you're alive hey doll hey with colored belly cut today we're about to keel Billy hot dogs they're gonna find out why the real Billy in a few minutes I am just warming the weenies up on the skillet thing and now I'm gonna Brown some ground beef we're gonna start making some chili sauce and this is just some ground base behind the freezer so it's not really red anymore cuz I had it pretty close and I didn't put it up when it was really tiny maybe use the chili again onion gonna brown about a pound of ground beef come on first and onions in there with it and a lot of people help it pepper in their chili sauce I noticed but I don't know why I mean I love pepper so you saw somebody asked what kind of hot dogs regard either some I thought we got from all these are actually a German brand upon yeah they're actually in Lake so you have to cut them apart yeah it's gonna be good it looks good to me nothing would be any better in chili sauce then our delicious colored pepper sweet pepper oh they smell so good I just love them these are Cutco knives somebody asked what kind of knives these are yeah they're real expensive I'll just go ahead and tell you there are there's an alternative blade that I would recommend on the website you want to see everything I use just go to Dugga Dugga Dugga color valley cuts calm and or look in the description link and i'll have a link go in there and browse around but they're under utensils but i have another brand that's a really good german blade that's not quite as expensive as my cut code so you can pick and I'm gonna tell you the truth I've got that whole set of Cutco knives and this is the one I use the most so if I were going to invest in something it would be the chef's knife and you don't have to get the cut code you can get the other one they're different yeah they've had those on sale at all better now one thing you didn't want to do is make sure that your ground bass has not be separated or what you're doing today okay you don't worry [Music] I think that's Chuck so it's not gonna have a lot of grief so we might not even have to dry on it I'm hoping that's what we're hoping we got it turned up on high but this is staff was supposed to take these out of their case but that would defeat the whole purpose in life meaning having a hot dog the only thing about these wings is they don't roll on four sides like the we should get it to store they're made in squares how I can square and so you can flip them and flip them and flip them but with these whinnies they're not made like that so little bit funny so we'll go but we'll get it cleaned up by Laini it's chili sauce it's not like you're just Tomatoes yeah the only thing that's ever really taken the finish off mine for real is fresh Terry when I make some cheery feelings up high it is alright so we didn't have a little bit of grease and of course I have people that don't agree with all nightly but look I've been washing my cat's down my whole life and my dishwater and so did my mama and there ain't nothing wrong when I kept on its iron for heaven sakes you know and somebody asked about taking care of the cutting boards we usually put you know some kind of olive oil I already learned the hard way I'm soaking this up with paper towels if you really want to do a good job with your cutting boards if you have a really nice swing go to Home Depot and look and you will find something that you're actually supposed to put on cabinets and it'll say you know but it's safe for cooking and I'll add and I think it would probably help it keep it from what about trying to say you can smell and Gina Bedok gave $2 we appreciate that all right maybe it look great all right now we're gonna put in some chilli powder we're gonna put in about a tablespoon of chili powder we're going to put in about a half teaspoon of basil and while we're waiting on the garlic let's tear this up and get this in here boy 50 bucks you let it be marinating yeah I guess you know what I want to do if I make this up I might stick the frankfurters in here to make sure that they get good done all right here we go oh uh this lady gave us thanks here 9/5 says her mama this gave her her 70 year old cast-iron skillets he's 88 she can cook with him anymore - Katie yeah all right you need one garlic clove just a regular you know garlic cloves if you're going to prep it and when you press the garlic it really brings it out more than if you just slice it up and throw it in my hair do you see it probably where it don't belong where we look your first box it's supposed to have this little green thing in it and that's watch it and see oh okay I'll show you this garlic press because it's really cool all right you stick it in there and press it what's cool about that I'm showing you it comes with this little thing believe it or not that's how the garlic that needs but it has this little thing that actually snip it actually fits in the handle and it scrapes the guts out of that yeah it's really nice let's throw it all in there yeah all right yeah and while I'm getting quite ready I'm gonna stick a couple of these in here just to make sure they're good and done I don't know much about this German there's a German stuff hmm you cooking the hotdogs with the chili huh yeah well it's because I can't Brown them all the way around and I'm a little you know I just girls so main class are having him there with Popeyes cuz I can't handle it now we're headed loves bread I can't handle white looks red because me Chris don't like it so I'm gonna put me people over it now Chris we'll get two pieces cuz he look he wants to hot dogs but I just want one okay so most y'all growing up probably ate your hot dogs on love freedom then you'd first this is many good thing look at that nice hot dog mmm-hmm get your chilli sauce just some small some homemade slaw don't bond on it don't buy it from the grocery store sorry if you work in the grocery store I don't know if you're eight you're for sure get it there but if y'all get it in and y'all just mix it up there's probably some grocery stores at they all right there now what I like I love mustard a little bit of ketchup one on of course a lot of y'all probably got a hamburgers and hot dogs on the love bread the hamburger hotdog went to battle but the hamburger because it was greasy you can get all it was hard data hey Arnie - yeah the the hamburger on white bread all soggy mustard and ketchup what you got it my grandmother's house yeah I didn't even know hey even though you can't buy hamburger buns let me know I like my tell you this big jug every week or I make it two or three times a week made it this morning when I got up I know are you seven regular tea bags in my pot let's give this German hot dog to try already now y'all know if it was real hillbilly hot dog we probably wouldn't have a German though from all these Aldi how is it done it is good I'm agreed it would be material all have a favorite brand of hot dog this is better than a pack a hot dog weenie hey Dee yeah yeah that's good stuff that's the better two chili slaw dog uh-huh except having it on the bun it's the same thing it's grandage just don't look this is what they tell me [Music] you know they had those hot dogs it's a limited time only German taste hot dogs I miss a big pack so we're gonna make some sauerkraut ladies too and if you did you know they'll last forever so well well might come in a few Nathan that's a good hot dog that is true yes it is how do you ask about onions we have onions and we're like hey Bri national - yeah Hebrew national is good hot dog but most of the time I just get ballpark beef mm-hmm good dude I just want to play no hot dog don't have a blessed day and thanks for watching
