HOTEL Tour | A new Waikiki neighborhood hotel (...suites...and bunk beds!!) | Romer Hotel (2024)

in today's video we are checking out the RoR W and we're going to show you guys not only the hotel lobby and the pool we're going to show you some of the room types so let's get started for more Hawaii videos make sure you're subscribed and click that notification Bell so you're alerted every time we post a new video Aloha I'm Mariam and this is yes to Hawaii we make Kawaii videos take the guesswork out of planning your trip so with the specific Hotel this used to be the Ambassador Hotel and it's been completely renovated everything is new a lot nicer decorations full open seating area here and then just in this main lobby area over here is the Courtyard Cafe it's open in the morning from 6:30 in the morning till 9:30 and the afternoon it's open from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. this is also the location for the RoR welcome party which is from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. where they also provide guests with free beer so when you come into the hotel and you check in you'll actually check in from this direction here and the entire front desk area is completely open as well so it's a nice open concept it's very very Breezy at the time of this filming it is mid December so a lot of the Christmas decorations are up so now that you've seen a little bit of the lobby we're going to take you guys into the pool deck area which is the white geeki swimming social club and show you some of the room types over here in the main lobby area we also have the RoR corner store which showcases some small businesses and it's nice because it gives these small businesses a brick and mortar shop within weiki so a lot of the ones will differ there's a few different items there's some artwork some clothing than you a little bit of everything so now we'll head on upstairs to the white Kiki sumon Social Club to show you guys the pool and onto the room types let's get into it we're here at the third floor at the yiki swim and social club and just to show you a little bit of the area they have Cabanas that you can rent with the resort pass they also have a full swimming pool a full bar and you're able to also rent these Polaroid cameras here and again just to kind of get you a little bit to get your bearings over here we have um Kio Avenue which is the main street here and then right across it's the other Main Street kakawa Avenue right across from us there's also the gas station across the street and other nearby hotels um across from us is the Luana over here is the hotel lacroy and there's a few ABC stores as well if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or if you want to pick up some cocktails or drinks as well again this entire area you are able to have access to if you are going to the main by suon social club for our first room we have the king Ocean View we're in room 1501 and this to show you a little bit of what it looks like you've got super comfy bed here coffee and tea these nice little postcard that they have as well in every single room we'll head outside to the Lai area to show you what that looks like there is some seating over here on the left hand side I'll point out a few nearby hotels in the area right in front of us is the ocean view of course at the park that I mentioned earlier in the video across is the Luana yiki Hotel the the gas station over on the left hand side is the hotel lroy and lastly the holiday in express directly in front of me is kakawa Avenue that is the main one-way Street here in weiki and then parallel to it is kuio Avenue again that Park just right across the street from us and then about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach very close by directly beneath us will be the pool area the yiki swi social club that we showed you earlier in the video and they do of course have a full bar so let's head on inside overall lots of space on this wraparound balcony or lenai area again seating out there and seating Darkly in front of us perfect place to grab a quick coffee in the morning heading inside closet area an in room safe and then for the bathroom area hair jar a few other items here and then a stand up shower over here as well lot of good space all right on to the next room and now for our second room type we're in room 1901 and this is the one-bedroom Suite so again just to show you a little bit more about the space huge living room area here we'll show you guys what the bedroom looks like it has two bathrooms and a full wraparound balcony or ly area so this bedroom is one of the largest that's here on the property plenty of space you have the bedroom here sorry excuse me the bed here we have some table and chairs over here over here on the outside is the wraparound balcony or Lai area this is the smaller side of it it does wrap all the way around and we'll show you guys what that looks like here in a minute over here we have the larger bathroom or the master bathroom it is a little bit noisy so pardon me for the noise this bathroom is the only one on property that has a full bathtub but it also does have a full standup shower as well plenty of space like this place is huge and I hope this room tour shows you a little bit of what this Suite looks like this is the one-bedroom Suite now they we do have a two-bedroom Suite but we're not looking at the two-bedroom Suite today just the one-bedroom Suite so we'll head over this way to the second bath so the second bath a little bit smaller of course no uh shower on this side but there is a second bathroom here and we'll go outside to the main lenai area so with the laai area much more seating on this side so the side that we showed you guys that's connected to the bathroom it does wrap all the way around gorgeous ocean views again one-bedroom Suite Ocean View and then from here you can also if you look down you can also see the pool area that's the main Park that we were talking about earlier in the video I love that they had these lounge chairs over here table and chairs as well if you wanted to grab a coffee and hang out all that area again is all wrap around the I so two two two and four so plenty of seating area again this is the one-bedroom Ocean View Suite I hope this tour gives you guys a little bit of a taste of what it looks like we're going to head over to the next room type and again I'll leave links in the description box below for each specific room type we just came from the one-bedroom site Ocean View we're now at 1705 which is the king size with the pullout sofa partial Ocean View so again still a very spacious room king-size bed pullout sofa and then the laai or balcony area is quite a bit smaller we'll show you guys what the view looks like table and chairs are out here and again partial Ocean View so again in this room plenty of seating over here we'll head over to show you guys the bathroom looks like they also have the fridges if you don't see them right away they're tucked away here so small fridge here coffee and tea just like all the other hotel rooms that are in the property and then to show you guys the bathroom this bathroom is a little bit bigger as well standup shower very spacious really nice colorful designs and decor and then this is their closet area so pretty spacious in room safe as well like the other rooms all right we're going to head on to the next room type so we're just the room over we're in 1706 which is also a partial Ocean View but to Queen so very spacious very similar in size two queen-sized beds and like a lot of the other hotel rooms in the rumor there's a lot of really nice Decor really bright colors and they have a full balcony same as the other rooms we'll show you guys what this one looks like so really nice partial ocean view all right we'll head on side to show you guys a little bit of the bathroom and then head over to the next room type so very similar to the other rooms very bright Decor I love these paintings they're in almost every single room stand up shower and again just as a reminder there was only one room type that had the full bathtub that was the one bedroom suite all the others will have the stand-up shower but as you can see still very very spacious and now we're going to head on to the next room type so you've already seen a suite regular room we're in room 821 and this one is one of the more unique room type so this one is a king and it also has an adjoining room that has a full set of bunk beds so we'll show you the bunk beds first this family Suite is pretty great or if you're traveling again with a group of friends a full set of bunk beds over here full closet the fridge is located here as well as the in room suite as well we'll Loop over here really quickly just to kind of show you the spacing so with the KingSize bed the KingSize bed is going to be closest to the outside lenai or balcony area we'll show you that part last so again King and full set of bunk beds we'll head over here to show you what the bathroom looks like it is a bit smaller than some of the other rooms um but still pretty spacious standup shower um amenity and everything here and then the last part we'll loop around this way to show you guys what the laai or the balcony looks like I like how this one wraps around some of the other smaller room types the lenai or the balcony is quite small this one is a little bit bigger this one is a City View room though so seating out here as well and larger seating out here too if you want to grab a coffee or something and bring it up here for your room from here you can also see the pool area it's closed right now for a private event but just to kind of show you what it looks like still a really great view for a City View and also just to mention every single room type will have these super cute little postcards that are in each of the different rooms and when you finish writing a postcard you can take those down to the front desk and they'll be happy to mail them for you guys all right on to the next room type on this onepage
