previously on Hell's Kitchen 15 aspiring chefs came face to face with a slightly different chef ramsay didn't even know it I'm the blackboard Ramsey for making a poor first impression get in there they got a second chance what is that and in a pumpkin I'd like to stick your head in there you know plain long and boring I flew it dinner service for the five entrees the men didn't know the menu what and neither team had much success cooking food donate in the red kitchen who took this Cory struck out with her chicken it's rubber and it wasn't pretty for Sharon either you know see enough [ __ ] off and go put some more makeup on in the blue kitchen is anyone gonna take control Bobby deserted his team and Jason did more eating than cooking maybe they were you done I'll get dessert by the time the entrees were ready to serve that one leaving said there was no one left to eat them look out there new Ross had to nominate two of his teammates for elimination and while the blue team made a recommendation Bobby the end [ __ ] hope he gets a foot so far up his ass he can taste it in the morning Chef Ramsay had the last word Dominic take up the jacket and leave Hell's Kitchen Bobby you threw the towel in Jason you dodged the bullet big boy tonight the quest to become the executive chef at Gordon Ramsay's new la restaurant continues [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen [Music] I feel dead Dominic got picked I didn't think he was gonna get picked I seen it coming I'll be honest the whole time I was standing there I was like they're either gonna call me up or eliminate Emily I had a feeling you were getting another shot oh it's time to lay a bet you're done taking it easy yeah it's awful I dodged a bullet tonight you know else I had this laid-back approach but it's gonna be a new Bobby you know the four-star general gots to come out now that was so intense I had fun getting yelled at every three minutes I didn't realize what I was getting into I took a beating tonight didn't happen the next time if I have any say-so whatsoever I don't lose the [ __ ] girls especially a bunch of young little kids and it happening again I thought we [ __ ] killing we've already said that [ __ ] are in the [ __ ] next kitchen so let's [ __ ] prove it we beat the boys which is great it seems like the guys need to cut some of the deadweight anyways and they had a lot of choices after a disastrous dinner service all the aspiring chefs want is a little sleep and that's exactly what they're going to get let's go everybody the mole horn started and he started yelling yeah come on unfuckin pleasant I'll tell you that good morning morning chef bright and breezy yes yes with everything we wasted last night on service any restaurant would have got out of business you have to understand what you put in the trash last night hey guys I've never seen so much fantastic project wasted now every rubber chicken breaks every ever cooked risotto every rock-hard potato you've been last night get it out and put it back in the cylinder move we're playing at [ __ ] garbage this is gonna suck look at it all Chef Ramsay's lesson about waste is one our aspiring chefs find a little unsettling people are flopping around in it and their bare feet just disgusting butt cracks all showing and just wasn't there it's only food Jagger look at little lights we found all kinds of food in that trash I mean excellent cuts of beef scallops is all expensive food it's it's a shame we had to waste all that food last night Sharon don't smudge your makeup [Music] okay get on the stairs all of you now you should be ashamed of yourselves we're not talking about a couple of hundred dollars waiting for thousands of dollars they're waste can happen before the cooking even begins we clearly understand what it's like to waste produce now I'm going to show you how to maximise on it challenge today Wow halibut one of the most sought-after delicious fish today watch carefully razor sharp knife Chef Ramsay demonstrates how to properly prep halibut one fill it done skin off lastly Chef Ramsay cuts the halibut into fifty three now on each team will have 20 minutes to properly prepare as many 6-ounce portions of halibut as possible on the blue team a catering director petros 'take s' the lead on fillet make a love to it for already got one to lay off Chef Ramsay has chosen this challenge because not only does it stress attention to detail but to work as well take this tail from here to here I'm just trying to get the bone right here I got I got you got it I got it I'm good you talked to somebody in there confident about doing a project you know you got to put a little faith in ten minutes gone 10 minutes the guards just cleaning it up that's money the men have finished with plenty of time to spare while the women continue at their own pace don't worry about them being done we have plenty of time I was getting nervous cuz the guys were finished my hands were shaking I was just like okay let me cut this right and not cut myself Sharon she just don't know what she's doing so she needs a lot of coaching here never been-- redemption right there off minute let's go we team the Jeff [Music] ladies first [Music] in tact Hulk nice nope own no bloodline cursed dashed dashed useful beauty although the women took longer to fillet the halibut it appears as though taking their time might be paying off in in okay Craig let's go how many Bobbie I see fifty chef fifty you need forty two to win each absolutely beautiful like a [ __ ] chain of sushi who who's doing this who's butchering it I believe who'll rip the fish actually was Jason it's like he's been chewed up come on who's been eating this did that look at it you finished early you clearly rushed it we thought we had fifty portions in it by the numbers that look like we had an edge we and you know what we did have an edge by the numbers what beat us down was inconsistency in the quality of the fillets useful it's nice and despite mangling several portions earlier the men's numbers are starting to add up [Music] and we have a time for the first time ever in the history of Hell's Kitchen a challenge has ended in a tie now I want each team to decide one individual to come up to the front of this table and select a 6-ounce portion of halliburton the team with the closest to 6 ounces wins the challenge decide let's go I told you 6 ounces you [ __ ] market on this bag who's coming from the blue team I fortuned a lot of fish when he said who wants to be chosen I was like it's me put me in the game who's coming from the red team before I was about to choose the fish I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack first time ever in Hell's Kitchen a tie-break now I need a winner can you pick me a 6-ounce Philip try shut can you pick me a 6-ounce for both of you both of you pick up your Philip come on big beer [Music] [Applause] [Music] then sir fill it from the blue team on the scales [Music] five point nine hours you know any no way in hell that dumb girls won't weigh a perfect six ounce piece wait guys wait wait she sauce to hers Cory my team chose me to make the decision because I did an awesome job portioning the fish every fillet that I did I know was six hours [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] four point eight ounce I felt more invested anybody because I was the one that chose to fish it sucks so bad like it's just depressing and we're already like so tired you know that sucks how hard can it be so leave get close to six ounces because it's really not that hard and it's like that pissed me up I don't know what we were thinking and picking her ladies I explained that you did not want to lose this challenge today you'll now be prepping all the halibuts making all the fish stock to the service and maximizing on every portion gentlemen we will be over indulging all of you will be joining me on a hundred-foot super yachts your rolls-royce and your Bentley's are waiting you [Music] make sure everybody looks you know good casual but looks good okay already go already God that guy is crazy the high seas back in Hell's Kitchen the women's punishment has them feeling pretty low well the record I called it I said that damn fillet was too little it's not for sports all of our fault we're team sure Jen said it nope she was pretty much thought it was my fault I lost the competition for them don't [ __ ] call me out in front everybody it just makes her look stupid so I think her personality is just to kind of blame others you get the hell up out of this kitchen boy course she has a small meringue she knows she messed up and now I'm covered in fish guts and stink and phone - the blue team 5.9 don't lose a challenge next service yeah got to attack it it was pretty cool again to talk to shell I mean he's at the top of his game right now he's a pinnacle a new day dawns in Hell's Kitchen and with it the chance for both teams to put their determination and knowledge to the test [Music] you're mixing out recipes put that into that machine yeah then add a Tabasco the lemon Kitchen opens for the second time jean-philippe will be assisted in the dining room by Craig from the blue team good evening ladies and gentlemen hi my name is Craig I'll be a server tonight and Roseann from the red team needs some oldest he's gonna explode he's gonna explode in two seconds oh my god Thank You chef Craig on order four covers Table six two pebbles up to one scallops entrees one lamb one beef two halibut over here this brigade performed tonight thank you let's go you ready ready go sir it's too smooth for the groove right random right let's go well the men get to work on their first tickets but women have yet to receive an order from frozen come here madam right now we're now 37 minutes in two tickets in the blue nothing in the ladies move your ass let's go while the women wait the men are already sending appetizers to the pass for Chef Ramsay's approval guys come here minute Bobby now yummy is that the best we can do fry egg in Hell's Kitchen no [ __ ] look at that bear come on Bobby go Bobby is on the appetizers but to get the scallops you will have to rely on Jason who's on the fish you just cook don't you worry about us you cook Bobby tells me the [ __ ] fire his scallops pour my hand to miss scallops and then he don't want him cuz he's too busy [ __ ] breaking eggs and then he tries to blame me for [ __ ] you guys know imma give you sex the last time please assemble them right you guys breaking these [ __ ] eggs I don't wanna ladies concentrate first order cool keV example 41 resulting one scholar to Caesar salad entrée one halibut one chicken to beat one beef meat you well one beef normal that's 45 minutes into dinner service and the women finally get to work on their first order in the blue kitchen the men's second attempted appetizers has met with Chef Ramsay's approval service please wait come on you wake up you and are making their way out to the dining room fortunately it's worth the wait meanwhile none of the red diners have received their appetizers but at least someone is enjoying the food that's great whoa stick it in your mouth great christina has a lot of talk and not really a lot of you know shows one way to learn this many I'll tell you what her voice gets under my skin and I just I have to tune around and keep going Cecil oh no Charlie okay good service please double forty-three Cori very nice that risotto thank you thank you I know that like I have the leadership skills and I was honestly like super impressed with myself what a difference from the last service after a slow start the women are hitting their stride but over in the blue kitchen the men have served all 48 of their appetizers and are now looking to get ahead with entrees where is it yeah I'm ready let's go even from here Jason yes it looked raw I don't think it's it's a little ants a little more than you wanted yes yep a little shut up just touch that because you'll think I'm picking on in let's go no I don't make it it's stone no no be perfectly honest with your chef I have our line of tickets waiting for you and I don't want to know more you all have never given to you what time was the table rate in the first time around we've been here for two hours chef of the first whoops yes everything you touched while Rosanna tries to get her act together Chef Ramsay has a simple question for the men where's the bait I got one Kitchen because I am intelligent chef because if I am condescending someone being Cory she needs to come tell me it's not something I do to her to be personal I will get better and I will fight for it two skillets decision I deserve to be here I'm sorry I'm gonna shorten it up chef it's a lot of time and I've worked in Belgium it's so much creative stuff that I can I just really ask that you give me that opportunity to show you chef because this is not the end for me it's really not breathe I'm breathing chef let's say one more quick thing chef all right before I make my decision there's something I'd like to say this is one of the most important prizes ever an Executive Chefs position in my own restaurant I am NOT just gonna give this job to someone that I do not believe in and there's someone here that I just don't believe in so the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is Sharon I can line you two to services you haven't convinced me that you can cook take off your jacket and leave Hell's Kitchen please I don't think Gordon liked me from the start he just had the wrong image of me but I'm not gonna change anything about me I'm not gonna give up on my dream I'll have my own restaurant one day I'm a chef right now for a reason I'm not gonna give up Cory I appreciate your strategy but I have a conscience and in good conscience I could not keep Sharon tomorrow's another day a fresh start climb the ladder put another foot on there move forward and improve you know what I'm glad Cory did that [ __ ] that right there woke me up this ain't no gang this ain't no joke this is crunch time the gloves are off I feel like I was betrayed by my teammate I think that [ __ ] sucks I am absolutely gunning for Cory right now gentlemen yes sir 9:00 tonight hmm lemonnation was a dangerous game anything can happen in Hell's Kitchen hands down we got the Vantage right now Sharon clearly showed great attention to detail unfortunately wasn't for cooking it was for her makeup next time on Hell's Kitchen Cory's nominations lead to all-out war on the red team but the women are in agreement on one matter using their womanly charm to bring down the men we're not here to play in grab-ass I just say cool at dinner the men disputing continue tell me to shut the [ __ ] up will knock you out the women fall apart it's raw accompanies them and for some of the chef's the stress is too much this is all I know how to do toward to go hard yeah if things weren't bad enough Oh it's stressful [ __ ] off it's dangerous it's just another day in Hell's Kitchen [Music] [Music] [Music]
