [Music] it's just the love of god the amazing things he does in your heart your mind and your life and i wonder sometimes how many of you have that special feeling of god's love on the inside of you i wonder and it's much more than a feeling because it it's life-changing and then i look back and i consider how far he has brought me the process of changing my whole life all its facets i don't know about you but when i look back over nearly four decades four decades i can clearly see the handiwork of his faithfulness his undying love his constancy he's amazing no wonder he put it in my heart to call this house this family of believers now with such a huge diaspora around the world the house on the rock because when you're undependable he is dependable when you're faithless he remains faithful he depends on you for nothing even that which it seems like he depends on you for he places it in you he gives you gifts not just cars and houses but abilities so that you can be of usefulness to his kingdom's advancement i just think he's an amazing guy and i don't say that with slight i think he's god is cool he's my coolest friend he's certainly my coolest friends or my coolest friend he treats me like a lady he opens doors for me he buys me he buys me things he makes people do things that they normally wouldn't do for for folks i think he's special and if you think so too i want you to find your own words and tell him god thank you thank you for what you mean to me thank you for how you treat me thank you in spite of all you know about me you treat me so special and all i have to do to receive it is is to believe [Music] use your own words it's important it's an important moment because for me i'm closing 38 years behind me [Music] and i could not have been alive today having said that i want you to sit down for a moment greet a handful of people and tell them we're winding the year down unnecessary endings and new beginnings and i have some testimonies i'd like to share with you and i don't have that much time and this first testimony is from a light of fashion and he titles his testimony the god of new beginnings good morning pastor paul good morning church we know it's evening now but i came to house on the rock on an invite i did not come expecting to experience or to encounter god but in december 2020 the spirit of god brought me to the house on the rock and i immediately joined the membership class my faith has grown exponentially since i started feeding constantly on the word of grace preached by our pastor my personal relationship with god has been incredibly mesmerizing on november that means anointed on november the 7th 2021 pastor prophesied that something new was about to happen to me i received it by faith as i had been praying for a new job all previous applications i either got rejected at or ignored on monday the 8th of november i received a link from my brother to apply to an american international real estate company i was reluctant at first because of past experiences with rejection but i remembered what pastor said in church on sunday and believed on that prophecy and shortly before close of work that monday i sent in my curriculum vitia and trusted god i got an invite call for an interview scheduled for thursday the 11th of november 2021 and on wednesday the 10th of november i typed this testimony in faith before going for the interview knowing that i was moving with the invisible apparatus or architecture that pastor paul had been talking about in the mantle series the interview lasted just two minutes and the only significant question i was asked was my salary expectation i took my mind off that particular application as i assumed they would not invite me for the next stage of the interview because of the high salary expectation i asked for then i thought of deleting the testimony i had pre-written but numbers 23 19 strengthened in my spirit and thursday the 18th of november i received another call asking me to come pick up my offer letter haha off a letter above connie i have received the offer letter with a massive increment on my current salary truly only god can satisfy me and this is just the beginning i am eternally grateful to our pastor for his word in season and all his teachings i cannot express how incredibly different my life has been through his teaching since i came to house on the rock thank you so much pastor and may the heavens cover you and your family put your hands together for laito and for god's work in his life and i noticed something that often it's the outsiders that have testimonies the peripherals those who haven't become so familiar with the church the word uh that they take every word seriously and sometimes the familiar need to cure that familiarity because it can breed an unsuspected uh contempt for the word of life and this testimony is from olga okay academic excellence in job offers at the 2020 crossover service i believed all the prayers our pastor our pastors prayed uh over the year i was in the nigerian law school and the kobe extended our session while i prayed god sent me a word in mark 11 24 which i held onto and the law school journey was tough i felt sick throughout the exam period but i always declared my results as first class by the time the exams were over i started looking for a job and i prayed about getting a good offer and all of this i i had all i had was faith and the word god gave me in may slash june i got offers from the top law firms in the country and as though that wasn't enough my law school result was released in july out of the 5 70 law school students who wrote the exam in nigeria only 20 had a first class and i was one of them all glory to god if you're in law school you better clap better than that and if you have a child who might be in law school anywhere in the next 10 years you can do much better [Applause] she says i just want to thank god because it was all him i wasn't the smartest i wasn't the most qualified but god qualified me and now i work with one of the best law firms in nigeria glory to god success of my daughter surgery i'm going to read fast now i want to give this testimony to the glory of god and to the shame of the devil last year during the covet lockdown my daughter started experiencing some pains on the left side of her lower abdomen this is accompanied with a small lump gradually every day the lump was getting bigger and bigger and bigger until the whole tummy was completely big like the size of a five-month old fetal pregnancy it was difficult going to the hospital because of the lockdown but we were still going finally the doctors concluded on a surgery date and i thank god that it was a success i thank god for the people in my department rock media who kept praying for us in addition to this we were told before the surgery that the tumor had ruptured her uterus and when she went for a scan and uh and that her uterus would have to be removed that means she would be lacking a woman not able to have children to god's glory in the course of the operation her uterus was seen hiding behind the tumor and intact after the surgery a little out of the tumor was taken for biopsy and it was later discovered that it was malignant that means cancerous so she was asked to go for a chemotherapy uh session which was going to be for three cycles which was every three months according to the kind of cancer she was diagnosed off and each cycle lasted for eight days so the glory of god she completed the cycle successfully and then the devil raised up its ugly head and we were told that she would need to undergo three to four more cycles no evaluation was done to warrant these additional cycles we were just told that then we insisted on an evaluation first if the cancerous cells were still there we will continue with the chemotherapy we said prayerfully we went to the evaluation and to the glory of god not a single evidence of tumor or metastasis which is the movement of the cancer through the liver to the rest of the body not a sign of metastasis or tumor growth or tumor was seen in her body again only god knows what would have happened if she had just continued with chemo praise the lord because friends chemotherapy is more deadly than cancer most of the times please join me to pray that god will continue to perfect everything that concerns my daughter in jesus name secondly i want to thank the lord almighty for the very good success of my son in his west african examination jam and other related exams glory be to god in the highest come on put your hands together god is awesome alaya is thankful for an amazing 2021 good morning pastor paul this year god did me a favor finally i would like to thank god for the things that didn't happen my younger sister had multiple organ kidney lung and liver failure in february she was intubated at and kept in the icu for about eight weeks but she did not die when she should have she's alive today and hail and hearty also just around the same period my father's house got burnt in the middle of the night but only the stairway was affected before the fire was extinguished i thank god that the house didn't burn down i would also like to thank god for the thing that actually happened i got a new job earlier this year and it's fantastic to god be the glory how many of you will join ulua adam thank god for the things that could have ruined you ruin your year ruin your career ruin many aspects of your life that did not happen hallelujah that was given to us on the property which meant we did not have to put down a deposit to purchase the property the deposit that we were hoping to save for was given to us free of charge we want to hoping that we would may we will be able to move into a bigger apartment by christmas 2021 but the almighty god that is more more than enough came through for us and we bought and moved into our own getting contracts steady small contracts and somehow i got money to execute them that same month i moved out of the uncompleted building into a good estate from there i got a job in lagos state government i didn't apply for it to then i moved to lekki then i bought myself a car and during kovit contracts just kept coming anyhow now i have completed that my uncompleted building and rented a part of it out and moved in everywhere in the area is now developed it has been from glory to glory and now my son is in ss1 doing very well i have to say thank you to my evangelism department family harder it got the year 2020 began with me receiving a rejection for a canadian student's visa that i had applied for i was devastated but i knew i was exactly where god wanted me to be i decided to focus on jesus and not on my issue by june of 2020 i got a new job with a 100 increment to my salary i was happy because i understood that it was nothing short of a miracle from god but i still felt a progressed to stage two of the interview on the same day this also lasted just 15 minutes that's called fast tracking yet another call came from the hr asking that i meet with the chairman by 1pm on the same day the interview with the chairman lasted just 15 minutes again at this point i was questioning whether these people were serious employers laugh out loud i woke up on wednesday of the week confused about what to pray for my relocation or me getting the job do you get it so as usual i just spoke in tongues shortly after my prayer i got a call from them that i made it uh i i i was and still am in shock permit me to put this in proper perspective she writes between june 2020 and now my salary has increased by 300 percent i am now the head of investments in a big private equity firm in nigeria they also wanted me to start immediately and offered me pay for my notice in lieu of up to two months to get me started right away my situation reminded me of pastor paul when he was felt an overwhelming peace i changed my routine and began praying the scriptures that mentioned my dilemma i became addicted to communion and every week expected a miracle on a thursday smiles every time challenges and crossroads showed up i opened the sitting picture on my phone and i would say god here we are i'm sitting down church when the lord turned the captivity of zion i began to experience heart gladdening dreams god started lifting kings and queens to attend to my case and cause one of those sundays pastor paul prayed for us that our facilitators would locate us and find us and he said i don't like using destiny helpers so i said god send my facilitators give people for my cause cause high net worth individuals to find me it's not by might as i have none i count as dung everything and people i think i know uh christ is made unto me wisdom and understanding and i believe you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above my expectations and i heard deep down in my heart fateful day i believe it was a thursday smiles i strolled casually into my factory and the gentleman gave me his card which i trashed right before his eyes unconsciously as everyone became suspects to me he called my attention to what i did and i apologize profusely that it was a reflex action to my depression to cut the long story short pastor paul this young man happened to be my financial kinsmen redeemer without prior formality he gave me a nine figure amount that wiped out all the and brought me out of debt received my five businesses back with another opening today let me count nine figures seven is one million uh eight is ten million nine is a hundred million i i believe for somebody this evening that you receive a hundred million naira wipe out fund for your capital needs for what you're getting ready to do in business who is that person listen i can't prophesy something to you that i haven't received myself at least three times this year i have testified to you about a 950 oh the taxman i can't say anymore i can't tell you anymore the tax man might be listening [Music] but god does do crazy things like that if you are here and you don't have a facilitator and your mind doesn't think about nine digits you better stop thinking about it now because once you make space for god's capacity in your thought life what does he say if he says 320 he is able to do exceedingly abundantly above in other words he didn't give you an imagination to frustrate your life he gave you an imagination so he can exceed anything you think god has ability to do much more oh that's weak i said anything you think god can do much more he gave you a mind that's imaginative so that he can show you my power is always greater than your imagination that's how i choose to live i choose to live it i don't know where you are but you just finished your first house you might be online you just finished your professor you say i'm going to rest i don't need to build another one god's going to make your future buildings a massive portfolio and it will not cost you the stress of that building you just completed everything will be easy that amen sounds like total unbelief it still sounds like you're trying you're trying to battle doubt i need i need a hundred believers to shout the biggest amen of faith so he writes i heard deep down in my heart i will take you by the but guess who is bespoke about your blessing if you are not expecting on uncanny incredible breakthroughs in the first month please cross your two legs stitch your lips together and act important but if you know that god inhabits the praises of his people i dare you to give him as ridiculous a praise as you expect a ridiculous blessing in your life and to assist us to praise him ridiculously also prophesied that one year from that day we will no longer be where we used to be that there was somebody in the congregation that owned that prophecy our lives that our lives would be better i held on applied to 12 times for a job but was rejected 12 times i had never ever been invited for an interview by them but this time around i was invited for the interview and got a congratulatory mail from them one week later for the job also i have gained that mission for a masters in business administration in my dream institution i have also been healed of an excruciating lower back pain after prayer during last sunday's service god is simply amazing it's not even yet february 14th 2022 and that would be a year from when she received the prophecy and so much has happened for me already finally i want to thank god for using my pastor to minister his word to me over and over again house on the rock has been such a blessing and i am so glad to be associated with this house if you have a bible please take it and turn with me to second kings i have a word for you from the lord and for the country philippians 3 verse 13 and 14 put a bookmark there and come with me first of all to second kings chapter six and i'll read from verse 30 and then we'll go to second king 7. i have limited time so i'm going to work there was an ugly famine in samaria samaria was the capital of israel israel by this time had been divided into two kingdoms the northern kingdom comprising of ten tribes with its capital in samaria and the southern kingdom comprising of two tribes benjamin and judah now known as judea with a capital in jerusalem and the emphasis here in elijah's ministry is mostly in israel and as you know the kings of israel descend from ahab and the union with jezebel and jehoram is the present king at the time of our text and the famine is so fierce that women are boiling their sons to eat the populace by dove dung and in one thought sifted to draw the grain out of it and this is at exorbitant prices inflation is athletic it's unbearable that daily they're taking bodies out of the city to the cemetery outside the city gate i pick up the story in verse 30 the king has asked for the head of elisha because he thinks that elijah is responsible for the plight in his city whereas elisha is the friend of god and the friend of that city and i read and it came to pass when the king heard the words of the woman that he rent his clothes and he passed by upon the wall and the people looked and behold he had sackcloth within upon his flesh then he said god do so and more also to me if the head of elisha the son of shafat shall stand on him this day but elisha sat in his house that was also in the city confines and the elders sat with him and the king sent a man from before the king from the king's court but here the messenger came to him that is to elijah and he said to the eldest elisha said to the others see how this son of a murderer referring to jehoram the son of ahab and particularly jezebel has sent to take away my head look when the messenger comes shut the door and hold him fast at the door and others don't let him in here it's not the sound of his master's feet behind him he's speaking prophetically he has foreseen the coming of the messenger and the fork said foreseen the coming of the king directly behind him because the king changed his mind after he sent him on a message behold the messenger came down unto him and he said behold this evil is of the lord that's the king now speaking what should i wait for the lord any longer in other words the king is exasperated with he's exasperated with the famine in the land it's devastating and i pick up the story in second kings chapter 1 and i'll read all the way to verse 9 and then elisha said hear ye the word of the lord thus saith the lord tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flower be sold for a shekel that's a huge crashing of prices it's huge if you look at the earlier texts and uh fine flowers shall be sold for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel in the gate of samaria then the lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of god and said behold if the lord would make windows in heaven might this thing be he was mocking and he said behold thou shalt see it with your eyes but you shall not eat thereof and there were four leprous men at the entering inn of the gate and they said one to another why sit we here until we die if we say we will enter the city then the famine is in the city and we shall certainly die there and if we sit still here we die also now therefore come and let us go on to the host of the syrians if they save us alive we shall live and if they kill us we shall but die and they rose up in the twilight to go into the camp of the syrians and when they were come to the utmost part of the camp of syria behold there was no man there for the lord had made the host of the syrians to hear a noise of chariots and the noise of horses and even the noise of a great host that they said to one another in the syrian camp lo the king of israel has had against us the kings of the hittites that's like hiring the whole of the soviet union military and also he has had uh the king of the the kings plural of the egyptians that's like hiring the american military army navy air force navy seals etc to come upon us wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight and left their tents left their horses left their asses and even the camp as it was and fled for their life and when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp they went into one tent and did eat and drink and carried then silver and gold and raiment and went and hid it and came again and entered into another tent and carried thence also and went and hid it then another decision they said one to another we do not well this day is a day of good tidings and we hold our peace if we tarry till morning light some mischief will come upon us now therefore come that we may go and tell the king's household what a great story i want you to look at verse six but first verse three four lepers at the entering inn of the gate a huge famine that's devastating people's lives has surrendered the city and they said one to another at the gate the four lepers why sit we here till we die if we go back we die if we sit here we die if we go forward we might live we might die no-brainer let's go forward verse six as they moved god made the host of the syrians to hear the noise of chariots and the noise of horses even the noise of a great host and they said one to another the king of israel has hired against us the kings of the hittites and the kings of the egyptians first night they said to one another in the syrian camp sorry whilst they were in the syrian camp this is not good this is a day of good tidings if we hold our peace and we tarry like this till morning something bad might happen to us let us now therefore go and tell the king's household i believe that there's a miracle waiting for you but that you might miss it think about it if the four lepers decided to sit still at the gate and starve death in the face until it killed them they would never have come to victory number one and number two they would never have been able to bring victory to samaria why would that have been because they would have refused to march to the syrian camp i want you to look for five people i wish i could tell you to give them a high five but give them a warm elbow and tell them march towards your miracle march towards your miracle if you don't march you might not get it and uh ushers please quickly fill these reserved seats because i don't need any distractions especially as i build the foundation of the message our father thank you that every miracle in our future you have already experienced it together with us in our lives thank you thank you for the instructions of this word thank you for speaking to my heart help me to declare it both as i felt it and as you told it to me at first and do more that your people they have a fulfilling 2022 and that nigeria will get a miracle that will change this country so that all that the enemy meant for evil in the last six years you would take it and turn it for the good of every single nigerian i pray knowing you have a big answer and that somewhere in the next 24 months nigeria will receive a sustainable miracle of deliverance from the spirit of the bondwoman and her son we pray in jesus mighty name and amen you may be seated in philippians 3 and verse 13 paul talks about philippians 3 and verse 13. i can't not myself to have apprehended but this one thing i do forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward onto those things which are in front he says in verse 14 i press i'm aggressively focused in my momentum and my target is the prize of the high calling the purpose of god the ultimate zenith of god's plan for my life we are in samaria and samaria normally would have the traffic of commerce coming in and going out and the trade of commodities would normally satiate their need for everything that they had needed for their lives for their livelihoods and simply just to sustain life but regrettably the wicked king of syria by name ben haddad has laid a siege against israel particularly against samaria and this is uncanny it's unwelcome because israel samaria has been very kind and gracious to ben haddad and case in point the commander of his military was fully leprous and you couldn't see his leprosy because every time he wore his military armor and his coat of mail you couldn't see the malignancy of raw flesh and its sores exposed on his body because he had that all covered up in his beautiful armor this man the military commander was a soldier of gallantry he was a man of valor but with all his great valor his life was so diminished when he would have to take off his armor he couldn't live a normal social life because leprosy has its plague it has its it's it's it has its uh um disgrace it has its it has its um it's sour pointed it isolates you it ostracizes you it disconnects you from society and his maid had said to him oh i wish that you would meet the prophet of god in samaria and he seeks his king his king sends a message to his his colleague the king of israel who lived in samaria and said heal my commander and the king is exasperated when he hears that ben haddad has asked for this miracle and he says am i god am i god and eventually he sends him off to elisha and elisha doesn't even let him into the house and then he tells him to go and bathe at his le cornea do igara where aguepos leave their mess sorry the equivalent of that in samaria and the commander was upset can you imagine chief of army staff or chief of naval staff or chief of of the air force staff being asked to go and bathe in a cesspool in a soak away he said are there not better rivers than for you to disgrace me like this and if it wasn't for his people around him who said to him this is the man of god if he had asked you to go and do something luxurious would you not have done it and you would have come out of your leprosy clean and so he dipped first time nothing happened second time fifth time sixth time nothing happened but when he came up the seventh time he was healed that thing that's bedeviling your life whatever it is that makes you live at a lower level than the privilege that is meant for you as a child of god god is going to wash it away if not in the first month by the second month if not in the first week by the second week if not on the first day of the year by the second day if not by the second the third not the third the fourth not by the fourth or fifth not about the fifth or sixth but certainly by the seventh season of humbling yourself god is going to wipe away the tears that have made your pillow wet all through the night the anguish of your soul and this was done for him by elijah of israel again ben haddad was relentless about trying to kill jehoram that he sent all kinds of military armaments to go and get him and kill him but whilst he was discussing his battle strategy elisha would have a word of knowledge and he would forewarn jehoram that don't go this way go that way because the king is so the king thought he had a a rat in his cabinet and he said no no no sir it is the prophet of god in israel that keeps telling jehoram your secret so he decided let's shift the attack to elisha and so he sends a vast division of his military to go and capture elisha and they surround where elisha is i believe it was a dothan or something like that and uh elisha seven was panicked to the point of possibly peeing in his pants in my own imagination i look at the text and i see things there and he said master master alas what are we going to do and he says don't even worry about it he says god open the eyes of my servant so that he can see that the architecture of a mobile system of multicaded angelicos are with us and they are far greater than the physicality of the weaponry and the arsenal that the enemy has and god perhaps from the ranks of those angels opened the eyesight of that boy till he saw into the supernatural by the time the word of god has come to its fullness this friday evening the eyes of your supernatural ability to see into the future and into the supernatural help you have will open up and it will give you a confidence that no matter what the enemy sees or says or does you have no reason to be afraid for you shall no longer live by sight but you will live by faith if that's your word shout i believe somebody and so after all these things that happened uh the king still wants to go after samaria still wants to go after israel and if you know anything about god israel is his son it's his firstborn and particularly these 10 tribes have gone astray they're they're lost from the originality of judaism that they had and that's why his love is so focused more on israel than it was on judah or judea because they are his children they are the ten sons of jacob hallelujah and so ben had that decision he's still going to fix them and he now decides that in his battle strategy he is not going to storm them he's going to starve them and that's the enemy strategy he's never inventive he's not not new and remember that when god opened the eyes of his servant of elijah's servant he also closed the eyes of the syrian army and led them to samaria handed them over to the king king said prophet should i kill them he said did you to them that you should be the one to kill them and say give them a party give them to eat and drink and then he sent them back peaceably back to their king and this is what they get in return don't be surprised that you will treat people nicely you'll be generous and gracious to them and the same people you help they will turn around and try to stab your back but don't worry about it god needs those kind of canvas to shine the glorious light of the gospel in your life so that you will come to an understanding that no matter how bad they form their weapon against you for evil it shall not prosper number two whatever they do against you god will turn it and use it for your glory use it for his glory for your good and to teach your enemies a lesson vengeance belongs to him he will repay saith the lord as for you focus your faith on god's purpose god's person and god's plan for your life so ben had that now comes and he lays a blockade to prevent all the things that were meant to come to samaria from coming to samaria so instead of them arriving at samaria they arrive at the syrian camp and syria blocks them so in their campaigns of warfare they've they've gathered so much spoil and now on top of all that spoil everything that's coming to samaria it's stockpiling i want to prophesy to somebody for a moment there's so much that has your name on it that has been released by god toward your life but it has not arrived not because it wasn't yours but because between the one who released it and where you are an enemy a highway robber has set a blockade and your stuff though it is still intact and increasing daily it has not arrived at you and now you feel like god doesn't care you feel like god doesn't think about you you feel like god doesn't have you on his list but the devil is a liar it is stockpiling delays are not denials and sooner than later one day in the next 24 months the stockpile is going to be released and unlocked and you don't have to wait all the way till december 2023 it will happen before then for somebody who is that person if that's you i want you to shout my miracle is going to make its way to my pathway say it again my miracle is going to make its way into my pathway and whilst they thought that their miracle had been aborted that their blessing had been broken that their miracle would not make its way to them they were mistaken god has it in place the bible in fact tells us uh that it is the father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom but he also says in another place that the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence but the violent take it by force what does he mean that between the release and your door mouth there's a highway rubber that's stockpiling what belongs to you thinking that god will allow him to keep it for himself he doesn't know that he's just a stockpiler on your behalf i don't know who you're talking about or who i'm talking to this sunday or this friday evening but your stock is piling oh god i said your stock is piling it's increasing every day every hour every minute it has been sent to you it has been addressed to you and it's going to change your life just because it hasn't gotten to you yet does not mean it is not going to get to you any moment from now the orchestration of the things we're going to talk about is going to unlock and password what is yours and the release will be too mighty for you to carry yourself that god is just allowing you to have time to build your shoulders build your weight-bearing capacity so you can handle the weight of the glory of what he's about to do in your life if that's not your word act important and say nothing but if that's your word help me and look for one neighbor and tell them you better watch out for me because the next time you see me you might not recognize me by how much god is about to bless me any moment from now okay since you didn't want to tell anybody let me just warn you in 2022 this boy this boy here not by any doing of his own not by any special performance on my part god has shown me that there's stuck piling up everywhere for me the things i expected this year they have not been aborted what has happened it's not a miscarriage god is just making it press down shaken together running over and until it is full and overflowing the enemy will not release it but there's something that will happen that will cause the release and when it comes it's going to be a flood it's going to be a deluge it's going to be seemingly unbelievable it'll be too much for you to believe with your eye now if you know that a ridiculous blessing is about to make it to your doorstep i want you to give him a ridiculous praise right now but samaria did not know this samaria did not understand this what was certain for samaria as a city was death pandemic scale death bubonic plague scale death she was fast approaching death women had made deals amongst themselves that let's eat your son today and we'll eat my son tomorrow they were cooking donkey heads and calling it this year my addition my audition and if you know anything about the hebrews they don't eat unholy animals anything that doesn't part the hoof they won't eat it yet the hebrews were eating donkey's head and they were eating cabs cab a cab of dove dung that was at exorbitant prices they were bringing dead bodies out on a daily basis and if she was going to survive samaria would need a miracle the famine was severe let's not understate death it happens it happens to individuals it will happen to you one day it happens to cities it happens to nations one thing is certain for nigeria nigeria will soon die unless she gets a miracle inside the next 24 months one thing was certain for samaria and that was samaria was on the trajectory to death and near the final terminus she needed a miracle if nigeria continues like this she will not exist by the end of next year you and i have no real idea of the underbelly of this country the kind of debt we have yet we are not a highly productive country the shenanigans shenanigans that's going on with its struggles that we have the country is headed for straight death and all the things that take advantage of its dying moments the kingdom of heaven suffers violence the violent take it by forth force how was god going to solve samaria's problem we can learn something as individuals we can learn something as a nation samaria needed a miracle nigerian needs a miracle the four lepers needed a miracle you and i we need a miracle and god is still in the role of making miracles happen for countries persons individuals that have taken the wrong path or have been besieged by the enemy all this is happening in samaria people are dying daily they're initiating to the point of death they're starved they have nothing fluid food has been overrun by the famine can you imagine a grown man deciding he needs a meal and he's willing to take dove dung sift the feces from the grain and eat it for his personal nutrition or to get a goat's head where there's really no nutrition there or women eating their own sauce that's like i should take alvin and alexander and cook them how do you eat your own child and one woman swerved the other and when it was her turn to kill her own child for dinner she refused and she complained to the king that this woman has defrauded me the king seeing what had happened he tore his clothes rent is called the highest sign of abomination or or bereavement and while all this is happening there were four lepers also dying outside the gate they were dying from leprosy now they're adding starvation to it leprosy was already a death sentence them but starvation would accelerate their death think about it these four lepers are outsiders and i want you to know this the focus of this church is not going to leave inside us but the focus is going to be on outsiders god has a big heart for the outsider number one they believe him more whilst the insider has constructed a framework or a formula and reduced god's dealings with them to a formula whereas god is relational christianity is not a religion it's a relationship with god the outsider for example there are many the roman centurion who had a dear and precious servant probably an israelite dying in his house and he sent a message that that go and get the master to come to me and the master was willing to come and when he saw the mass was coming he realized that i'm a man under authority i have people in authority over me i have people in authority under me and i say one go and he goes others come and they come they obey me but i have a revelation about the master that above all authorities he's the commander-in-chief he does not need to come to my house all he needs to do is remotely from where he is speak the word only and my servant will be made whole and he sends a squad to go and tell the master that and the master says this is amazing i have never seen such faith with the insiders that an outsider should have this kind of faith i am amazed go your way and they checked the time and they found out that at the same time the masses that go your way your servant is healed was the exact time that the centurion's servant was healed another outsider the syrophoenician woman also a gentile her daughter was grievously vexed by a devil and the trouble was so exasperating for her that she was willing to leave her distant coast and make her way to where she now knew that the master who was heralded by so many testimonies of his interventions in the lives of people that she ran up to meet him and said hey you've got to help me son of david have mercy on me my daughter's grievously vexed with the devil he scratched his head perhaps and said it's not meat for me to give the children's bread to the dog she's an outsider that's why he called her a dog and she said yes master i know that the the the food belongs to your children but even the little dogs that sit at the lap of the master they eat the crumbs that fall to the table your children are so wasteful that they're wasting precious stuff that will give us supernatural access to your supernatural power and even though i'm an outsider a dog from the canaanitis people just give me a crumb and the master was astonished and appropriated to her and to ask to the centurion that i have not seen so great faith in all of the insiders he has a heart for outsiders that's how come there was an intimacy between himself and mary from magdala who was given to her ways but her deliverance was certain once she met the master and she was delivered of seven demons she was an outsider and she went on to become according to church history quite a mighty stalwart for the kingdom those were not the only outsiders there was a leper who was forbidden to come near the the society and he was kept on the outside and not just was he kept on the outside uh he was socially dysfunctional because of his disease that he had to wear a certain kind of garment and everywhere he went where there were people he had to proclaim himself as unclean even in nigeria we used to have them ring bells to announce unclean unclean so they wouldn't uh pass on the contagion or the infection uh of the disease that they carried that disease was horrible that disease left the flesh white and mangled and raw and the hair that grew there didn't grow in the normal color it grew as white they looked terrible their fingers would begin to fall off the extremities and sometimes whole limbs would leave and they ultimately would die of that disease and so it left them with three certain conditions number one they had a religious disorder where because of religion they were denied association number two they had what we would call a psychological dysfunction because lepers could not fraternize or befriend other persons other than lepers their only friends have the same condition as them and when you are in a condition and your only friends the only people you're allowed to talk to have the same condition how on earth are you going to get out of the condition you need somebody who's not in the condition to lend you a hand up a hand out a way over and if you don't have that you get no inspiration because everybody around you is in the same chains the same hell and the same trouble as you are and so the lepers had a psychological problem they had a sociological problem or rather a religious problem but they also had a sociological problem that meant that they couldn't come into society and enjoy the benefits of fraternity or sorority or society and so they were left on the outside and if rejection is all you have your mind begins to sink rejected by your church rejected by your faith community rejected by your own mind rejected by your society it's a hard place and yet the lepers would come to christ one day 10 of them said jesus son of david have mercy on another day one came to me and said i know if you are willing you can make me clean jesus looked at him and said i am willing and instantly he touched him in the leprosy and said behold and he was made perfectly and completely whole he was there for the outsiders he wanted the outsiders now don't be shocked that whilst you look around you see many people on the inside many of the people on the inside are actually outside us there was a boy in his father's house he was an outsider but he was inside the house god has a heart for you david was an outsider when the king came to anoint him he was nowhere to be found that he thought he was one of the seven predecessors or seven older brothers because they had left him on the outside because of the circumstances of his birth or moses another outsider he was a hebrew but he had too much of an egyptian accent that they didn't like him because he was on the outside he didn't grow up with them he wasn't black enough or he wasn't white enough or he wasn't hebrew enough because he'd been raised in the palace or the 12 disciples jesus did not pick them from the cemetery sorry the seminaries he picked them from the cater of unlearned men fishermen they knew nothing of the gospel of of the tenets of of of the canons from genesis all the way to malachi they were not schooled in theology they were schooled in fisherman business they were outsiders mary from magdala another outsider the woman at the well an outsider that the women didn't like her because she had a way with men zacchaeus another outsider even jesus himself was an outsider and our case in point in our text for lepers outside us leprosy is a horrible disease it causes decay it causes dis-ease as a disease it causes much loss you lose here you lose nails you lose fingers you lose wrists you lose you lose toes eventually they lose limbs their raw flesh is exposed because the epidermis layer is completely removed and the malignancy of the flesh is raw and white if they cut beneath your skin your epidermis layer is gone all you see is the whiteness of the flesh and yet blood struggles to flow there and it was infectious so it led to their exclusion from society and there were now pariahs proverbs by words leprosy doesn't only metaphorically afflict or affect persons it affects nations our country if you don't know it is a leper country it's one thing for a person to be afflicted with leprosy it's another thing for a city to be leprous let alone a whole nation be so disregarded that they close their borders to you simply because of misleadership that's where the brain sends all the wrong signals to the body because the brain has become diseased and it's not communicating with this body correctly and the worst thing about leprosy my friends in the metaphor it represents corruption represents sin it represents judgment in the old canon the truth is that leprosy has no cure so when somebody has leprosy the only answer to the leprosy is a miracle so my big question is is who will god use to bring the miracle the chaos is on the calamity is right the catastrophes is is bursting and samaria is moving faster and faster towards her demise her trajectory is clear she's near the terminus and the king is completely perplexed what am i going to do about this my country has died her members her her society is falling apart she's losing the limbs of her body she's like a leper and he thinks that the cause of his problem is elijah the son of shafat so he sends the messenger that before the day is done elijah will have your head elisha is unpanicked remember this is the man who received us his inheritance the chariots and horsemen of fire from his father elijah and he's sitting there with the elders because he is a man of influence the others are not with the king they are with the prophet when that happens in the land it means there's something wrong with the king and the messenger arrives in the message elijah foresees him by a word of knowledge and the word of wisdom and says to the others keep him at the door his master is coming behind him and the master's feet are flight of foot and are there to say no i i really don't want to kill you but is there any any point in serving god if this is what god is doing to our city he's blaming god for the rebellion of his people he's blaming god for his misleadership he's blaming god for his issues whereas he was the cause the ancestral sin of his father and his mother ahab and jacob was now being visited on them and god was using ben haddad to afflict that on them and elijah clears his throat i don't know who you are what your crisis or challenge is but i make bold to tell you this friday evening as we approach a brand new year that no matter what your crisis is god is able and he's willing to step into it with a word when god wants to move in a place or a person's life or in the midst of a catastrophe or a calamity he always sends a word his word is full enough and powerful enough representation of himself the bible says in john chapter 1 verse 1 to 3 in the beginning was the word the word was with god the word was god there was not anything that was made that was not made by the word in the word was life and the life was the light of men in other words before there was a world there had to be a word hear me child of god nothing moves until you speak to it when a word shows up it will take chaos and turn it into absolute glory it will take pain and shift it to a place of power it will take misery and make it into ministry it will take crosses and make them crowns it will take crucifixion and turn it into resurrection it will take eternal death and turn it into eternal life it will take your abyss and make it an apocalypse where there is a revelation of god somewhere in the shadows of your pain and in the trouble of your trial and tribulation i don't know who i'm preaching to on tonight but god is about to send you a personal word yes he speaks a corporate word but in the midst of a corporate word he's going to give you a word that will turn your situation around and elijah prophesied to the king and declare to him that by this time tomorrow in other words you don't have to get to 24 hours but somewhere in these 24 hours you are going to get a miracle and that miracle will be that all the prices will crash completely till you can attain anything that you need that you haven't had for the months of this siege you will get it at nearly no price it's going to happen it's going to happen in somebody's life god's going to turn it around so that what you could not get before you're going to get it easily god's gonna turn it around so that what you could not afford god's going to make it affordable i don't know who this is for but i know you are somewhere here your life will not be a miscarriage your destiny will not be miscarried your future will not be miscarried your life will not be miscarried you are about to enter the greatest season of your life and god put your faith on trial anytime you keep hearing word and word and word and word it is licensed to the enemy to test your faith your faith must go to the judgment hall it must be tested to know in whom you believe whether you believe your circumstance and its originator or whether you believe your god who is greater than your circumstance i don't know who i'm talking to but i want you to know god's word is on your life right now if that's you i want you to look for two people uh on another row or in a different section and tell them get ready your miracle is about to happen whilst i catch my breath go to three more people tell them you better watch out for me because my miracle is about to happen this was not just a little miracle to help you along the way this is a miracle that would transform your life completely it would change your generations forever it will change your life in a totality so that even you will marvel and say this is only the doing of the lord it is marvelous in my eyes and you know according to scripture that the word of god declares whatsoever god doeth it shall be forever what god is fixing to do in the midst of your catastrophe your crisis our global pandemic and the chaos it has left in its wake it is going to be permanent what the lord is about to release in your life if you believe what i'm saying to you shout yes somebody that yes does not sound like you really believe shout yeah and so my question now is uh if the only answer to leprosy which is the type we see at the gate with the four lepers it's also what we see in samaria it's like the leprosy it's also what we see in our country who is god going to use for samaria who is god going to use for the miracle he needs for nigeria who is god going to use for you i'll tell you who uh god is going to use the outsider the outsider with regard to samaria the prophecy has already gone out the prophet has declared the word of god his word has never failed neither the lord or his prophet elijah and god has now decided with regards to samaria that i am going to use the foolish things of this world to confound the wisdom of the wise i'm going to use outsiders uh to do what i have purpose to do so that you will understand that when ben haddad laid the siege against samaria it did not surprise me i knew a long time before he did it that he was going to do it and i already had a plan look at somebody and let them know that god already has a plan for you he already has a plan for you in romans 9 and verse 15 and 16 he declares to us i will have mercy on whom i will have mercy i will have compassion on whom i will have compassion for it is not of him that wills nor of him that runs but it is of a god who shows mercy god had decided that even though these four lepers were not an ear shot to the prophecy they would be the instrument of their personal deliverance and at the same time the instrument of samaria's deliverance there are outsiders to nigeria's political class outsiders to nigeria's political architecture us to nigeria's political process that i believe god is supernaturally going to raise up and give them access to the mantle of the architecture of the supernatural interveners that what men purpose to do god will frustrate that only what god has predetermined he will bring about will come to pass i don't know who you are they're frustrating your business they're frustrating you in your industry they turn the tables against you they have said because you are from this tribe or that tribe you must never get a breakthrough you must never get a go-ahead the devil is a liar god will move mountains if he has to move them he will dry up oceans if he has to dry them up but bless you he certainly is going to do it if you don't believe that act important but if that's your word shout preacher this word is for me [Applause] and go to three people now and tell them this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word this is my word god's going to use the unlikely he's going to use the least likely to do the most mighty there is death in the city it's steering them in the face they can hardly stand it they're watching themselves die they're emaciating they're watching their fold their prince their their parents their siblings their children they're watching their nation die in nigeria our institutions are falling off like lepers fingers justice has fallen in the street righteousness has no home in the land the executive is failing the legislators failed the the infrastructure is insufficient it's overburdened by the burgeoning population that they fraudulently claim is over 200 million people the values that we once lived by that nigeria was once proud of that you did not need a visa to travel to the united kingdom and to most european states when you went to the american high commission of the american embassy you got a visa for four years as a visitor yet today nigeria is a pariah she's so corrupted from top to bottom private and public and church sector the whole state is in a total mess she's suffering from leprosy that her parts cannot hold together instead of unity we have disunity instead of security we have insecurity and literally a war that's wasting us by our own nationals it's getting worse every day both in nigeria and in samaria but god has sent a word by his servant elisha before there was a world there was a word before there was a planet there was a word i dare to tell somebody today uh god is about to do something in your life you have never seen before nothing moves until the word comes to build this building some men had to sit down and speak a word how we wanted it what we saw how we wanted it to happen we called some other facilitators the construction company the architectural company and we spoke words to them what was the impact of words you're standing in it right now you're sinning in it right now likewise some white men came together and they took a piece of real estate that they bought for a million pounds and one guy and his girlfriend decided that they were going to call the land niger area which means area really and that's why nigeria is today so don't tell me that god created nigeria he did not god allowed men to create nigeria nigeria was a part of the berlin treaty where men got together and decided we must keep africa divided so that they never come to a place of unity and union unless they find their harmony and become a greater continent than our continent that's why africa has half of the problems that she has today but the devil is a liar because no matter how bad ben had that behaves he's only stockpiling what belongs to us and when god is ripe and ready he's going to send the word and guess who's going to carry the word it's normally the outsiders those who are forgiven much they love much those who are unliked and rejected by men they're the ones that the master builder says i want him i want her i like them because they're not religious they want a relationship they're not trying to please anybody who impressed sociology they just simply want to know this god they've tried men they've tried women they tried society they tried fortune they've tried fame and none of it worked and they decided if god is god i want to know him now will all the insiders cross their two legs stitch their lips together and act like who you are an insider but all the outsiders the folk that people don't like to see bless the folk that they're scrutinizing you with a magnifying glass to see what you did wrong why you shouldn't be blessed why you shouldn't be a deacon why you shouldn't be a pastor the devil is a liar will all the outsiders shout their biggest and most ridiculous praise if you know that god is up to something in your life is that an outsider's praise can i tell you the good thing about god he takes the insider and puts him on the outside but he takes the outsider after he's made the insider vacate the throne and he puts the outsider on the throne and then puts a crown on his head god is about to crown you this next year with the kind of blessing you've never ever seen in your family ancestry in your lineage in your whole generation god's about to do it in your life look at somebody and tell them i'm on my way to my miracle oh it doesn't sound like you really want it that badly oh god i feel something i feel something here you see my friends before there is a world there has to be a word that means that there is a day and i believe for somebody it is today that you will decree a thing and it shall be established on to you that means established immovable always abounding nobody can take it from you when god has established it and i grew up in the courthouse and i understand that when a decree is made by a judge or a judgment a ruling is given by a judge it enjoys in civilized countries the full backing of all the force and power of the land hear me in john 1 he says in the beginning was the word the word was with god the word was god there was not anything that was made except by the word so the word is all important everything that is created or shifted or moved or settled or established happened because of words something that somebody said now this is not the word of men we're talking about though men can speak this word this is the word of a god who cannot lie a god the word of a god who cannot relent concerning anything that he has declared hebrews 13 and verse 8 this god who identifies himself as word says that he is the same yesterday today and forever if he created the whole universe by his word that means if he's going to create something in your life it's by the word if he's going to move things in your life it's by the word if he's going to give you a job that will settle you it's by the word it's going to bring a healing to your body is by the word everything he does it is by his word and i know that when a judge rules i lived with one i'm a son to a late judge uh in fact a chief judge and he would write judgments in the house after returning from functions at 10 pm sometimes to 4 am in the morning by hand and he would come to his conclusions his ruling his judgment and his sentence but and then he would sign the paper and sometimes i would overhear him talking about the judgment or the ruling to his brother judges sometimes on the phone uh because they required a certain confidence as fiduciaries and as much as he said all he said about his judgment his ruling and the sentence it had no force until he went into his courtroom put on his robes wore his full bottom wig or his pedal week and the seal of the federal republic of nigeria representing or symbolizing the force of how he would rule as one trusted with the law and tested over time as one who was a sage on oracle of the law that when he spoke and gave sentence or ruling or judgment or condemnation as the case would be it would be enforced in job chapter 22 i actually want you to turn there to verse is it forgive me my job scriptures please rock me to be fast for them shalt thou have thy delight in the almighty and shall lift up your prayer your face to god verse 27 verse 27 then you will make your prayer unto him and he shall hear you for us in the new testament before you call i will have answered whilst while yet speaking i will hear okay verse 28 in other words he will help you to establish your promises to fulfill your promises verse 28 you shall also decree a thing and it that you decree shall be established unto you because god gave you the word as a result of your delight in him hallelujah and the light shall shine upon your way you have a clear path to your ultimate destination are you here so when the judge writes his judgment at home wearing his pyjamas he can talk about it confidentially with his wife that this is the ruling that will come out in a week this is the sentence this is the judgment there's a judge potential judge right here she understands exactly what i'm saying they're judges watching they understand exactly what i'm talking about that judgment has no power as long as he's wearing mufti and he's not in the court the courtroom and he hasn't banged the gavel saying court is in session and it normally starts a session by court arise and they arise the judge walks in in his gowns his robes his weak and then he starts to rule and when he rules the justice system including the law enforcement the police force will carry out his judgment to the letter in a civilized country that's why justice must not be tampered with in a land otherwise you will see nothing but injustice in that land where judges are no longer independent they can be controlled by political godfathers they can be controlled by governors they can be controlled by legislators they can be controlled by the executive and they can be controlled by money in countries like this that's why nigeria has fallen to the ground because justice has been has lost its independence and you can count the judges that are truly independent and operate according to law perhaps on your hands and feet for the whole country they take bribe for both leniency and for judgment from both sides that to get a judgment that you deserve you have to go and bribe the judge to do his job we are coming there's a new generation arising we do not belong to the insiders of the mainstream of what's ruling nigeria today we are outsiders and inside us not this carefully this generation of people under the age of 35 they are very dangerous you cannot overrun their mind or their will try your hardest especially if you bring the country to the famine that is looming so large on the horizon of nigeria god their god he will arise and his enemies will be scattered how dare you starve unborn nigerians by borrowing their money from other nations and expecting unborn generations to pay back a debt that you're squandering on nonsense [Applause] but when the judge comes to court fully rogued fully wigged and gowned in his courtroom sitting at the bench the seal of nigeria or britain in his back and he passes his judgment and hits the gavel on the bench it is done it is done especially if it's at the supreme bench and if he's a good judge even a supreme court will not reverse a sound judgment we used to have that before we will get it back it may take us 40 years to do it and i'm going to take a no i won't take the detour i was going to take a slight detour so if the judge cannot pass judgment in his house or in mufti or in civilian garb and he can only pronounce it efficaciously in the courtroom in his robes and gowns what is the metaphor saying to us if you're going to decree a thing and it's going to be established unto you you must first put on your garments and our garment is christ that's why paul says put on christ so let's interrogate what is christ the definition of christ is anointing and the anointed one that's how you define him he's the anointing and he is the anointed one that means if you're going to rule you don't just get up and rule you don't just wake up from sleep and rule you must be inside a proper consciousness of your anointing and your anointed one who he is what he has the power that's available to him and you stand there that's why we don't just make decrees we wash our steps in butter the bible says and then the rock will yield us rivers of oil your anointing is going to arrive on a level that it will feel like you are in the courtroom where when you make a decree in a few moments it will be established on you it may take time it may have its hours it may have its appointed time for for for fulfillment of a manifestation but when you decree a thing it will happen we decreed this building it is here today everything fought to prevent it from happening it's a reality there are things that you will decree tonight according to the council of god and they will come to pass remember that when the prophet had decreed his decree the four lepers were not in the air shot they were outsiders to the city they were outsiders to the prophetic word they were outsiders to the prophet they were outsiders to the society yet they were going to become the instruments that god was going to use is it not amazing that they were about to be used by god but they had no idea that they were going to be personally delivered and would become the deliverance for samaria what i mean to say is that there are things that god has planned for you to be and for you to do that right now you have no idea that god has a setup that's going to change your life and shift you into a usefulness you never ever thought of what's going to be your your life plan i don't know who i'm preaching to this morning whilst i was smoking crack in miami i had no idea i was going to be a minister my plan was to become an architect when i moved back to lagos onto the other side of town i had no idea that i'd be pastoring a mega church in the city of lagos on the leki peninsula there are things that god is fixing to do in your life that you have no idea about the way that paul wrote it was i has not seen neither has ear heard nor has it entered into the heart of man the things which god has prepared for those who love him but these things are revealed by the spirit what does the spirit do he takes the word of god and he opens it up and causes your mind's eye to see it with clarity god's going to show you how your destiny is going to happen he's going to show you who to go with in your destiny he's going to show you what to do to make that destiny happen who am i preaching to this morning glory to god i feel something i'm looking for the shortcut hallelujah and so these four men uh they're sitting outside the city they're watching dead people come out they're watching people carry to the cemetery which was always outside the city and they realized we are dying and our death has just gotten onto the fast track uh because nobody's giving us handouts nobody's giving us food the food pile on the trash heap isn't doesn't have any food in it they're making sure they consume everything before they trash it and so we don't have a chance and they said so what are we going to do and one of them must have said why sit we here on until we die if we go back into the city in the conference we will certainly die if we sit here we will certainly die too but if we go to the syrian camp where there's a stockpile we might live and we might die so it's a no-brainer i don't know who this is for anybody here got a no-brainer it's a no-brainer if we go back we die if we sit here we die let me say this to you friends faith is never passive it is never passive the bible says faith without action or works is dead being alone that means if you have faith it's not gonna let you sit down somewhere until your life dies it's not gonna let you sit down somewhere until your business your career your usefulness dissipates faith is going to make you get up and do something i don't know who i'm preaching to so what is faith faith is currency if you're going to buy things from the shop you're going to have to pull out your card which has current or your cash which has current and pay for the procurement of what you want of what you believe should be yours but when it comes to god his currency is not naira and kabul nor dollars and cents no pound sterling and pennies his currency is faith the hebrews 11 1. now faith is the substance you might as well say the currency of things hoped for and the coin of things not yet seen so if you have current you can have it these men they did not hear the prophetic word which was currency because faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of god but even when you don't have the voice of the prophet or the voice of the word god knows how knows how to work within you both the wheel and to do according to his good pleasure so here are these four men in conference and through deductive reasoning the spirit of god guides their decision because god's purpose and his will for you is always good acceptable and perfect at the same time and so in their reasoning going back we're going to die sitting here doing nothing we're still going to die but if we go forward who can tell we might live and we might die they did not know which it would be but it was the best of their chances however god who knows all things he already knew because that was his plan that was his prophetic purpose that these four men would be the instruments of deliverance they were so desperate for personal deliverance so desperate for life so desperate to break the chains upon their lives so desperate for their next meal that friends they said to themselves i'm going and the other said are you sure you want to die violently said i'm going whether you come with me or not i'm still going whether you like the idea that i'm leaving you behind i am still going hear me somebody look at this and listen to this carefully the the these men are the human instruments of the imminent turnaround miracle uh that god is going to visit on samaria and they don't know it they have the same spiritual architecture available to them that both elijah had and that elijah had now passed to elijah we know that because when the same wicked king came to capture elisha his army's horsemen and chariots surrounded elisha and elijah's boy was afraid and elisha prayed to god at the cry of his boy and said open his eyes so that he can see the architecture of military armament that we have that is greater than what ben haddad has and the boy's eyes opened and he lost his fear and understood what it means when god says he hasn't given you a spirit of fear but of love of power and a sound mind it is unsound for you to be afraid of a tyranny it is unsound for you to be afraid of your circumstances it is an unsound mind for you to not have the mind of christ that says you have equity and equality with everything that god the son has am i talking to somebody and sometimes god will open up the eyes of your mind and even your physical eyes to see what you have so that you will not be afraid of what has come against you these four men they had no knowledge that what elisha had they also had some of you don't know that what your pastor has you also have it if god could do it with me he can do more with you if he can do it with my covenant sons in the industries he can do even more with you and here they are they decide that they are going to step out uh is there somebody here who's ready to bust the move you're ready to step up and step out who is that person that i'm talking to this morning you're ready to step up and step out you're ready to march towards the syrian camp you're ready to go out there recognizing that you might be walking to your destruction but you have a glimmer of hope that it might not be destruction it might be destination but god knows that you're not going to destruction but you're going towards destiny hear me friend what i'm trying to tell you is that the wicked flee when no man pursues but the fact that it wasn't men pursuing the syrians should already hint you that elijah's heavenly army the hosts of yehoshua hamashiach were as mobile in the battle of war as those warriors were getting ready to move into am i talking to somebody yet i hope you're listening i think i ought to calm down that clock makes me go faster than i want to uh i feel god and so they take the first step in the right direction they decided backwards never for whatever they've taken their first step in the right direction that i'm not going to sit passively by they've decided i'm going to make something happen because friends faith is never passive faith takes action faith moves the host of heaven faith doesn't act cute nice dandy and pristine faith without works is dead faith without action is dead faith doesn't relish in pity parties think about it back we die sit here sit here we die go forward we might live uh i don't care what the enemy has to say i don't care that the enemy is over there where my stuff is i don't care that there's a mountain in the way i don't care that there are obstacles on my path i want to ask you a question mr leper where is your bread where is your bread your bread is in the syrian camp where is your bread it's in the enemy camp how bad do you want your bread are you gonna run away from your bread just because it's in the enemy's camp or do you have enough faith that if god says the bread is yours he'll help you to take care of the enemy your bread is not back in the city your bread is not at the gate your bread is with the enemy i hear david say that's truth david will you give witness yes i will do you promise to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth david says yes i do he said the lord is my shepherd i shall not want he makes me to lie down in green pastures besides still waters makes me walk in the path of righteousness for his name's sake i'll fast forward he prepares a table for me where in the presence of my enemies i don't know if you hear me here but even if i'm gonna die i want to die trying i don't want to die sitting and i don't want to die going backward if i'm going to die i want to moving in the direction of where my bread is am i talking to anybody yet is anybody hearing the word of god god said tell somebody that you've got to get up now so i want you to reach the two or three people and tell them don't sit there till you die don't sit there without a job till you die don't sit there with your boyfriend until you die don't sit there in a pity party till you die don't sit there doing nothing until you die get up my friend get up get up get up get up get up and tell your neighbor i'm getting ready to go and get the man of my dreams i'm getting ready to get up and go and get the career of my dreams i'm getting ready to get up out of my seat and go and get the job of my dreams i'm getting ready even though i'm 38 and still single i'm gonna get the wife of my dreams shout at somebody and tell them go get it go get it go get it go get it go get it go get it in other words what i'm trying to tell you is go to the car shop i know you don't have enough money in your bank account and you don't have enough money on your card but that's not your currency for your next car your currency is faith because this god of yours he knows how to take the heart of a man anywhere in the world and cause that man to favor you or cause that woman or that car dealership or anybody anywhere to favor you till you have what you need to take the car can i go a little further some of you are saying when will i ever own my own townhouse on the peninsula or on victoria island and you keep looking at your bank account to determine whether you will get it when the bible says looking unto jesus the author and the finisher of our faith and if you keep looking at him i'll tell you what he's going to show you he'll show you the house but how will you see the house if you don't get up off your chair go to the real estate office and tell them you want to go and look at some houses on banana island tell them you want to go and look at some houses on the admiralty tell them you want to go to old decoy and show me stuff because until you see it you won't know that it's yours but if this thing has already been joined to your future in a time that you have not yet come into then you'll never know it until you see it when i walked onto this property it was water nearly 20 years ago and when i got here i could tell that the rest of my life would mostly be spent here i felt it i knew it was home the anointing you feel right now i was sensing it back then and i could see your crowd some of you need to go to the car shop on monday morning and just stroll there say may we help you sir said yeah can you show me your range of bmws or range rovers i'm particularly interested in the cayenne can i see it what color are you interested in how many how many liters are you looking at and then tell him something that shows that you're a sophisticated and a well-discerning client and say i need a car that has at least 500 brake horsepower and the torque of xyz so that they understand that you are a connoisseur even if it's only in your dreams but i know a god that makes dreams hundreds of thousands or even millions of angels with all kinds of roaring sounds so that every time you shout here the angels are shouting there every time you take a step here the angels are taking steps that will terrorize your enemies so that the folks who were planning hell against you and were also holding on to your stockpile they heard the sound of your warriors that you couldn't hear and their mind started showing them pictures of what they were hearing and they said this is not like anything our army can handle this is not like anything we can handle and these men had horses they had because heaven's toast will chase all those gun runners all those bandits all those kidnappers and their bosses gonna chase them out of town in this battle you won't even have to lift a hand this battle is not ours it belongs to the lord lift your right hand and say heavenly father according to your word as we delight ourselves in you you will give us the desires of our hearts father we are here in the gathering of god lovers because we delight in your presence we love your presence more than silver more than gold more than cars more than houses the way we feel right now is much more than the way a car house or money could make us feel we love you we love your presence thank you for placing divine desire in our hearts and declare with me now father i receive the desire for everything you want me to walk in for the purpose you want me to fulfill for the plans that you have for my life and for our corporate life as the body of christ in this nation and according to those desires we make decrees dressed in the anointing and the anointed one in the courtroom of your favorable divine presence sitting at your right hand we now come to promulgate decrees concerning our well-being concerning our health spiritually naturally materially financially and we declare we shall prosper as our soul prospers because you have sent your word to heal our decline our demise our deterioration and we give you glory in the name of jesus father we decree that every syrian every enemy who is stockpiling our bread who is stockpiling our breakthroughs let them be scattered let them you about a 200 year plan and watch him give you the kind of success that your generation cannot finish that your generation cannot spend but your generation will not outlast even though he gives you long-lasting life god wants to give you strategy wealth and values that will god preserve and protect the generation of your great-grandchildren so that what you start in rebuilding nigeria they will continue by the time it gets to the fourth generation we will have a nigeria that could be greater than an america or a britain or a japan last time i looked at them none of them had two heads they just had a 200 year plan and they stuck to it they kept to it they wrote the constitution of laws that were unbreakable and if they were broken there was punishment to ensure that the 200-year plan enjoy justice we are a generation of people who do not care about our children that's why they're fleeing our land and they don't want to come back yet the wealth they're looking for there is have seen nigeria's possibility but instead of distributing it to nigerians in an equitable and just fashion they refuse to and they behaved like a hazel legend and church history tells us that these four lepers were the four sons of gerhaza the heisei was judged for his avarice and for his greed i pronounce judgment on the spirit of avarice and greed and its major cohorts in this land that they insiders and they deliberately keep you outside but the drivers of culture are these formal and informal education arts theater media social media hallelujah music entertainment they shape popular culture righteousness justice and equity development and progress can become pop culture in nigeria if we're deliberate about it i want you to speak to that pillar right now in your own language if you don't know how to phrase it speak in tongues the host of heaven have assembled around this building because they are going to run with the assignment your prayers and decrees give them this generations the faith that god bequeathed to his new creation must rise like the bible says the mountain of the lord's house will be raised higher than all the other mountains and hills and all the nations will run into that mountain let's ask god to make his name and faith in his name become the greatest thing across africa across nigeria and across the city that you live in jeremiah 29 verse 7 and 11 it says pray for the peace of the city in which you live because there it lies your own peace verse 11 says i know the plans that i have concerning you plans of good not evil but how will you have the fulfillment of those good plans if the city you live in is the playground of the devil we must pray for our country we must pray for our city and we've done that to a degree already but i want you to decree that the name of the lord you will participate you will train your house how to make god's name great at silver bird at mega plaza at palm shopping center at the primary school you drop your child off everywhere in the land you will participate in making god's name great that you will make altars everywhere you go your car is not just transportation it's an altar a mobile altar
