Home made Disc-Chisel Plow in Action! Kioti RX7320 & New Holland Tractor action!

all right we'll hit the cruise control and away we go okay looks like we have scored a perfect fit here with the new disc chisel and the coyote i'm headed out to a southern illinois spot to help curtis out with the disc chisel and he helped me plant some of my plots and i'm just helping him out all right i made it to another top secret location one of clients uh one of curtis's client properties i'll be uh working up probably five or six acres today with the uh chisel disc and then he's got another implement so i'm only gonna run one pass so i can get it all done and then he's got another implement which i'll show you some pictures of which is really nice so i'm i'm planning planning on adding a soil basket on the back of mine which is basically going to make that all in one all-in-one uh implement but you'll see that down the road he's got a brand new culvert here that somebody installed and didn't do it obviously there well it's all washed out the whole thing is washed out here [Music] so i'm just stealing a little bit of gravel from on top this thing's gonna need to be fixed no doubt [Music] [Music] all right i gotta get used to the power shuttle now i've been down in kentucky using the manual one to get you a shot of this pipe here yeah uh i needed some dirt compacted up here by the front do-over i can't talk though because i've done that before i've had to redo a couple culverts that's how you learn i guess at least me so curtis has been planting this he's got beans here too as well as another farm i helped him with and he couldn't get beans to go either because of the deer but there's just too much down here and especially when you're off the road i mean if your your bean field is next to a highway they don't come out till nighttime but when you're this remote they're at it all day i mean look at all this bedding cover here [Music] uh he might want me to bring the excavator back here and pull autumn olives out of this field edges of this property yeah this is the the main one right here then another one on the other side of that tree line which first time i go uh mow down this tyler johnson grass okay for you and i'll hold mow a line on that side to let you know the the boundaries of the field right here then there's one other about one acre three quarter acre field uh north side of that tree line right there all right this is perfect ground here we got it pretty shallow [Music] uh he had beans planted in here the deer devoured them so i should rip through this here pretty quick [Music] turn the radio on and keep it rolling got curtis on the mower i'm on the ripper gotta watch my lane here it's gonna be a beautiful fall plot here this is probably a i don't know who knows five acre plot give or take got a pretty nice system down where i can use the cruise control furnace just keeps making my field bigger and bigger he's over there mowing strips so i've got a pretty good method when i come to the end just tap the brake and hit the gas at the same time and it kicks off the cruise and then once i turn around and get set back up just hit the cruise button i'm in uh third gear mid range i'm sure i could go a little faster but man i'm burning this field up pretty easy like this all right let's go check in on curtis here [Music] all right i was able to get the tracking on the curtis here we'll see how good it works try to reposition right there come on dronie i'm better off flying it myself the way it's going give me an idea how big this field is it's good size field [Applause] rock and roll baby living the dream right here i guarantee you guys are gonna really like curtis is uh another guy who makes them homemade also and you're gonna like his but i'm gonna try and mirror his letting that dirt basket on mine so i'll hit the brake and the gas at the same time turn around and get to my next row [Music] without losing the drone all right we'll try this see if it can go in reverse [Music] that drone quits track and i'm going to smack with the windshield triple whammy so uh looks like that's going to be the next field to hit over there all right better get back to work okay the next step was curtis's homemade implement on the front here it has three rows of chisel slash plows they're not spring-loaded but they're flex and then it has a buster bar here in the middle which busts up the clumps pretty nicely and then in the back here you got a soil basket that flattens everything out and makes it ready for a nice seed bed so he's gonna run this for a few passes let's take a look on how this goes and finish this project out [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you
