previously on Hell's Kitchen in Chef Ramsay's adaptability challenge the chef's had to scramble for precious ingredients and everyone was looking to stand out this is my chance to shine but with Jessica not realizing she was working with tuna and Ralph's attempt to impress Michelin star chef Cimarusti I went a little Moroccan style coming up short the only flavor I get out of that really is a pistachio they came down to Sandra's highly creative combination Sandra just kind of shoved these ingredients on a plate this properly cook that's and they're against Scotts more traditional mix of ingredients that's a classic combination so I mean you kind of had a little easy there I'd say I gotta go to the red zone resulting in yet another red team victory later during progress report time each chef was asked who's the weakest cooked right now two names go down Fredrik Richard probably rich and Jessica Jessica Jessica then Chef Ramsay dropped a bomb on everyone Jessica and Richard will be competing against each other and the loser will be going home what after each cooks three dishes solo from the Hell's Kitchen menu maybe you're a damn fool both had their heads fish season due for job a chef band misses the rice is overcooked leaving Chef Ramsay with a difficult decision the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is find out which chef is going home right now on Hell's Kitchen [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen this is a very very difficult decision Jessica yes chef highs and lows across your three dishes but to get those three dishes out there within that time working on your own really good job Thank You chef this is the most important thing that I've ever done in my entire life it's really big it's huge it's really big Richard yes chef mistakes I didn't expect but collectively pretty good job Thank You chef I'm not scared no scared of what I'm not going anywhere I got the most experience there's nothing to be scared of very difficult let me tell you based on the three dishes and today's performance evaluations the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is [Music] Jessica good time has done my dolly go back a wine shop please please [Music] please you did exceptionally well you are a great competitor the lobster was way undercooked okay and the halibut was white overcome sorry you should be very proud of the work you've done you are a great competitor and you must continue with that kind of attitude the passion and the love you have for food outside of this competition you just not ready to be a head chef okay please give me your jacket [Music] [Music] this is my dream it just is so crushing I have so much passionate I know I'm the person that it's right for the job I deserved a beer I know a two [Music] tough but let me tell you it's only gonna get tougher get upstairs get some rest because we have one hell of a day tomorrow and it starts off with a bang good night well done Richard thank you all my knowledge and help them as much as I can so part of me feels like I kind of let rich down in a way you ain't everybody babysitter migrate makes no sense Anton thinks he's all i high and mighty and the clear leader of the blue team we gave him a chance but not anymore where I'm seeing it you guys asked me to be the leader for the other day okay I didn't think about trying to help retching give him some of my knowledge help me get through this that's [ __ ] is stupid I'm gonna go get a honey bun while Anton refuses to give his point of view arrest later that evening the chef's retire early to get some much-needed rest but unfortunately not all are succeeding at getting it Gabriel I mean he's the biggest snore I've ever heard in my life I am not getting any sleep right now it's insane he's cutting so much wood and I'm talking a KERS and acres of wood like unreal [Music] after a sleepless night for some all of the chefs are speculating what Chef Ramsay has in store for them today what do you think the Big Bang is hey don't know I got no sleep and I'm just feeling a little under whether I would love just to have a free you know relaxing day but it has not been one easy day here good morning Chef Ramsay has something up his sleeve I need you guys downstairs right away there's gonna be cars outside waiting for you a little field trip that's cool yeah it could be a field trip into hell though chef's we have your side too smart A's gonna start off with a bang and I don't think we're going to like an illegal firework factory no tips aren't always fun no [Music] oh my god I'm nervous as [ __ ] right now I have no idea what's going on what except welcome we're about to get screwed over some kind of way we didn't good to see you joy welcome ladies on this side guys and opposite make yourselves at home and more importantly welcome to my gastropub it's a competition and there's only one winner where could he be up to down here coming this morning yes I wanna show you around my gastropub and give you some inspiration and help you all get your head in the game Chef Ramsay good always off it's so nice Nikki for one of you things are going to change ladies you ever seen this place before alright guys what do you think we get to do a lot of exclusive VIP parties we cater for special events there's always something going on around here I am super pop or fight to the bitter death Richard take out some of the menus there and pass them down this is our base menu that changes every month and we have our daily specials as well skinny burgers I'm allergic to that any questions guys we could take these menus with us course you can take it maybe with it for God's sake man if you have to use the bathroom you can use the toilet paper as well the other big reason why I wanted to bring you here this one is well not just for inspiration to get closer to your dream I want to bring some of the elements from what we're doing here into Hell's Kitchen so there's the menu for the ceilings have a quick glance tonight's menu in Hell's Kitchen would be very gastropub inspired exciting vibrant cool menu all of us should be able to cook every single thing on that menu Wow Nick how are you sir Chrissy Aaron juice Nick ladies and gentle he's our general manager how many of you with Nick only go back to Hell's Kitchen now we're gonna absolutely kick ass close I can smooth it with the sweet smell of opportunity in the air let's go good the chef's begin prepping for tonight's gastropub inspired menu I'm gonna do garnish you want set this up okay while the women are feeling good about tonight's service one of the men really is not feeling good at all put up with his [ __ ] tonight Akemi walk right now not feeling too well you know I haven't gotten enough sleep I don't think it is because Gabriel snored like a grizzly bear are you feeling roughly I got a fever coming dude my bones are saw if you don't look good I'm ready to die you like seeing triple hey what's going on here hey Ralph you don't look so good I got the medic waiting for you back there man it brings back bad memories from when I was here on Caesar died both of our arms like we because you're breathing all crazy yes [Music] it just sucks you know to know that like he's still like cooking everything and you don't want to leave I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to him special dinner service Hell's Kitchen is once again the hottest ticket in town here's the defeat of the restaurant opens with diners eager to try the gastro pub menu featuring a gourmet sliders appetizer ale battered fish and chips and a roasted chicken entree let's go guys on order four covers Table one - spiders - oxtail got a system go Jason got surprises yep got the tribe right now in charge we're four minutes out you heard that right I'm gonna time you need on that Anton when I'm at the basis I'm looking at my food this is a kitchen sink quick act quick cook quick and that's all that matters in my mind with that moment I got two sliders with me just played him up you got the buns ready for me rich your buns that right behind you do for the first setups fold on the sliders man off to a fast start on appetizers meanwhile in the red kitchen yes the women are trying to keep up with the men with one less chef in their brigade an older folk over several 52 conative two spiders Anton have been blazing through appetizers and are now moving on to entrees why next finger up straight one fishing trip Anton how long has three New York's six minutes after that Anton you got two chickens - fish and chips I know it I'm on top of it how long how long in those New York I told you six minutes seriously guys it's coming off six minutes every station where I don't have Scott being here I'm trying to let everybody know what's happening so that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing which is getting customers or food yeah you're more distracting than you are helpful right kitchen that's it let's go service please the women are now delivering appetizers to happy customers and Chef Ramsay is ready to move forward on entrees on order two chicken two New York Strip we need to really like chicken into some type of gear we're finishing service jobs gonna get done this father strips oh come on Keesha you're warming stuff up it's still too late to be lost Tony sure it's much the end of a conversation service please as the women march on the gastropub inspired menu he's striking a chord with the diners it's really good but back in the blue kitchen everyone is waiting on Gabriel and his chicken kids yelling eight minutes checking it down checking it now five minutes begins yelling five minutes seven minutes seven minutes actually seven minute you mean I walk game seven minutes two minutes okay six minutes it seemed like it was 20 minutes okay checking it up that's taken wait you want what you want dude yeah if you're wrong you know whether it takes five Gabriel is having difficulty figuring out when his chicken will be ready the blue diners are beginning to wonder 20 minutes head down if they'll ever receive entrees please please come coming in chef why he's nothing but a professional expediter chef all he does is talk second nominee and why chef Ralph what's wrong Jason we actually all agree that Gabriel I don't think I should be going on it's like a continuation of service still this far down the line we don't know what we're doing enough is enough Scott Gabriel Ralph why not step four Gabriel tell me why you should stay in Hell's Kitchen because I'm a fighter I've been going strong every service every challenge and I haven't stopped you know I started off bad but now I'm progressing everyday you know I keep moving forward why'd you stand on the side so many times if something's standing out there waiting to be fired what's the first thing you should be doing communicating with my team cook it [Music] Scot why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen chef I've got a big heart and I put everything I have into what I do I helped out everybody else around me as fast as I could I helped run apps when I could get them out I put myself out there on every station I put myself out there every single time Ralph why do you think you deserve to stay in Hell's Kitchen tonight was a disaster in all of us and I think I have a lot more to show and I'm very talented so how can you screw up fish and chips it was not communicating right chef oh you didn't talk to the fish enough oh no no no it's funny for you no was the wrong decision tonight I feel bad cuz you know I could have showed you a lot more Gabriel stop back in line ten chefs gone ten chefs remaining at this stage in the game I need you to step up to the plate I need to find a head chef not a head cook [Music] [ __ ] off Freddie they back me up in the corner and I had to do what I had to do at the end of the day I'm here to win period and we're gonna continue we'd the man out one by one then fumble has been busted Gabe made a complete fool of himself it's on now he's gonna have to watch his back man because we're all gonna be gunning for him Ralph has a lot of heart but when it comes to cooking he comes up a little short [Music] next time on Hell's Kitchen don't play the blame game you're a loser when a feud in the blue kitchen right now I got one person in this place that I want a [ __ ] breakdown cause his one shift to abandon his brigade will be ensuing chaos let me too much in my way drag the entire team down so you're [ __ ] out
