previously on Hell's Kitchen the final four face their toughest test weight for digging in Chef Ramsay's taste it now make a challenge go half an hour to recreate this dish yes and once again it was between Danny and Paula's dishes the thing that's separating you is as thin as a strand of saffron congratulations yes then a dinner service you are my dream team prove it tonight the chef's got off to a strong start perfect I hate using that word but perfect but then fumble trying to make a plain salad and Andrea was less than spectacular on the meat station we just [ __ ] the perfect service the chef's did manage to complete dinner service switch everything off Danny yes chef but Chef Ramsay was unimpressed I've never been so bloody frustrated in all my time in Hell's Kitchen all four of you come up with one individual that you all agree should be leaving Hell's Kitchen Ben and Danny and attacked Andrea have you ever run a kitchen you're 31 you just came out of culinary school I'm not gonna run down my clapping credentials to either of you then when it was time to send someone home have you'll come to consensus it was a tie between myself and Ben chef Ben Andres step forward Benin Andrea we're facing elimination together for the second week in a row and take a jackoff leave Hell's Kitchen it was Ben's dream of becoming head chef at Borgata Atlantic City that went up in flames now I'm looking at the best for the best and Chef Ramsay had a surprise for the final three before we go back to the dorms I want to give you a little treat [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen there's some faces I think all of you will recognize Paula as your mother and your sister [Music] and I saw my old man and my girlfriend I was just like overwhelmed man I come from a line of really extremely strong women and it's something that I hold on to and carry with me and I'm so proud of [Music] it was awesome to see my sister my mom I told him I can't wait to get home and they just said to me you're not going home until you win this and that's what I needed to hear and there hang in there tremendously proud of you I knew that you had it in you to get to the top to see that smile on my old man's face it just feels so good to show the old man what his boys got in him in the future that he had we have teared at the thought of you guys come in here we're here we're here thank you so much for coming very nice appreciate it this is the best gift chef has given us nothing could have been more motivating than giving me a little piece of home take it all the way you know you can do it thank you thank you what a lovely surprise amazing that ten minutes of time that I had with my family it was so invaluable and so precious to me it refueled me and it's the final three and my destiny is in my control recharged after spending some time last night with their loved ones the chefs are ready to take on whatever challenge Chef Ramsay wants to throw at them good morning Wow look at you 13 have gone now we're left with a creme de la creme well done today's challenge you'll be serving lunch to a hundred very special distinguished customers I have no guess as to who it will be it could be anything it could be a hundred kids but for all I know I don't know I want each of you to select a dish to really impress these patrons excited yes you've each got 90 minutes to cook 100 portions let it shine yes 90 minutes off he goes the chefs have 90 minutes and a fully stocked kitchen at their disposal Chef Ramsay's looking for dishes that will impress the 100 very special mystery guests small tasting portions yes yes yes I'm feeling confident about my food for this challenge I'm at the top of my game and Danny and Andrew should be worried when chef told us to pick a upscale lunch dish all I was thinking was you know seafood you know fruit put it together that's pretty much my signature flavor so I'm not worried about my cuisine mmm smells nice very nice with this challenge we had an hour and a half twice as long as the longest challenge but you're not producing two portions you're producing 100 Segal into the diesel no I wouldn't worry about that I'm not I think Danny is my strongest competition based on Danny can keep control and keep cool under stressful situations Andrea on the other hand gets a little bit flustered in a heated competition often out to go yes yes chef 30 minutes Andrea is somewhere else in left field I think that Andrea is gonna crumble under the pressure 10 minutes guys yes yeah yeah I'm getting nervous yeah I'm getting nervous for you madam I'm fine chef no you're running behind madam pushing keep pushing I pretty much was talking to myself out loud butter that's pretty much my style your butters nobody else is standing there talking me through it nobody else is rooting me on I had to do that for myself your customers are seconds away from arriving come on let's go it was just a time crunch like never before by far the most difficult challenge we've had your customers ahead let's go here they come these are chefs from across Los Angeles from some of the best ratings restaurants in Zagat michelin-rated and the creme de la creme of fine dining in California holy [ __ ] these are real chefs they know great food I started to panic just a little bit would the Executive Chefs mind standing up please I'll just like holy Sh 20 people stand up mark peel Campanile a restaurant the recent recipient of the James Beard outstanding restaurant award Sal Marino chef/owner of the grano restaurant in West LA chef Ben Fordham from Ford's filling station I'm a chef and owner jealous Tino Drago did I go restaurant and you've got four restaurants across I like most of a more executive / owner definitely the toughest critics that we've had yet rookie special chef and founder of the patina group is active chef for the sandwiches fiestar vitamins not the best in California Josiah Citrin chef/owner Malisse restaurant congratulations on your two mission stars Thank You Michelin star Zagat rated James Beard Awards you know those are all huge accolades in the culinary world and very very intimidating Michael Riordan corporate executive chef chef partner of grace and beauty chef I eat on Sunset Hotel Angelina sushi I'm the chef/owner of Luke and AOC restaurants best chef in California James Beard 2006 yes that is the best of the best and it's like oh my god you're here eating my food I just get chills thinking about it Los Angeles must be starving cuz you're all here all these great chefs in the same building scrutinizing every single thing that we do now read easy oh yes please you go this is gonna be gnarly read easy oh yes plating up if we go service please let's go yeah sure the guests will sample each of the three dishes and vote for their favorite and least favorite entree today I have for you chicken a lot of pursuit micro basil and garlic thank you as far as the chef's that we have here in the caliber of their palates you can't pull the wool over their eyes here we have an olive oil-poached sturgeon with crispy potato and creme fraiche we have a salad of arugula and radishes and Osetra caviar enjoy I didn't do much smoothing with the chef's they just want to probably get their food and get out be having a lightly black and halibut today with a ginger mint peach salsa slider basmati rice with celery fennel chili peppers and honey bottom line is the food and I think I nailed it I feel like I can be proud of today the aspiring chefs may be feeling confident about their dishes but LA's finest chefs will have the final word that's good clean my place I'm gonna finish it off now that all of the dishes have been sampled the guest chefs must circle the color of the dish they like the most my vote goes for the yellow and the one they like the least well this is officially an audition to 400 people and on dish you do for tasting well did you pick I love it people were like ooh who looks great you know so I just hope that they enjoyed it I've done with the votes in and counted Chef Ramsay is ready to reveal the results over 76% thought one dish was the worst now 76% basically you hated it and that dish belongs to Danny I was embarrassed I was standing in front of all these chefs and these are the elite for them to think so lowly of me it just kills me man right that means Andrea and Paula a left over 76% chose one dish as their favorite and clearly the best dish by a landslide the best dish belongs to Paula congratulations nicely played I'm cooking for some of these best chefs in LA and 75% of them thought that my dish was the best it's a huge honor congratulations Thank You chef now this reward comes in two parts for the rest of the day you're gonna be given the full Hollywood pampered treatment haircuts color manicure you're from Brazil yes that includes the wax as well the chef's thing and part two is an amazing surprise but it happens tomorrow okay for that surprise that won't you look in your best yes I'll try okay losers your punishment comes in two parts part one after our chefs are departed you'll be cleaning up each and every table and then we set in the dining room at a tomorrow night service part two there's laundry day you'll be steaming ironing starching and folding each Nobby cloth their punishment is whatever it just sucks that I have to sit here all day and just think about what a horrible job I did this morning ladies gentlemen thank you so much I really appreciate and I can't wait to get back really bad day to lose being real bad I just hope that Chef doesn't take me out of this competition based on this one challenge up until this point I've been one of the frontrunners you know and then to come in last place stings man Danny took that loss pretty hard and I think this is probably the first time I've ever seen Danny beaten down in Hell's Kitchen I was [ __ ] top though [Music] hola with jean-philippe along for the ride so we are going to beauty saloon palma heads off to get our Hollywood makeover I think I'm ready for some Chinese rupees frankly you don't really need too much of it but he really wants you to Sparkle he wants you to look like a princess you know I think JP is just genuinely a nice guy how do you relax yourself outside of work I do work out nice yeah he's a really cool guy he's nice you know he's personable I was a little bit shocked that he cares so much what about you married single no single single it's difficult to meet somebody outside of the business I know you don't force things in life they just come along no time will come you plan on going back to your porno Nessa really we have makeup artists here to do your makeup I will take care of your hair as well as manicure and pedicure [Music] I'm feeling great right now you know I'm glammed up that's what celebrity life is all about Paula may be glowing from her star treatment but back in Hell's Kitchen forever Danni is steamed oh my god [ __ ] lose it not the biggest iron is beautiful it was kind of nice to see Danny down on himself because I haven't seen that I'm gonna use that to my advantage soon what the [ __ ] I just got to get my head out of my ass and get a good attitude and go in there and do this punishment like a champion and bounce back you still have that many would in sight now I'm in the top three and it's like wow you know this is the last and final test before the finale and I'm [ __ ] staying we are very close to the end right now last three tonight it'll just be two and I'm confident that I'll be one of the final two tonight big night y'all man you know you having a bad day he's got to bounce back from me I'm still hanging in there this is what I came one of you are going home on order two covers table 31 two is Auto entree with salmon one lamb yes I don't want to wait for this first table thought a guy's got a girl's got to go yeah it's nice [ __ ] Christmas madam let's go risottos your up chef good service please very nice that risotto Thank You chef Ondrea that's nice he coves Thank You chef with the first appetizers out Chef Ramsay is ready for one of the chef's to try their hand at running the kitchen paw Paw's let's go cuz the first one up in the past and it's just a little bit anxious to get up there run a hot plate this particular service is important not to slip by because this is a different side that Chef has seen out you know he wants to see a leadership quality doctor push it yes yes chef pusher yes chef move guys oh wait excuse me start over oh hey we had one lobster pasta excuse me sort of oh wait Paula seemed pretty nervous and I mean I think that really shows a lot of weakness on order not away yeah sure like a mouse with no voice let's go stand by you guys one risotto one scallop one soup in one spaghetti yes having found her voice Paula will now have to face Chef Ramsay's first quality control test as chef Gloria substitutes a squash puree for the carrot puree puree please chef Cara puree coming up taste a steak check the seasoning stop taste the pure a troll what does that taste of come on one more touch yeah look at me this is your reputation on the line and use the chef that butternut squash puree no carrot redress it carries you know what chef Lori I got me on that butternut squash but um I've made it this far I cannot possibly start giving up now stand by guys one durian three Wellington's firing Dory right now chef just got clear down the pathways good they're down paula has recovered from her failed quality control tests but another sabotage - is already making its way to the pass max thank you I don't know what that is but it's not the watercress soup can you redo that all right guys let's go three Wellington's one Dory one minute Paulette is a solid competitor she is a solid chef two Wellington's medium please let's go yes chef Halla has bounced back from her shaky start at the pass and most of the appetizers have left the catcher well done like an appetite now it's another chefs turn to run the pass let's go you taste everything run your [ __ ] kitchen you done risotto one soup and one spaghetti yes your job to spot this one appetizer mystery and there's no time when they're together [ __ ] time on there yes sir alright let's go she'll sleep now you should be spotting it I need a time on this and I only got four apps on a five top I'm the man in my restaurant Chef Ramsay is the man here one lamb two salmon salmon one Wellington how long it's just a [ __ ] little bit intimidating working next to this guy when you know you're being scrutinized no dummy come on we get you into the [ __ ] balls oh I'm sorry sir I don't like you Danny yes I don't like the normally confident Danny is feeling a little insecure of the pass and it's having a negative impact on the kitchen going baking can I get it all at once please Danny is 23 years old and he's talked a big game but I just felt that his age showed tonight through willing to endure yes dude these scallops are well-done Andrea give me another order damn good well done Danny well Danny correctly spots a problem with Andrea scallops sous chef Gloria is creating a problem with the potatoes garnish please Gloria chef Dori coming up here Andrea right now chef Oh stop yep touch rock art chef imam danny the skins are on you've got to check everything cut Chef Ramsay stayed in there a full dining room and it's the final three I just have to focus get in the game I can do this table fifty-two three covers one scallop one spaghetti one Caesar entrees one chicken one lamb one Wellington just dessert pick up good you know he wasn't near as assertive as I thought he would be and then he started you know hitting his stride towards the end of it all right Scouts are working yes that's good guys how long on a lobster a Caesar and two scallops just call me up right now in that 30-second shot 30 seconds Andrea 30 seconds yeah yes it's an hour and a half into dinner service and thanks to a strong rally by Danny diners are enjoying their entrees and their finger let's go now it's Andrea's turn to take the reins run your Brigade yes don't let the brigade run you 45 seconds after that we have two Wellington two lamb yes chef sure I'm not afraid of speaking out loud a lot of people are pretty shocked when I do put on my assertive panties in the morning and they you know get in your face I need to and I need two minutes three minutes two minutes Andrea's aggressiveness in the kitchen is keeping everything moving and the customers are happy with the service and the food but she's about to be tested with the wrong kind of fish those the Dory this carrot pieces are small I gave you one extra thank you thank you happy with that Jeff stop stop taste the fish but is not Dori serious it's halibuts you're wrong I was like hey back to the [ __ ] culinary school that for me was the moment where I was just like uh-uh this is not the way I'm going out no [ __ ] up me after failing her first quality control test Andra is determined to not let it happen again that's too much seasoned I don't know what the [ __ ] you talking about the scallops are in the pan right now Cory's going down I loved being up there I seriously think that that was the least nervous that I've ever felt in Hell's Kitchen the entire time Scott I want three new eggs Eagles like hell are you sure go [ __ ] yourself you stupid [ __ ] honestly I thought angio was like too much over the top these are raw in the middle are you sure they need to be cooked further Scott how much longer cooking it as fast as it will let me one minute he just kept giving me excuses now I know why Chef Ramsay's such a [ __ ] lunatic Andrea man she was really rough on chef Scott she was riding him like a donkey man what is going on here man I'm telling you right now I'm gonna [ __ ] punch her in the face I knew he and I just hope to god I make the finale [ __ ] me I better not go home I'll tell you what nothing make you feel happy that's a lot chef's this is the final elimination this is vital this is it you never know what Chef Ramsay's gonna do yeah Rockstar it hit my stride and you know I I really felt like I had one of my strongest services ever tonight absolutely I don't want to leave fish off honey bloody hell I'm smiling cos got a bloody great service tonight you all confirmed why you are the final three well done Thank You chef very well Thank You chef now here's the bad news on the back of our best ever service one of you has got to go home is your assignment for this evening go back to the dorms and tell me who should not be in the final of Hell's Kitchen I am NOT looking for consensus I'm looking for your own individual opinions my god upstairs [ __ ] kicked ass guys final three here damn man it's tough it's just a tough decision there's only three of us it's not like we have a bowl Little People to pick from well I'll start out if nobody else will [Music] my boat's Danny because of tonight when you work the pass I honestly thought you would be spot-on with that because you've run restaurants before I think that I've been a pretty damn strong competitor throughout this whole thing I think I've been at the top of my game at the top of everyone's game Andrea based everything on me at the pass because that's all she has there's nothing else negative to say about me as far as the pass goes I don't think that you really did good I think that you were just talking lob I caught a lot tonight I think that you were just a nit picking a lot that that was my standard though Danny so what if he thinks that I was nitpicking I applied my standards to those dishes I don't have to justify that to anybody I just think that I've just been stronger than you throughout the whole competition I mean I beg to differ I'm gonna vote for you well I knew that was coming I guess it leads down to me I definitely feel relieved that neither one of them nominated me but it's kind of an uncomfortable situation I don't know who to send up there honestly I don't know [Music] okay let's start with Andrea who is it my personal decision is Danny chef I felt like he was not loud and I felt like he was very nervous and did not deliver on the past chef Danny who should not be in the final two and why Andrea should not be in the final two chef's I just don't feel like she's performed throughout this competition as strongly as I have I definitely deserve to be here more than her chef Paula who should we eliminate tonight and why chef my vote is for Andrea Andrea has a lot of strengths but throughout the entire competition she has struggled several times during service and tonight I felt that she was a little bit overconfident being up there for the first time right my decision is Paula you belong in the final two well done Thank You chef Andrea tell me why you think you should join Paula I have assertiveness I have leadership in the kitchen chef never once did I falter off the pass and I know that I can finish what I've started to come here for chef Danny why should you join Paula in the final a lot of chefs get up here and they say you know this is all that they know how to do you know what [ __ ] that chef this is all I want to do you know that I had what it takes to run the restaurant Borgata okay [Music] the person leaving Hell's Kitchen this evening and not advancing the final is [Music] and you take your jack off my dear lady and leave Hell's Kitchen let me just say this you are one hell of a determined fighter an asset in any kitchen Thank You chef not to be proud of thank you what do you mean that follow me thank you Thank You chef in terms of flavor a spot-on we have a spring chicken soup it is indicative of you coming into manhood Andrea well done Hell's Kitchen for me has been one intense ride I have given everything that I possibly could ha [ __ ] are you doing trying to get it together chef you can't even plug in admit when you've done something wrong I don't feel like I done anything wrong I definitely have been through some gnarly moments this is not gonna break me this is what happens we don't work as a team we wind up eating [ __ ] [ __ ] together but that's what life is about it's about figuring out who you are how much you can take how much you've grown Andrea Wellington's cooked perfectly thank you I came I performed I gave it my best and I'm taking the bronze home as far as I'm concerned I leave with no bitter taste in my mouth I leave with no regrets whatsoever Danny you can breathe that well likes a little bit yes lovely well done to both of you Thank You chef you are the final two but listen your biggest test begins right now [Music] next time on Hell's Kitchen we started with 16 and there's only two of you left can't even describe it it's just such a great feeling man we got a lot of work to do two Floridians Danny and Paula prepare for an epic battle it's gonna be a stiff competition this is all the marbles avail redesign Hell's Kitchen so I want to like try and work in like mounted fish somewhere not in to create their own menus I am and be shocked by surprise after surprise we're off to Atlantic City then back in Hell's Kitchen when six eliminated contestants returned there probably go oh I gotta work with her not everyone is happy with the circumstances I thought it was gonna be me who will prove they have what it takes to be head chef at Borgata in Atlantic City will it be Danny the executive chef from Edgewater Florida my biggest test definitely lies before me or Paulo the executive sous-chef from pompano Florida today is a day when it all happens it's a
