are expecting from your presence from your goodness we bless your holy name forever in jesus name well thank you guys so much for worshiping with us this morning just keep that heart in that attitude of worship amen and i believe we have andrew coming up this morning or a video [Music] and i was just literally watching my wife wither away i've got some bad news for you you are a classic bipolar case maybe god wants you in heaven more than on earth i have control of nothing isn't it funny how autistic kids love trains and i said autistic kids this isn't god holding out on me this is me not receiving what god already did for me my faith will go up there and grab that healing that you gave to me god's healing it's got to get smaller can't nothing else can happen and i was just thanking and praising god jesus went about doing good healing he didn't go about doing good making people sick you know viruses are more scared of you than you need to be of them why not you and why not now father we receive this truth that you want them well more than they want to be well and father i believe that right now in their heart faith is rising [Music] up how many how many of you ever have any ever had any egrs in your life extra grace required if you've ever had any egrs you know or or a sandpaper person that rubs you the wrong way you you know who that is right don't look to the left or the right and incriminate yourself but look guys when we walk through we walk in through life you're gonna you're gonna run into people who offend you or people that do you wrong or people that you know stick a knife in your back or they betray you or they talk about you or they're not nice to you and and they're not sweet to you and and you know and all that and you're tempted to get offended you've got to discern the lord's body if you allow if you allow unforgiveness in your heart or bitterness in your heart a root of bitterness hebrews 12 says we'll call will spring up in you and it'll trouble you and it'll defile others and it'll cause you to fall short of the grace of god and it'll call it'll allow the enemy to to eat your lunch and what what does that mean when andrew says that what does that mean it means you're giving the enemy place and and part of that is he comes in and messes with you and you've got to see you've got to discern the lord's body that you're a part of a body and and we don't have we don't have the option to live in unforgiveness and offense and all this praise god well welcome to all of our online people that are joining us man this is a different healing is here actually healing is there healing is wherever you are jesus is with you and jesus is the healer so we are excited about our 2020 healing is here conference and and we believe that god is going to be touching you right where you are it's awesome we've got of course our guest people that were healed and we this is going to be a different conference in the sense that instead of us just teaching on healing we're going to be doing a lot of having people demonstrate it you know it says in revelation chapter 12 that they overcame the devil by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony and testimonies are powerful the word of god is the seed but you also what you experience is very very important so we are going to have some great great things happen i think it's really really going to be good daniel could i ask you to come up here daniel amstets and carly teredes are the ones that have been running our healing is here conference for how many years now i think this is our sixth year wow we started in 2014. and typically i'm just a guest speaker i speak once or something like this and this year it's a little bit different it is a little different carly i just felt like she was supposed to be doing something else this year and so she's not with us this is actually kind of her baby yeah she's one who came up with the idea and carly and daniel uh get up here and teach and and we have a great time and daniel's going to be teaching but we are going to be dealing primarily with uh testimonies and things like that but and you know what's exciting about this this is our 20th anniversary of our very first healing journey oh yeah and we're going to get to hear from that very first person this morning that's awesome that's exciting in it 20 years of healing journeys yeah that's great and you know we've been seeing people heal for many decades more than that but that's when we started our healing journeys it was awesome yeah so uh how is this different for you are you uh you're just ministering what once or twice i'm teaching one time yeah one time for about an hour or so and then i'm also leading worship in the evening sessions but you know what's exciting about this healing is all about jesus and he's the healer we've never healed anybody amen jesus is the one who does what he does through us as we make ourselves available so these stories andrew that are as stephen bransford says you've got a story and it's better than you think as you were just saying you know we overcome by the blood of the lamb thank god for the blood of the lamb amen amen but also the word of our testimony so i believe these stories and our teachings together and just our fellowship together is going to make such an impact because right now people are so hungry to know about health and about healing with this pandemic that's in the world so-called pandemic you know i'm telling you i think they declassified this as a pandemic because not enough people were affected it's not a pandemic anymore i just had a who was that tony perkins i think told me that really well you know what let's get contagious with healing amen amen hallelujah thanks brother i overseas from all around the world and you know as uh tessa said the lady that was leading our praise and worship there is no such thing as distance in the spirit god is going to touch you and one of the things that we have emphasized and i mean we have really tried to make a point out of this is that there's different ways to receive healing and there is no bad way to receive healing so it's not like i'm saying one is superior to the other but there's one that is more available to everybody than the other and that is just the word of god coming alive on the inside of you it says in psalms 107 20 that he sent his word and healed them and delivered them from all of their destructions so the word of god is health proverbs chapter 4 i believe it's around verse 20 or 22 says the word is health unto all of your flesh and life unto those that find it and so one of the ways that any person can receive healing from god is just through the word of god and you know sad to say a lot of the healing that has gone on in the body of christ has been built around people who have a healing anointing on their life and praise god for those people man we need that again there is no bad way to receive healing but not everybody is going to be is going to have access to somebody with a healing anointing like the people that have those anointings typically have large crusades and they will have hundreds or thousands of people there and you know there's just a very few people that get healed i used to actually usher in kathryn coolman's meetings when she came to the dallas fort worth area and there was two or three times that i did that and we would have somewhere around 5 000 people at the thing and there would be maybe 20 that would get healed and praise god for the 20 that god healed but how many people left sick and i'm not putting that down at all we need that matter of fact we're going to be having nikki oshinski give her testimony here in just a little bit and she was believing god but she just needed a little point of contact and i came and prayed with her and god used that and praised god i was it's thrilling but most of the testimonies that you're going to be seeing this week nobody prayed for them as such it was just the truth of the word of god that set them free and the reason i'm saying all of this is to say that you may not be here with us today and again people have been taught that the only way to receive is to take somebody who's got an anointing on their life and let them lay hands on you and pray for you and then you're going to receive it by impartation it can come that way but it also can come just through the word and that's what i want to share with you today if you look over here in matthew chapter 8 there's an instance where jesus was amazed at a person's faith in matthew chapter 8 and in verse 5 it says in when jesus was entered into capernaum there came unto him a centurion besieging him and saying lord my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy grievously tormented a palsy with some type of paralysis could have been something like a stroke or something like that and jesus said unto him i will come and heal him then centurion answered and said lord i am not worthy thou should has come under my roof but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed you know before i get into the rest of this let me just point out something that used to bother me there was this man was a centurion that means he wasn't a jew he wasn't a covenant person with the lord and if you contrast this with the sorrow phoenician woman that came and she said jesus thou son of david have mercy on me and jesus just ignored her and she kept crying after him over and over jesus thou son of david have mercy on me and finally his disciples came and said lord send her away she's troubling people you know what the difference was he finally turned to her and he says that it is not it is not meat or proper to take the children's bread and to give it unto dogs what a derogatory statement and yet this woman humbled herself and she says yes that's true but even dogs get to eat of the crumbs that fall from the table and he said because of that go your way and your daughter is healed and the demon was cast out you know what the difference is right here this man was a gentile also but he didn't approach jesus on the basis of the covenant because he was outside of the covenant this woman was saying jesus thou son of david she had no right to the covenant so what this would mean for us today is that if a person approaches god and saying oh god i've been fasting and praying and studying the word and i'm living as holy as i can and i've done all of these things would you heal me now you are trying to approach god on the basis of some merit or worth that you have and you are going to get a bad response if god actually gave you what you deserved you'd go to hell some people think oh no not me well you may be better than i am or better than somebody else but all of us have sinned and come short of the glory of god we can't receive healing on the basis of any goodness on our own this man approached jesus and he just asked him if he would come just playing on the mercy of god and when jesus said i'm going to come he says i'm not even worthy that you should come under my roof you know over in first peter chapter 5 james chapter 4 both of them say that god resists the proud but he gives grace to the humble i tell you if you want to see the grace of god which is what every one of us needs you need to humble yourself and you need to quit approaching god saying that god you healed this person how come you haven't healed me and you compare yourself and do things and you need to just throw yourself on the mercy of god so this is what this centurion did he came and he says i'm not even worthy for you to become come under my roof but he says speak the word only and my servant shall be healed for i am a man under authority having soldiers under me and i say to this man go and he goeth unto another come and he cometh unto my servant do this and he doeth it when jesus heard it he marveled and said unto them that followed verily i say unto you i have not found so great faith no not in israel you know this is significant there's only twice in scripture that jesus marveled once is right here at this man's great faith and another time he marveled at his disciples unbelief he was amazed that people who had spent three years with him day and night seen all the miracles heard the greatest messages that have ever been preached that they could be so hard-hearted and full of unbelief he marveled at how much unbelief his disciples had and here he marveled at this man's faith any type of faith that makes jesus marvel is worth analyzing looking at and figuring out what made this man's faith so great he says i've never found so great faith no not in israel and i say unto you that many shall come from the east and the west and shall sit down with abraham and with isaac and jacob in the kingdom of heaven but the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth and he said to the centurion go your way and as thou hast believed so be it done unto thee and the servant was healed in the selfsame hour and so he was saying this is the greatest faith i've ever seen and this man's faith he says there are going to be people come from the east and west and every place all of these gentiles are going to press into the kingdom and yet some of the chosen people of god the jews would be cast out because it's all based on faith it's not based on your performance it's not based on a covenant of natural covenant about physical things like whether you've been baptized correctly or not i was just in a meeting with governor huckabee and a bunch of senators and all of these people and they were discussing things like why christians can't unite and get together and vote and do things and i pointed out that i said man they just can't agree on anything some people think you got to sprinkle others you got a dunk and i told them i said i just believe in holding the people under until they really repent hey man that's but we just argue over the slightest little things it's just amazing and anyway there are people that are coming based on all of these natural things the thing that god is looking for is faith and i want you to know right there in your home wherever you are however you're watching this you know if you reach out and by faith if you do what this centurion did god will do the exact same thing for you you know we hold meetings and people come by the thousands and we now i used to do all of the praying for people myself now i have our students and prayer ministers travel with me and they lay hands on people and we have people come and we lay hands on them and we see lots of people here you know daniel was just up here and we have a healing school every thursday and we've been doing this for how many years daniel a decade man doesn't time goes fast but he has trained thousands probably four or five thousand or more more of people have gone through an intense study and they go out and they lay hands on people and we believe in that we believe in laying on of hands but i also believe this that you can just send the word and the word can heal them i can guarantee you some of you are watching this and you're thinking oh i'm so disappointed that i wasn't able to come to this healing is here conference and believe me i'm disappointed too this is not what i it to me there's just something wrong with canceling a healing conference because of sickness just doesn't compute and anyway i'm not going to get off and talk about that but i did this under duress it is not my choice at all but anyway i know that many of you are disappointed in not being here but you can tap into the anointing of god exactly the way that this centurion did if you just believe and notice the thing that made his faith so strong he says i don't need to see you come into my house i don't have to see you lay hands on my servant you speak the word only and my servant shall be healed and that amazed jesus did you know the truth is and i'm saying this in love i'm not trying to condemn anybody but the truth is that the word isn't enough for most people most people i know what the bible says but the doctor says but my body says and most people are more moved by the physical natural things than they are by what the word of god says and that's the reason that they need help and that they've got to have somebody else whose faith is strong to come and lay hands on them and again there's nothing wrong with that if the lord waited until every one of us was spiritual giants and you were standing on the word and you could just take a word from god and that was enough and if that's the only way that you could receive healing i guarantee you most of the body of christ would be dead they have not been standing on the word you know we are getting ready to start our next school year and we just had a meeting about this yesterday and we're discussing what we're doing and we're encouraging people to wear masks and we're encouraging social distancing personally i don't believe i need any of that stuff because the bible says no plague will come nigh my dwelling i'm a germ graveyard if a germ touches me it's going to die i don't get sick i don't believe in getting sick but not everybody's at that place and they're coming to school so that they can get strong and so what do we do just let them die along the way so anyway we're putting some of these things into place not for me personally but because people are at different levels and we have to meet them where they are and so if the only way for a person to get healed was just to be so strong in the word that god's word says by stripes i'm healed that's enough for me and they don't have anything else that is i believe the best that's this type of faith that made jesus marvel but god loves us so much that he is going to reach us wherever we are wherever we are you'll hear nikki i'm not going to take her testimony away from her but you'll hear nikki say that you know god told her her healing would be progressive and then when she heard me preach that it doesn't have to be progressive she asked the lord about and he said that's because that's the way you were believing and sad to say some people have never thought that you could just stand on the word of god alone most people have to have somebody come and physically touch them we've had services right here in this room in this auditorium and i won't call names we've had people that have the gift of healing and the gift of miracles on their life and we've had them here ministering and you know what they do they build an atmosphere of faith they get everybody all excited man we've seen some great miracles happen right here that would not have happened if the people would have just had to have stood on the word of god alone matter of fact last year at our healing is here conference we had a man the very last night come up and bring his wife we were in our auditorium over here and he brought his wife and was carrying her and they were both elderly i got to watch what i say because i are one but anyway i don't know how old he was he was older than me i think and he was carrying his wife and and he couldn't hold her up i came up behind him put my arms under him helped hold his wife up and she couldn't have weighed more than 60 or 70 pounds at the most she was just really in bad shape and we had who was it todd white was ministering that night and todd asked what was wrong with her and he said everything and he says what can't she do and says she can't talk and so he says well start saying something he prayed over her and she started saying a few words and he said what else couldn't she do she couldn't raise her hand she couldn't do anything she she was basically just invalid and she started raising her hand within just a few moments she got up and walked off and did you know that they came to a performance that we gave of david and somebody told me that they were here and so i got up and asked where they were and they were up in the balcony and she walked up in the balcony and and praise god she was miraculously healed what a great testimony and did you know that that man and his wife had been at the healing is here conference all week long and we had been emphasizing people just believing god and they had heard all of the word and yet if they hadn't have come up and had somebody just minister to them specifically and impart faith unto them and release the anointing of god that woman might not have been healed so am i saying that that's inferior no it's not inferior but you aren't always going to have somebody with an anointing on their life to be there for you you can't always find a person like that but you can always get to where you take the word of god and just stand on what the word of god says and that's what i want to encourage you to do especially during this healing is here conference when we aren't able to physically be here and laying hands on you you are going to have to get hold of this truth that god's word will heal you again i go back to some of those same verses i've quoted at the beginning psalms 107 20. he sent his word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions and then proverbs chapter 4 i believe it's around verse 20 or 22 it says god's word is health unto all of your flesh and life unto those that find them god's word will release healing into you you don't have to have someone there if someone is there praise god use it but i'm saying god can touch you right where you are and i want to encourage you that for the next few days we are going to be putting out the word through testimony we're going to have teaching like this we are going to be sharing truth with you but you need to take some initiative and like this centurion you need to say god i don't have to be in woodland park colorado i don't have to have somebody lay their hands on me you speak the word only you open up your heart and you say god give me a word god just speak some truth to me and let these truths come alive on the inside of me and i can guarantee you it will produce healing from whatever you need in your body let me contrast this and put it together with over here in john chapter 20 and this is after the resurrection of jesus he appeared unto his disciples on resurrection day and thomas wasn't present when he appeared to all of the rest of the disciples and so they told thomas about what they had done and let me read this to you in john chapter 20 and in verse 25 it says the other disciples therefore said unto him unto thomas we have seen the lord but he said thomas said unto them except i shall see in his hands the print of the nails and put my finger into the print of the nails and thrust my hand into his side i will not believe unless he could have some physical proof unless he could feel something unless he could see it he said i will not believe did you know unbelief is a choice most people don't think so most people think no i just naturally don't have faith i just naturally open operate in unbelief no we've been taught to operate in unbelief and we have chosen to say that i cannot believe anything is real until i can see it feel it until a doctor verifies it or something like that you know i've prayed with thousands tens of thousands of people and i've had a lot of people that the power of god hits them all of their pain leaves or all of the physical symptoms that they had leave and i say praise god i believe you're healed and i've had many people say all right i'll go to the doctor and i'll find out and boy i mean the spirit of slap just wants to come all over me like what's wrong with you we just prayed a prayer we did what the word said your symptoms left and yet you're gonna go on until some physical person can verify it you will not believe it's a choice he said i will not believe unless i can see unless i can touch unless i can feel brothers and sisters we've been taught unbelief i know that many people don't recognize that because it's so pervasive it seems like everybody is that way we just think it's naturally that way but it's not you know i remember one time when i was in childress texas and we had a full gospel businessman's meeting and the full gospel businessmen's group labeled me a cult and told people to stay away from me but before i reached that status they they asked me to lead the praise and worship and so i was up there with my guitar and i was leading the praise and worship for this full gospel businessman's thing and i had just started on radio this was 1976 and i was just on radio we had we had five dollars given in two years of me being on a secular radio station in two letters that's all i got but anyway that was the beginning of my media ministry and there was a woman there that her daughter had just pulled boiling water off of a stove and it and it caused third-degree burns all over her she was like five years old or something and they had called in the day before and that was one of the two calls that i got and asked me to pray with them so i prayed over the phone and believed that this little girl was healed and they were at that full gospel business meeting and she had these bandages all on her and the mother had to change the bandages and when she took the bandages off the second day the day that they came to the full gospel businessman's meeting she took the bandages off to change them and her skin was normal she was totally healed it was miraculous and this little girl was just dancing all over the front and the mother came up i prayed with her over the phone so i didn't know who it was and she came up and says i'm the lady that called this is my granddaughter who had these burns and she got up and this little girl was just praising god and worshiping god and you know that's the way that we have to be taught this unbelief is the point i'm making this little girl was just didn't have any inhibitions she got up and praised god and talked about her healing but i tell you so many adults you sit there and say it's just so hard to believe it's because of the way you've been taught you are choosing to disbelieve you can choose to believe it's a choice and if you've been baptized in unbelief it may take you a little while before you get over it but you can choose and praise god i believe that this healing is here conference is going to make a difference if you will just receive the things that we're talking about and start heading in that direction you can turn it around you can choose to believe so anyway thomas says unless i can see unless i can feel i will not believe and in verse 26 it says and after eight days again his disciples were within and thomas with them then came jesus the doors being shut and stood in the midst and said peace be unto you then said he to thomas reach hither thy finger and behold my hands and reach hither thy hand and thrust it into my side and be not faithless but believing again jesus would be unjust to tell us not to be faithless if you couldn't do it some people like i just can't help it you can help it you can help it do you know unbelief has to be fed one of the things that happens when i pray with people you know jesus he would put out when he went and raised jairus his daughter from the dead he put out all of the scoffers the people that mocked at him and he separated them and he only allowed three of his disciples to come in you can see in the old testament elijah and elisha when they raised people from the dead they put out everybody else and they got just quiet and alone with the lord i'm telling you the atmosphere that you live in affects you and you need to make sure that you put yourself in a positive atmosphere that's the reason that people that come to karis bible college man we just see lives transformed because they sit here under the word four hours a day they're around people that their conversation is all talking about the lord and it just makes a difference you you are influenced more by the people around you than what you realize and so anyway jesus told him to put his finger into the print of the nails he's he was accommodating his unbelief and meeting him where he was and he says here's proof now touch me feel and thomas just fell down look at this it says thomas answered and said unto him my lord and my god there isn't any mention that he actually put his finger into the print of the nails but when he saw him and also jesus wasn't present when thomas said unless i can see unless i can touch and yet jesus knew it exactly what he had said so this was another confirmation to him he knew that this was the resurrected jesus and he just fell down and said my lord and my god and look at this in verse 29 jesus said unto him thomas because you have seen me you have believed blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed now contrast this with this centurion the centurion he says i've never seen such great faith in all of my life why because he didn't have to see anything he didn't have to have jesus come in he didn't have to have him wave his hand over anything he says you speak the word only give me a word a promise and that's enough my servant will be healed in contrast to that thomas said i know unless i can see unless i can feel unless something supernatural happens i will not believe man we don't want to be like thomas you know he is typically called doubting thomas what a terrible thing to be called 2 000 years later and it's because of this instance right here i believe that if the lord was terry 2 000 years people would look back at our day today and think man those people were full of unbelief we got so much unbelief this whole virus thing that they're talking about it's just based on fear i'm not saying that there isn't a virus i'm not saying that people don't struggle i'm not saying that people haven't died but i'm saying that man it is fear-based and sad to say it has played right into the unbelief and the fear of so many people this is a hypochondriac's dream to live in a world where everybody wears like a mask and nobody shake hands and stuff like this praise god but you know what it's a choice it's a choice for you to believe that no i'm going to get sick if anybody touches me you could be you could believe what it says in psalms chapter 91 that no plague will come nigh my dwelling only with my eyes will i see and rewar behold and see the reward of the wicked you could believe that but no people just tend to believe the worst case scenario because it's more dominant because more people are speaking that but i'm telling you the word of god and this healing is here conference is telling you that god has already healed you by his stripes it's a done deal and all you have to do is just receive this word only and it'll bring healing to your body it doesn't matter what you're dealing with you do not have to have somebody else lay hands on you if they're there praise god use them there is no bad way to receive healing but i'm telling you you can receive directly from god god is with you wherever you are right now i mean all of god's power he can't come in just a little bit there isn't just a tiny bit of god's power with you god in all of his might and all of his power is with you wherever you are right now and if you aren't experiencing that mighty power it's not because god isn't there and not because he's not willing to release it and give it it's because of unbelief on our part no condemnation about that we've all been brought up in this but i'm saying it is our fault and we are going to be sharing the word of god with you and teaching you how to reach out and receive you know it was back in about 1968 possibly 69 when the lord used these verses to speak to me i had been raised in the baptist church and the baptist praised god they got you born again i got born again when i was eight years old and i praised god for the baptist church because i'd have gone to heaven if i'd died so i'm not criticizing them but they didn't believe in the baptism of the holy spirit they didn't believe in healing they didn't believe in a lot of things they believed that all of these things passed away with the apostles and so when i received the baptism of the holy spirit i started going around these people like kenneth hagin and he would talk about having god speak to him in an audible voice he would see visions i remember him telling a story about you know the lord talking to him and this little demon came in between him and the lord and the demon was making noise and jumping up and down and he was trying to see around this demon and he he was having trouble hearing what the lord was saying and he thought why didn't the lord do something and finally he just got mad and he says get out of here in jesus name and doom that demon was gone and the lord told him he says if you hadn't done that i couldn't he says i gave you power you have to resist them i heard a story like that and i thought well god i want to see demons i want to see god i want to have an audible voice and i started pressing in this area for having dreams and visions and god doing something special and that's when i was studying the word and god showed me this and he says did you know if that's where your faith is and if you keep pressing me you can have some of those supernatural things but he says that's not the greatest and then he took me to matthew chapter 8 and showed me that centurion and he says the greatest faith is the faith that just takes the word and believes the word hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 without faith it's impossible to please god the thing that pleases god more than anything else is faith and i saw this and i remember praying a prayer back i don't know 68 69 and saying god if this is the way it is then i want to please you and i want to go i want to take your word and believe your word more than anything else now again don't misunderstand what i'm saying i'm not against visions i'm not against dreams i'm not against audible voices and stuff i've never heard an audible voice of god i've never seen anything with my eyes i've i've never seen into the spiritual realm there's people that have come up to me many times and said that they see angels standing up here with me and things happening i believe all of that but i've never seen it i'm not against it i know other people do it it's in the bible but i'm just saying i made a decision i said god i want your best i want to please you and i said i don't want any of these extra biblical things i want to get to a place to where your word says it and i believe it and that's enough and did you know prior to that time if i was in a meeting they'd be prophesying to people and i'd got all kinds of prophecies and things would happen and after that time without me telling anybody what i did you know somebody would be prophesying they'd be going down the road and they'd prophesy to every single person and skip me and then they'd go to the next person and you know some people think well what's wrong with you i think it was just the opposite god was honoring that commitment that i made and i was making a commitment to god i want your word to be what dominates me and i can truthfully tell you that any good thing that god has done in my life has come because i've put god's word first i haven't done it perfectly i'm still learning i'm still having to deal with my own stuff and it's not like you just ever arrived but praise god i've left i've moved in that direction and any good thing that's ever happened in my life came because of just taking god at his word and honoring him and not having to have a feeling not having to have some confirmation two dogs walked this way and a black cat walked that way and that's a confirmation to me we have people all the time that say god's telling me to come to school and so i'm just asking for confirmations and they're waiting and hoping that everything just works out they believe that if god wants them to come to bible college then their house will sell they'll get a job everything will just be perfect and this is the way how some people discern god's will is if everything just falls in line and if everything works that's not true 16th chapter of the book of acts paul had a vision a man saying come over into macedonia and help us and so he woke up the next morning saying assuredly the lord has called us to go to macedonia he saw it in a dream he went over there it wasn't 48 hours until he was beaten and his back raw and his feet and hands in the stocks and if you were just going by circumstances you'd think i must have missed god matter of fact the apostle paul even said that a great and an effectual door is opened unto me but there are many adversaries did you know i don't think you should judge god's will by circumstances but if you were going to use circumstances to judge god's will probably if everything's going against you that's probably a greater indication that you've followed god's will amen i don't think that we ought to use circumstances but i certainly don't believe that everything just falls in line man i've had a lot of opposition along the way and i just had to stand on what god has told me and not take no for an answer not know from god but i mean he he never says no to me all the promises of god are yes but when circumstances don't line up i just do not let circumstances dictate to me what god has told me to do this very building that we're in this very campus everything that we've got i guarantee you none of this stuff happened just automatically or easy there was times that we had to stand and believe and so my point that i'm making this morning is that god's word just standing and believing god's word is the greatest thing that you can do to take the word and just believe it and yet for the average person they don't the word isn't enough for them i remember going to a david ingles meeting one time i don't know how many of you remember david ingles but man he was powerful guy back in the 80s and i went to one of his meetings in turkey texas there's a place called turkey texas and he was ministering and i was standing in line to talk to him and anyway a man in front of me he says i need to be healed of cancer do you have a word for me and so david ingles started reading to him isaiah 53 5 by his stripes you are healed matthew 8 17. this is the fulfillment of the prophecy spoken by isaias the prophet that he himself bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses third john chapter 1 verse 2 beloved i wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospers first peter 2 24 by his stripes we were healed he quoted those four or five scriptures to him and the man just looked at him and says i know all of those scriptures i was wondering if you had a word about healing from cancer and david ingles didn't know what to say he was just speechless and and i was sitting there thinking what do you want but see there's probably people right here in this auditorium or if you're watching live stream there's some of you that say well i know every one of those scriptures isn't god's word enough there's a difference between just mentally being able to quote it and knowing it you know when i first got hold of healing i had never been real sickly in my life i was relatively healthy when i was growing up but when i got hold of healing and started believing for healing i got sick for six months i had a cold a flu something every time satan comes immediately to steal away the word it's like when a little plant is planted you can't just leave that thing out in a blizzard or you can't leave it through a drought it but once it becomes established then it can withstand some of these elements and when when you are just receiving a truth it's brand new to you satan will throw everything he's got planted you for five years in the future at you all at one time trying to get you to back up because that's when you are your weakest so anyway i started believing for healing and i mean just sickness came at me it wasn't anything major but just sickness of all kinds came at me and finally i just decided i knew what the word said but it wasn't producing the desired results in my body and so i remember having something like the flu i don't know what it was didn't go to the doctor but i was hurting so badly that i couldn't stand up and i didn't want to lay down in bed and go to sleep i wanted to fight this thing i wanted to do something to activate the power that was in the word and so i got on the floor this is right after jamie and i got married and we had a hard wood floor and i got on the floor on my hands and knees i didn't lay down because i had fallen asleep and i got on my hands and knees and put my bible in front of me and i crawled around for eight hours during the night i crawled around and pushed that bible with my nose quoting those scriptures people wonder you know i just had this senator from oklahoma he heard me minister and he says how do you memorize scripture and i said i never memorized scripture i never do and he was just shocked and he says you get up there and it just flows out of you i told him what i do i live it and what i did i got down and i put this bible in front of me and i turned over and read isaiah 53 4 and matthew 8 17. first peter 2 24 3 john chapter 1 verse 2 i read those and quoted them and stood there and fought the devil eight hours and in the morning that flu was gone i was totally healed and i've never had to say now where was this scripture because i lived it it became a part of me and so there are some of you that say well i know these scriptures but i'm looking for something more you don't need anything more you need to put faith in the word of god hebrews chapter 4 verse 2 talking about the children of israel coming out of the land of egypt and they got stuck in the wilderness they didn't enter into the promised land and it says the word preached unto them did not profit them not being mixed with faith in them that heard it you've got to put faith in the word of god the word of god is powerful but it only releases that power once you put faith in it and i tell you it's you have to fight the good fight of faith faith isn't something that comes without effort it comes through studying the word faith comes by hearing and hearing the word but you have to do things to activate the word did you know in the book of revelation it says that the lord will come back and there will be a sharp two-edged sword that comes out of his mouth and it'll turn every direction and it says it will slay the people so that the blood will flow up to the horse's bridles that means three and four feet high for a space of 20 miles so many people are going to be killed it'll take seven years they will appoint people that all they will do is go and every time they find a bone somebody'll put a flag there and people will go and collect the bones and bury them and it'll take seven years to bury all of the bones he's going to destroy his enemies and you know what that is that sharp two-edged sword i don't believe that there's a physical sword that's going to come out of his mouth the word of god is a sword hebrews chapter 4 verse 12 says the word of god is quick alive and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword ephesians chapter 6 when he's talking about the weapons of our warfare and the armor that we have it says and take the word of god the sword of the spirit which is the word of god the word of god is going to come out of his mouth what i'm saying is the same word that we have written right here in the book of revelation jesus is going to speak those words out of his mouth and it will destroy millions of his enemies with nothing but a word the whole heavens and earth everything was created by the word of god these words that we have this is the supernatural power of god if you could unleash the power that's in these words this is greater than any atomic bomb it's greater than anything that man has ever come up with there is more than enough power in the scripture that says by his stripes we were healed past tense already done there's more than enough power in that to see you come out of your wheelchair to see you healed of your heart problems to see you healed of anything blindness deafness anything there's more than enough power but it's got to be released through faith you've got to mix the word with faith and so even though we aren't able to gather and we aren't here together this week you know what i believe that god's word is going to go forth in power we are going to have people share things with you about how that they saw the healing power of god in their life and you know i've talked to many many of these people matter of fact we're going to have nikki oshinski well she's now nikki willer she's got married praise god she used to be sick but she got weller is what she said and anyway she's going to share with you and and it'll be powerful as you hear these testimonies but you know what i've heard so many of them say that they saw that testimony and it taught them how to stand and just believe and it inspired them this is going to happen to you as you hear these testimonies you will get something from each one of these people as they share their testimony about how they were able to activate this faith and release the power that's in the word of god and the good news is you don't have to be here jesus the holy spirit is right there with you wherever you are he is there to meet your need and all you got to do is receive so father i've shared these truths that you've shared with me and i pray for all of these people i pray for the people that are here in this room but father i pray for every person watching right now if they're on the other side of the world wherever they are whatever the circumstances are i stand on these verses that father that centurion you healed his servant just because he believed the word he didn't have to see or feel anything else you sent your word and healed them and delivered them from all of their destruction father i send forth your word right now in the name of jesus that by the stripes of jesus these people were healed it's already been done you've done your part now father we reach out by faith and we take what you have already provided we say it's voice activated we'll be teaching more on this during the week but the faith of god is voice activated i will say of the lord he is my refuge you have to speak to your mountain so father right now we speak that bodies are being healed that people are coming out of wheelchairs right now that pain is leading people and father they they're they're tumors uh brain tumors that are being healed and not only brain tumors but people that have these gross on their head on the outside right now healing in the name of jesus i speak healing to you and father we release this power i send forth your word right now to touch people wherever they are you know wherever you are i want you to start responding right now don't just be sitting and listening to me but you reach out and take this you begin to start speaking healing over yourself that same thing applies for people right here in this auditorium but wherever you are you stand right now you reach out and take it you begin to start speaking that by the stripes of jesus christ i was healed if i was healed i am healed and i'm going to stay healed father we release this we release this anointing i believe that diabetes is being healed all kinds of physical internal things it may not have an outward manifestation but it affects your body father we just release your healing and we thank you for touching all of these people in the mighty name of jesus amen you know we are going to be praying with people all during this week for those of you that are present here we've got some prayer ministers that are here and you can come up and physically receive your healing but i want to also encourage you that we've got a lot of people at the phones right now just to receive your call and to pray with you and we've seen people raised from the dead through our phone ministry we've actually had people call in for others who were dead and they pray with them and put the phone up to their ear and they get they get raised from the dead man we have some powerful people answering the phone so again remember that you can call in right now and if god has already touched you and if he's already healed just some of those few things that i mentioned please call and let us know what happened again i go back to that verse revelation 12 they overcame the devil by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony you give testimony to what god has done call in and let somebody know and it'll be an encouragement to us and all of the people here we'll share it with those who are watching but also it'll help you to be able to speak and stand on what god has said but we believe that this is a week of healing and it's not limited by distance i believe that god is setting people free all over the world so father we thank you we love you we give you praise and worship that you've already done it and i thank you that the holy spirit is right there present with people and that you're helping them to receive so father we thank you for that we agree and we receive it in the name of jesus amen we're going to take a 10-minute break for those of you that are some people may not have been here for the beginning of this but if you're just joining us we have just a few people here in our auditorium uh but we have about 12 i think or maybe 15 of the people who have been uh featured on our healing journeys and they are here and they're going to be giving their testimonies so right now we're going to have a testimony from nikki oshinski weller and then we're going to have right after that we're going to have a teresa hoteling and i think is this when michael comes up michael and what's your last name shoot shuts or whatever you will be blessed but anyway let's watch this little introduction video about nikki [Music] about six months after the accident i had a pain in my left hip i said dad can we use crutches and i used crutches for a couple days and they said this is not normal we are going to the doctor so we went to the doctor and she took x-rays and poked around on my leg and said go home nothing's wrong with you and the pain got worse and worse it eventually spread throughout my entire body [Music] little by little new symptoms were being added i was in a wheelchair full time i couldn't feed myself i couldn't dress myself i couldn't get myself out of bed my stomach would hurt all the time my i would get muscle spasms in my especially my upper arms and in my back that would last for two months at a time and not go away i was living in this foil covered sterile environment with a 300 air purifier and some distilled water in a glass jar because i couldn't drink from plastic i didn't remember what it was like not to hurt there was no cure there was no answer and he said all i can do is give you sleeping pills to help her rest at night and pain pills to cope during the day my body is freaking out worse than i've ever seen and my mom is scared i can tell my mom is scared i said lord i've gotta know is nikki gonna die ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the stage nicki weller [Music] awesome this is nikki oshinski weller hi guys hey awesome we got a microphone right here for you is it on oh it is so that has been 20 years ago 20 years ago this november yep that is amazing and i was 19 when i got healed do the math get over it yeah and god is good he's good and he's faithful and you know what uh i want to invite uh stephen bransford to come up here with me as we kind of interview nikki and let her share her testimony and things but the reason i want stephen to come is because stephen is the one who went and did nikki's story matter of fact this is a how long is it 50 something minutes yeah it was the original was 55 minutes uh it was a rough cut but you said it's finished and he brought the rough cut to me and he wanted to cut it down to i think 20 minutes or something and i said man let's use it exactly the way it is after hours of footage hours there was a lot but anyway stephen is the one who started these healing journeys and did this and now he's trained other people but he was so intimately involved with nikki and her whole family and things that i just thought it would be appropriate to have the woman who started it all the man who made the video and got it all going and and what a blessing so nicky have a seat here and uh you're over here stephen so praise god i know that we've got some people here who probably don't know your story and rather than go through the whole thing i know you've got a lot more than just the healing that jesus did for you but give them a little bit of background so that they'll understand what jesus did well i'll give you the elevator version and believe me i've given the elevator version the car wash version the mcdonald's line version um which by the way i'm so thankful they made the documentary because eventually it's like would you please just just watch the show just watch it when i was 14 years old i started we were in a car accident on the way home from church and i was slammed against the window and taken by ambulance to the hospital and when i was there they said just bruising on the bone in your next bruise but you're 14 years old you're going to be fine no worries i healed in time to go to youth camp just in time to slam into a girl in the middle of a water slide who thought it would be fun to stop at the middle of a waterslide and when i returned home on crutches the pain never went away the pain in my hips spread through my whole body i had flu like symptoms for about four years and then new symptoms started my hands wouldn't work one day my feet wouldn't work one day my jaw would lock up i was sick to my stomach at all times and then the eye which is environmental illness started setting in i became allergic to the world and so by the time so then we started doctor hopping now you gotta understand i grew up in a spirit-filled charismatic family that believed in jesus the healer but somewhere and i don't know what teaching or we just made this up in our mind we believed in our hearts that god had a sovereign time for healing that wasn't just ours at the cross and so we're doctor hopping to maintain until the miracle happened and 18 doctors later and one more stop would have been the mayo clinic we went treatment the rheumatologist sent us to a place to learn how to deal with the pain to do therapy to do medications um to do biofeedback to learn how to live with the pain y'all i'm really good i was really good in childbirth because i've had training um my mom wouldn't allow me to do the uh therapy open group therapy with women who were 50 years old and had this because fibromyalgia which was the initial diagnosis which means we don't know what it is we're going to call it this they wanted it usually strikes women in their 50s or 60s and so can you imagine a 14 15 16 year old girl sitting in a room with a bunch of crabby in pain 50 year old women and my mom was like no we're not going to do that um so they had me do one-on-one therapy with this therapist and she kept asking me how do you feel about never driving your car how do you feel about not dating how do you feel about not going out and doing what you want to do and i kept saying but jesus promised he said he would heal me see when jesus would come to me and i mean in my heart not through the well through the word of god that was in my heart i couldn't read the word of god anymore and comprehend it after two lines i couldn't remember what i read because of the pain he would come to me and he would tell me of my future he would tell me i was going to have a husband i was going to have a family he would list the countries that i would minister in and what he was doing was he was not allowing my hope to die that's what he does he doesn't want your hope to die and so doctor doctor pain pill another disappointment um eventually leading to totally not walking anymore not sitting up anymore i had five foods on the planet i could eat i took shots about 15 shots a day to counteract everything i was allergic to and it was expected within two weeks i would die and i'm assuming that you didn't go to school during this time what hold it wait for it so uh did this happen all at once or was it gradually when did you become to where you were just totally out of it well later it was found out that i had misdiagnosed ms and ms comes in waves and then remits and weighs them they even know that oh they wish it was part of it oh yeah but uh i have all the documents but uh they wouldn't the doctors wouldn't admit that part so there were seasons where i would have use of my hands or for a little moment i learned to drive a car and then my hands wouldn't work or the brain fog would come or whatever but by the end of five and a half years all my muscle skeletal system went out i had fiber i had what was it um formaldehyde found in my blood that had eaten through my connective tissues that's why you couldn't hug me that day my mom was like don't touch her don't hug her she's gonna pop out all her bones um it took it was a gradual five and a half years of decaying decaying and so you were your teenage years basically were just spent sick 14 to 19. i was uh instead of learning how to fly i was becoming like a baby in the physical but jesus amen um you know andrew was talking about the word is more than enough but who is the word jesus is the word and during that andrew said to me shortly after i got healed he said you didn't have to wait five and a half years you could have been healed five and a half years ago and i said that's not true and he you look like i slapped you nicki five and a half years fourteen-year-old nikki didn't know the truth that would set her free jesus is the way he's the truth he is the life he didn't meet me where i thought i was supposed to be he met me where i was and where i was he needed to be reminded that i have a hope and a future who i needed to be was i needed to be reminded that he wanted to earn my trust so don't beat yourself up if you're like i don't know he's like dude let me try let me show you i'm faithful and that's what he did for five and a half years well there's two things that you've already said we hadn't got to your health oh sorry it happened look but yeah two things you talked about that you'd never lost hope he was keeping your hope alive and then also you were talking about your personal relationship with the lord and yeah nikki that's what made you so different than so many other people that i've prayed for is that you still had a vibrant relationship with the lord you you may have thought that god had a sovereign time you didn't realize that you could control the time but man you knew the lord yes and that's powerful i just talked to a man during the break who he has a lot of things he needs to be healed but i was telling him i said what you need more than anything else is that intimate relationship with the lord that's what everything else comes out of absolutely you know it's the truth that you know that sets you free and he is the truth and so he was faithful to bring the people the song from my childhood the encouragement the wisdom to put up boundaries with people who just wanted to pray with you to make them feel better i mean he he walked with me every step of the way into the building blocks so that when andrew's teaching on grace and faith that what we received on the cross salvation at that time we also received healing for our minds for our hearts and for our bodies all at the same time you could have told old nikki that or young nikki whatever you could have told young nicki that but she wouldn't have got it but jesus met me i mean i remember being in a clinic i was in the top environmental illness clinic for the nation five days a week getting all kinds of shots and tests and at one point they put in an iv and then infiltrated when iv infiltrates it goes between instead of into your vein it goes into the nerve shaft and they shoot stuff in there and you try to not speak hockey words as you're breathing and you're doing it and my mom's trying and the crowds going around me just trying to help three nurses came in they couldn't fix it and i see this person my eyes were open jumping behind the crowd going like this look at me look at me it was jesus it was jesus he said look at me and i saw him go you know and see was like breathe with me breathe him all right and they got the iv out and all the pain was gone now i didn't get instantly healed that day he was proving his trustworthiness to me he meant you where are you he met me where i was you weren't into instant healing no i wasn't there yet i wasn't there yet he met me uh later on when i was when you when you start to die you have tremors where you start to twitch usually after your hands start to fold in and your feet turn in like this that's how my feet and hands work that's why we don't have many pictures you don't take pictures of death i was laying on a metal hospital table with cotton blankets on it because i would react to anything and i started twitching and having seizures and my mom thought i was going to fly off the table though i couldn't walk and i had my eyes open and i saw somebody you know in your peripheral vision you'll see somebody around the corner i saw somebody round the corner and it was my jesus now i'd never seen beautiful arab-looking jesus before but his eyes i knew it as soon as i saw his eyes he knelt down and he showed me the scars on his face and one cheekbone was higher than the other gnashed in his jaw none of his bones were broken remember that was a prophecy but boy his flesh was torn to shreds he showed me the nail holes in his hands and the stripes on his back after he lifted up his tunic he showed me his feet and he said it's done it's paid for it was like him showing me a receipt here it's done and i stopped convulsing but i wasn't instantly healed that day shortly thereafter i fell out of the wheelchair just on accident and got whiplash i was that fragile i remember your mom was scared when i put my hand under her neck to try and help her sit up and they said if you didn't do it just right she could have what oh it all my ribs pop out yeah that's fine um so my mom wanted to go to wednesday night service you happen to be in town and she had a beeper because you know 90s or 2000 or whatever it was and she had a pager and said if you need to go potty tell dad and he'll page me because dad 19 year old girl not so much and uh she ran you couldn't brush your teeth you couldn't comb your hair you were basically didn't shave my legs nothing couldn't be my my 19 year old twin brother fed me could you lift your hand or i could do the remote on good days to watch tv y'all i'm excellent at jeopardy and pop culture i watch a lot of television but no i i dropped out of school when i was 14 not only because i couldn't read but because i couldn't ride it would cause severe muscle spasms in my arms and yeah no i was i was incapable and you know stephen he went and did this video and you got to interact with the whole family and your your family is just awesome they are awesome your dad and mom and brother a matter of fact you were just telling me that tripp's now a pastor of a church has three beautiful kids married to his sweetheart high school sweetie so what was your impression when you were there doing all this you know it was interesting watching that little piece for enter introducing you made me cry yeah well you made me cry and um we uh and i went down there andrew first of all i was just getting to know you it was early in our time together starting television and andrew came back from texas and he said there was a miracle that happened there and and i don't really think i understand it all would you go down and document what happened so that was it that was it that's all i knew so um at that time we were just starting television we had one camera one camera look in this room now we've got we've got a room full of cameras crew but this is how it began and nikki was a key part of what i saw as god unfolding andrew's ministry to the world and so meeting you andrew was the most significant thing that happened to me 20 years ago next was meeting you nikki and your family and when we got to your house i think we spent 16 hours interviewing the various members of her family the thing that came to me as i did the interviews and watching you speak up there how old were you then 19. no i just turned 20. just turned 20. oh oh when you did yeah it was november and january turn 20. so everybody out there is doing the math now it's uh i'm turning 40 y'all it's good yeah she was healed at 19 20 when the interview yeah so so um you were so articulate about what you'd been through and your parents and everyone told the same story so when i got back i had tons of material and all i did was i just took nicki nicki said this is how it started and then i took her mom her dad her brother uh her pastor her doctor and everyone telling the story in a chronology it ended up being 55 minutes long which for me is a rough cut now we're going to narrow this down to the essence of the story but when andrew saw it he said that's finished well andrew's my boss shocked me it's finished what shocked me was when i went to pray for nikki her mom just told me he says would you come pray for my daughter and i said yes and i didn't know what was wrong with nick you're so glad i'm so glad i had no idea and she was in what do you what was it a lawn chair or something i was in a a plastic reclining sunning chair because my parents could use it to prop me up or pop me down with blankets all over and so she was laying there and i just prayed for her and i said uh i forgot exactly what i said now oh cowboy prayer andrew style um in the name of jesus we rebuke all pain um healing in the name of jesus well what happened during that part was in the spirit my eyes were closed one i hadn't cried in about three years i made a heart vow not to cry because it didn't seem to do anything but made me tired that's a lie healing is there is healing and tears i started crying and i saw myself because i didn't even dream that i could walk anymore in my dreams i couldn't walk anymore but i saw myself in the spirit stand up and walk to my jesus again and when i got to him he started peeling away layers and by the time he got to my feet i remember putting my arm across your chest yeah throwing the blankets off of me and running to my dad and then i got ticked righteous indignation which i'm not prone to y'all i'm just not i'm kind of cool unless i'm hungry i prayed for you twice yes yes and i forgot you you probably can remember better than i did but when i first prayed for you i said do something you can't do yeah and she like moved i don't remember that and they were excited and i thought what's wrong with you she was dying andrew she was dying yeah i expected her to get up and she couldn't do hardly anything and that's when she threw her arm across my chest and pushed me out of the way and stood up and started walking and man the room went wild but then i was shaken yeah you know like a baby have you ever seen a horse that's born where nothing works with anything else for a few minutes they're like that's how i was and so i don't want to shake anymore either i was i got angry finally thank goodness and you so that's fine that's a piece of cake for jesus the name of jesus no more shaking then i walked across the room to my mom yeah yep and she came to church that night first time you'd been out in quite a while she she couldn't put on any makeup she couldn't do early anything man she put on lipsticks it was important it was no i went to walk upstairs because at that point i was living in the downstairs dining room in my parents home that was for sale because it had a gas furnace and i was allergic to it they were trying to sell the house before the winter really set in and i walked up the stairs and got dressed and put on makeup and then my hands turned bright red which was one of my things and i said no you are a pale white woman you will wear makeup and it went away and i did what was necessary and then we went to church and i remember that night asking you i'm on thyroid for my thyroid should i take it and you said well do you have a thyroid problem and i said no and he said well then i wouldn't be taking it that could be bad yeah that's right the only sick people think only sick people take pills yeah so man it was exciting i remember you giving a testimony and everybody there in the church knew you and and she was also a part of a i don't know it was a it was a clinic that you went to and everybody had environmental stuff and you started bringing people oh yeah from that clinic we saw so many people healed so i went back there i don't know within the first few days of being healed and i was told by the doctor don't worry you'll be back it'll come back he got right in my face so angry that i was there walking around looking like a healed person how dare i but i remember walking in and seeing my friends who i would take treatment after treatment with and just saying it's real it's real come and get it it's real i never returned there again but my friends came and they got healed yeah that's awesome yeah and you know as great as nikki's healing is and i don't diminish that at all matter of fact i didn't know what she was healed of when i prayed for her i just knew she was laying down and needed prayer and when i saw stephen's video as the first time i knew what was wrong with you because you had explained it so my ignorance was probably a blessing because it's going to hinder my faith and when i saw that video that stephen did man i just sat down and cried thinking this is awesome yes but you know nikki as great as your healing was your relationship with the lord is really a great testimony and that just has continued on and what's happening with you now what's happened healing well let's talk about 20 years y'all so uh after i was healed i was accepted to colorado bible college i was going to come here after getting my ged that was intimidating i was waiting till the next summer so my brother could get married and i could party a little longer you know eat all the hamburgers and go traveling and then i met a guy and he's my husband showed up having known more of the word of god and the truth of grace than i did god knew that that little girl needed to round out and become a whole person not just a picture of his miracle but a person that knows what kind of pizza she likes that knows what she's good at and not good at that when it was finally time for me to preach i could hold it in a firm foundation that had deep roots in all areas of my life so i got married 11 months after i was healed to this awesome man and i went away and it was good i would pre come and talk with you at gts's every once in out about once a year twice a year and then i go home and do laundry and make food and burn food and you know live my life and um during that time jesus my jesus would still show up usually when i was moving laundry from one place to another or moving dishes out of the dishwasher and he would bring a memory that i totally forgot i have about two years of my life that i do not remember because of drugs you know dropped out of school after getting on drugs that's what my dad tells everyone but um he would bring a memory of you know the guy that never thought it was cute because of all the drugs that made me gain weight or the you know walking watching my brother just go off to have fun or the humiliation of having my mom shave my legs and all the the feelings attached to that he would bring to me and then he would say can we hand it to me would you give it back to me and i'd hand it to him and it was as much as picking up this load of laundry to hear if you were in the room you would know it was happening and i would hand it to him and it would be gone this would happen about every few weeks or every few months and what it was was me a grieving in a godly way what had happened um giving him what burdens i was carrying that i didn't know i had you can't give him what you don't know you have but also exchanging the identity of a sick person for the identity of a person that was never meant to be sick because when he made me he didn't make me to be ooh that nikki girl you know her he made me to be nicki the one who shares a personal love relationship with jesus so to marry what was redeemed and never meant to be with what was always meant to be took some time and some maturity and it wasn't supposed to be seen by the public i remember a few years back i don't remember exactly but you had you made some kind of a statement that you were not going to make your life identified with just healing because that was something that was never intended to be a part of your life and you weren't going to build your life around it and i was just overwhelmed with that was that was such a mature response and i think that some people have something happen to them and they immediately go out and start sharing their testimony which is great but they don't go and develop their relationship with the lord and you can't build your life off of an experience no yours we as christians are called to build our life based on the blessings of god that were meant to be there from the foundations of the earth as loved ones called into his family so if we're called to build our life from a place of blessing if we build our life based on the miracles we we receive because of crisis then we're going to constantly look for the next crisis to build our testimony on or we're going to we're going to go and challenge and gather around the people who are living in crisis instead of calling them to the land of blessings where we're living that's what god asked me to do and i'm so thankful because it's whole it's the zipper effect of what was fallen we all got fallen stuff i still got fallen stuff it's amazing the areas of the god of miracles and blessings that i know the new stuff that comes up i'm like oh i don't know you in that area i must figure that and he'll show me in the word of god himself there's always these pieces but the zipper of this was redeemed this was falling this is always meant to be this is who i am he zippers it like a hoodie oh a good hoodie you know you zipper a good hoodie up and it just is good and solid and warm and not heavy but um it becomes saul's armor when all you're doing is talking about miracles but it's david's the thing that god's prepared you in the time that's light and easy that you know that he shoots and it produces good fruit and it kills the giants that's from the land of blessing also carrying the testimony of the miracle and there was a lot of pressure on you when you first got healed to just start going and sharing your testimony because it was so powerful and it was touching people and yet god had you withdraw for a period of time just so that you could get to really know him and base your life on that yes you know god doesn't pressure us he never sets a time clock that says tick tick tick tick and instead he comes and he meets you right where you are and as you look at him and you water the seeds of what he's promised in your life the seasons change when they're supposed to the fruit come they're supposed to help you in the field where you are says to rest the field hey rest you're getting tired when you sit in humility and say okay you do it i'm not building it i guys i know i was called to ministry you could ask pre-sick nikki she knew that she knew that but i needed to grieve i needed to heal i needed to eat some pizza i need hair that i can take care of do you know how tickled i am that i have nail polish on yeah i do that's awesome or my babies i have babies y'all yeah you need to give that testimony because you had trouble having children and yet god told you you would i did uh when we got married uh mark and i agreed we'd have children we'd wait a little while we met married pretty fast you know christians mark mark meant jamie or i mean jamie nicky met nicki through the video that steven produced and so i didn't know i was a matchmaker you were a matchmaker so he saw the video and that's what caused him to want to meet nikki and you were married about 11 months after healing he never knew me sick y'all that's a big deal that's a big deal uh so we met and married and i was at a gts you were in plano texas at this really nice hotel during praise of worship god showed me baby buddies and rattles and i thought we weren't supposed to have babies for two more years i guess i gotta tell mark and uh during one of the intermissions i just went to get away for a little bit to not be nicki you know that girl oh i know you and so i went to go walk by these fountains and i'm like i gotta tell mark we're gonna be having some babies and uh he walked up to me and he said before you tell me what you need to just want you know god told me it's time and i thought i have the same word that's good we thought it was going to be automatic a year later when there was no babies uh went to the doctor for a cold we had had colds for three and a half weeks both of us because of kissing you know and uh we were tired y'all sometimes super christians get sick and go to the doctor well that happened so while we're there she said anything else going on i said well we haven't had babies we've been trying for a year she said well go to this fertility specialist dfw has a lot of them and just talk to him i don't know why you know i live my life i don't go to the mailbox without saying lord is that you but i said oh that makes sense certain things have to be working let's go to the doctor we went there he did all his tests and he said you will never have children without medical intervention you could do this and this but you're probably gonna have to do this and so mark and i were like well we're not okay with this and we're not okay with this but some things need to be working so we'll try this three months later when i went hormonally to the bad place and i pictured this cereal box in my hand like flying into my husband's head it was not good i remember almost going to sleep and work saying nick and i'm like what nick god told us to have babies yes god didn't tell us to get on drugs and have babies and then i ugly cried and i said that's true i don't feel like myself you need to be strong and settled and balanced to have these babies that we were promised so we laid it all down i didn't realize i was holding that i had some control in this in my hands yes i knew god is the god of healing yes i knew god had made the promise but somehow i thought i had control and so we laid it down and seven short years later we had a baby well i got pregnant and then we lost him at 14 weeks i had gotten on some medicine about oh six or seven weeks into the pregnancy i had toured the birth center that i wanted to give birth at and then the midwife said oh you've been diagnosed with pcos pcos is a where you have cysts all in your ovaries and you don't ovulate well one in ten women in the united states is said to have had that so if you have that it's a lie god is the one who brings life and so she said you know women who have that tend to have low progesterone in their first trimester let me just give you a little progesterone and go you don't even have to be a patient i thought that's so kind well it prolonged my pregnancy and we still lost him and i remember mark coming home and we're just crying when we found out the baby was gone and we looked at each other and we said we will grieve and we will pursue the promise god is faithful and so we hugged each other and we touched each other a lot and i laid on the on the couch and lost him which took a few days and god restored our joy and we set our sights on the promise and six i think i knew that yeah six months later i got pregnant with zachary zachary but you would think that once you were miraculously healed of everything that you'd never have another problem it doesn't work exactly that way yeah you know they say the working out of your salvation from glory to glory god well we're all on a journey this journey isn't over he there's layers to this so you now have two children right i do we have zachary phoenix and then as soon as i could get pregnant again i got k i got pregnant with kaylee kaylee phoenix they're eight and six now they're beautiful if i do say so myself they're beautiful and um i carried them uh without any intervention and they're awesome that's awesome so what's the future hole for you what does the future hold homeschooling my babies and taking care of my family and telling people of my testimony but more importantly sharing about an intimate love relationship with jesus that was always meant to be what i was supposed to be doing that's what the future looks like you know i think stephen could bear witness to this that when he went and did the thing you and your parents and everybody you had a strong relationship with the lord throughout this whole thing and i mean pain and stuff and that's that's one of the things that made your healing so dramatic is because of your relationship with the lord and there's a lot of people that what they're after is just healing they aren't after the lord well but then you get it and you lose it don't you oh i've met dozens of i the pain went or the healing went or whatever and then and then life comes and the what they were built on was the expectation of the miracle instead of the foundation of the one who promised it i'm so thankful my parents from an early age nicky what did god show you nikki what did god say nikki you want that go get a word to stand on i'm so thankful that my foundation was there and then when i would mess up of course he would always cover me he would cover me and they would cover me in learning and then in those years since leading up to even the uh the hump of you know conceiving children and having them i knew the pattern was you go back to the written word of god you go back to the one who literally became the word of god in the flesh he will do it but when we get our eyes on it he'll he's always right there just like he was when he rounded that table and got down on my level and said look it's done he's so kind always come back to me and go wait a minute i promise i'm right here i come to where you are not where you think you're supposed to be it's done baby it's done and then i sit down so i want to point out that she's seen jesus she's heard the lord talk to her i was talking about i haven't had those things but it's not that one's right and the other one's wrong it's just you know god deals with each one of us individually so i'm by no means discrediting any of those things and you've also started doing a bible study a weekly bible study julianne hartman is going to be ministering is it tonight i think tonight the julianne is up and julianne has gotten i think seven of the people who've got healing journeys with us and they do a bible study every day taking turns and you've been doing that for how long 15 the last 15 weeks come sit on the floor of my bedroom with me and uh there's seven of us seven days a week on our youtube channel's healing journeys today you can find the channel and we sit down and we'd only share our personal testimony but how he's met us in our everyday life and what the word of god says that backs up these promises it's pretty awesome to hear because everybody connects with someone else or another piece of their story or oh that's how you apply that not just hey here's the key takeaway on sunday but hey remember that time that i broke my foot and then hurt like red and then i had to figure out it's the applicable word of god and no it's been we've had amazing testimony well you know jesus when he taught he was always using parables and stuff to make a point and so when i teach i'll share what the word says but then i'll give a personal testimony and sometimes people see through the testimony the application how to put it into practice and so it's it's super powerful so you mentioned to me yesterday that you were going to be a teacher too you feel like you're called to be a teacher i am first to my children who need to learn math secondly uh yeah god showed me i have a teaching gift which is pretty awesome considering their squirrels that live in nicki's head in the straight line is very interesting but the holy spirit can do a lot i i love teaching about how god wants to earn your trust i love teaching about him meeting us where we are at i love the exchange of what we thought we were supposed to do for what was what is light and easy that there's that's the walk that's that's like just like what i'm trying to teach my children i'm trying to teach them how they hear god for themselves my son he's a feeler he just feels it deep like mama i feel him love me or mama that doesn't sit right with me he's eight years old i ain't a feeler my husband is a knower he just just knows drives me nuts how do you know what word you stand on nikki i know and once he knows he doesn't move which also drives me that's probably because i'm a woman but you know to walk my children into their salvation but also now knowing their friend of the holy spirit who says this is grace this is not go right go left but also to teach people of hey this is applicable in our home that i've seen blessings upon blessings um that's exciting to me so i imagine you've had a lot of people come to you've seen your testimony and stuff and they want you to minister to them how do you do it is it just prayer or do you teach them things or what approach do you take well mostly hey go open the word of god let it show you who jesus is and any missing piece that you need he will get meanwhile please lay down the list of what was stolen from you because i've had 20 years of payback and the things i forgot that were stolen or perverted or just have pain attached to it god has made sure that was repaid to me over and over i was sick for five and a half years i've been healed for twenty there's been life upon life i didn't have to keep that list i didn't have to remember the wrongs that were done to me i just had to focus on the one who made the promise and learn more about him so i'm like hey go back to the word hey where are you at i have a tendency to like oh that's why you do what you do well you better go talk to god about that not you shouldn't do that the word says out of oh i see you god god wants to say hey i see you now can you see me through the word and it'll set you free that's awesome you know andrew just last night i managed to find nikki's youtube channel and i and i watched her as she says teach you haven't seen anything like this [Music] it's better than than you you don't feel like you're in school you feel like you are with her and she becomes nikki like even you know not on stage and and she said something in her testimony when when we went to the climbing wall and she you see her climbing that wall at the end of her story 20 years old just fresh from the miracle and she says that she says i could stand on many stages but it would be better for me to tell the lady in the checkout line or whoever she told the man there who was helping her climb the wall her story shared it on a one-on-one basis and on youtube you're able to do that with the world and i watched the chat that came in while you were talking she's amazing the way she relates to people and people from around the world are now connecting with this girl because of what god did and and the way she can share it it's unique if you haven't seen that i encourage you to go because you'll see nikki at home just just expressing herself like only she can do when she's at home you'll hear her cats meowing you do occasionally occasionally the kids will get involved but uh she she just handles it all so beautifully and shares what god has done in her in such a real way i was very very pleased you you aren't the 20 year old anymore you are a maturing uh wonderful testimony and i thought back to you know before i met you andrew for about 15 years i was privileged to do a series of stories for the billy graham organization called where are they now and people who came forward in a crusade many many years ago where are they today did that did that decision for christ stick did it really mean what we hoped it would mean or did they fall away and i would get to tell those stories um what we're seeing today is a living where are they now and and i am so blessed because i got to be at the beginning and i got to be here andrew because you let me go tell this story i'm just the storyteller hey but watch out if you're single and you've been healed it's better than being punished for what he did to mickey my son would love that he goes i just like to kick him in the face mama i'm like good job buddy yeah but you know this is what god can do for any one of you that it's not really it's not only about you just getting free even though that's super important but god wants to make you whole like what mickey's talking about and then reach out to other people and this is one of the things that's so exciting to me about this healing is here conference especially this one where we're having all of the different people that you've done healing journeys on be here i'm looking at them and seeing how each one of them are taking what jesus did for them and just expanding it and it's going out and man this this is awesome it's amazing since we did your story and your story inspired so many people so many other healings and when we shared it in the beginning it was 55 minutes long it took three days on daily television veranda to break it into pieces and share it but we had the greatest response remember those days jamie is there i think you remember how the phones came alive and and how and they never went back to the level they were at before because andrew had taught it and taught it but when you see a parable come to life and it actually flesh and blood living out what henry was teaching and the other side of it i think as i've done my department and i have wonderful storytellers working with me now 35 healing journeys and as we've done those so many of them refer back to your story it is i'd say probably half of them got inspired watching nikki's testimony really it's still happening 20 years later from that day 16 hours in your home it's it's affecting people in their lives and it's just such a blessing to see it the word of your testimony going out there and really touching people around the world and so one of steven's statements excuse me i would just like to say thank you partners for partnering so that they could send that out for the last 20 years so i could go become a whole person and become a mama and be a pretty good wife i just my story went around the world what has been spoken over me began so that when it's time for me to be able to leave my house now that my children speak english and are potty trained um the foundation is there and it's because the partners and you guys saying hey this is what god did meanwhile i'm over here doing life thank you that's a good point our partners made all of this available so if you're a partner with our ministry man we appreciate it and you're you're changing lives and you'll hear many of the people this week refer back to nikki because god used that to get them started so stephen has a statement that everybody has a story and it's better than you think matter of fact you just happen to have written a book on that that's true it's just out now um uh but uh you know really nikki you started that in me uh when when um i saw your story over the years and then it spawned all the other healing journeys um that we've we've experienced and been able to tell and believe me there's so many more stories than that to tell and we have to pray and seek god and i i ask andrew before i do a story i don't i don't make the decision on my own because he has an anointing on on his ministry and he can sense when i should go and do a story and and what should be done and the same with the team but um you know these these stories all of them uh follow a pattern and um uh people people have found i think what you shared today andrew in your talk when you got up today and and shared that first hour really really spoke to me because i know so many people are not where you were the day you got healed there's somewhere in all those years that you describe so vividly they're somewhere in that process and by hearing you cross those thresholds come to the next one in your relationship with the lord was very very unique and special and and if i was god i would have healed you way back you know that's because it's not only up to god actually he did didn't he healed her 2000 years ago sorry i misspoke need to go to karis but but that's how we feel we we say what we think but but you know the thing is in the healing journeys today that the channel i'm on i've watched these seven people and we all have very different things we were healed of and journeys of where we knew be god before that but i've heard testimony after testimony of people they either connect with their story of what was wrong with them or the key that set them free or their personality or what jesus said to them and so my expectation for this week is the people that are watching online just watch one of these people will have that thing that makes you go oh that's the jesus i needed to know oh that's the truth i needed to know they'll be watch there's a thread usually the holy spirit will will weave a thread between person to person that they never talked about and it's the thing it's what the holy spirit is saying is a now word it's for today that sets the captives free i believe that's going to happen but i see people that they're like okay what scriptures do i need to have ready should i have some communion ready do i need to have worship ready should i be fasting during this and really when we sit and rest it's the finished work of jesus that did all this it is already done i think it's prophetic that we are sitting here we have never no one's been sitting at any of this ever before but this is just a reminder of sit down on your couch baby get some water listen he's gonna bring the thing you don't have to force it but this week whatever that thing is you need you're gonna see it in these testimonies there's a reason that this is the way it is i think one of the reasons testimonies are so powerful is because people if they're sick chronically like like you were you just get into this thing where you just constantly are thinking about sickness and projecting where is this gonna go like your mom said on that video is god is she gonna die and you get to thinking about things but when you hear a person give a testimony you you get a different image and you can start seeing yourself that you know what i'm not going to be this way forever oh yeah i'm going to come out of this thing and you are going to hear so many testimonies this week of people i mean we won't have i don't know if we got janae jannade esau is he going to be on here yes he is anyway his son was raised from the dead and we we've got people that have been raised from the dead and all of these different things you are going to see victory and it's going to help you to start identifying that way it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy as a man thinks in his heart so is he and after a while you get to where you start dreaming sick thinking sick i did god god wants to change your heart picture because the enemy will come back he won't come back with me and say hey you want to go smoke dope that doesn't apply to me but he would come back to me and go you got the flu this is going to last three weeks oh remember the last time that happened that not stayed there for two months he'll come back with the old person that was there and ex wants you to expect the pattern to repeat itself but if if the word of god renews your mind and your heart picture is changed to where you're going into the hope into the fulfilled promise of oh i can walk oh i can do. so then when he comes you're like dude that doesn't apply to me anymore change your tactics try something new that's absurd that's that's why you hold it here's another question for you that i think could help people did you ever have any of the symptoms ever try and come back on you that first night trying to walk up the stairs my legs didn't want to work so after you had walked back and forth first time in how long i don't remember months months first time you'd walked in months then when you started up the stairs had some of the my legs didn't want to go up the stairs you know you know how you feel the muscle in the front of your thigh when you're walking it just didn't want to do it and so i said no you will walk in the name of jesus that righteous of your nation to be angry and not sin it was there and i started walking and it did and then i got there and tried to put makeup on and did it it did not come again that night though andrew we'd gone to fuddruckers glory hallelujah and we got burgers and then we went to the prayer meeting with you guys and rejoiced and then we went home and went to bed and that night my tummy was just roaring over and over roaring and just kind of pinching and i was like praying and speaking life and then i fell asleep and i woke up and felt the same way and the lord said you're hungry eat something i didn't remember what it felt like to be hungry and so he will re-teach you how to be a person there's some people that they're afraid to be healed because they don't know there's life outside the cage that has been built for them it feels safer to be in the cage that the doors open then to step outside of it but if you let the word of god and the one who is truth himself show you the promises of who you could be outside that cage that's what this is this is pictures of who you could be outside of the cage then once you get set free going back is much scary than staying here and learning to be a whole person that's what god's awesome well nikki we've got just a few minutes why don't you pray or minister to the people and pray i know god has been touching some people's lives and i just think god could use you praying for well let's pray lord thank you thank you for being our friend thank you for meeting us right where we are i thank you that you're calling people out of the caves that they built for themselves because of the pain in their heart i thank you for people who feel isolated because the environment around them is toxic because of the people around them i think you that you show them the life of god that's inside of them that can radically change any environment that you could go to the pits of hell surrounded by witches and healed them you are now you are here i thank you that everything provided on the cross is being received by people now lord i thank you where their hearts are broken that it's mended and healed as they sit down in your lap let you stroke their hair let let you hum over them lullabies of peace while your holy spirit reveals who you are i thank you that your holy spirit pleads your case to us i thank you holy spirit for being our friend for being the one who translates what's going on i thank you that you focus eyes there's people who've you've lived your life with brain fog you've been so deep in drugs and pain and broken heartedness that you can't think straight you are getting clear-minded and what you see is a straight path before you the lord he makes our path straight your word is a lamp into our feet and a light into our path and the lord is going to show you one step after another this is not a spotlight that says three miles ahead of you this is the next step and the next step there's someone you've had a burning tongue your your tongue has been burning you don't know why it's like you have fire in your mouth you speak you start praising god that's gonna go it's it's sent there to shut you down i rebuke that burning tongue now in the name of jesus i see ears you've had chronic ear infections and now it's gone in and turned into tmj in your jaw put your hands on your face and you start praising god you thank him for the truth that sets you free lord i thank you that any any demonic things you're some of y'all are you're so worried of is this a spirit of infirmity is this demonic it doesn't matter the answer is the same and it is jesus him crucified raised from the dead and it is a done deal lord i thank you that in their own way you meet them and you show them the receipt for what was done lord i thank you for your loving kindness that causes us to turn around and go back some of you you have been carrying this promise so long that it's become your badge that you beat everybody around you up with i'm the healed it's coming in humility you're gonna lay that down and you're gonna start worshiping jesus in front of the people that you've beat up with religion and now your healing is going to come it's going to be easy and light and full of joy i pray for the caregivers right now you might be standing in the gap for people who are incapacitated or young children i pray that as you rest in that god knows the one you are caring for and loves them more than you love them he's going to show you the peace and it might just be you praying in tongues because to pray in tongues is to pray perfectly don't worry he knows what to say but god's going to comfort your heart he's going to put words in your mouth of life and truth and you are going to see that in your home and in the person you're caring for and by the way the people you're caring for listen to them because they have the same jesus that you do they're going to start showing you some truths that you didn't know i believe that thank you lord for what you're doing thank you for your the expectation of your people that you knew this was coming you knew 2020 was coming and you sent us here for such a time as this we're so thankful in jesus name amen amen man that's powerful i tell you i've been really touched today i remember praying with nikki and man i didn't have a clue what was going on her mom she likes to take pictures and so she took a picture that day and i've got a picture of me and nikki standing there and it's i got this look on my face like what's happening because everybody was just going bananas and all i thought she did was just stand up and walk to the other side of the room you weren't excited about a standing girl come on i was excited but i didn't know you couldn't do those things and man to see what god has done in you nikki is just man it's awesome what an honor what a privilege for me to be a part of it and i was really a very small part of it these people they were strong they were believing god and all they needed was just somebody to come and speak the word and yes you came and laid hands on me and thank you but god boy he's bigger than distance time not being able to read the word for yourself or remember he will meet you where you are he will meet you in your living room wherever if you're watching this 10 years from now good for you he will meet you he's not limited amen so once again let's just give jesus some thanks for what he did for nikki thanks stephen you're a blessing all right so we're gonna have another testimony here and uh let's watch a little video about teresa hotel [Music] my medical problem started in 2001 when my thyroid completely shut down i was diagnosed with sjogren's syndrome which is an autoimmune disorder i got really sick [Music] your body doesn't know what's good and what's bad so it attacks the good stuff as well as the bad stuff every six months they had to test all of my major organs my heart my liver my kidneys to make sure that it wasn't attacking anything else i had been prayed over i had prayed over myself and and when i spoke nothing happened after a while being a believer that's not getting healed it gets frustrating you just kind of stop believing for yourself and just and just accept it this disease was slowly killing me from the inside out ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the stage teresa hoteling praise the lord man this is teresa and what a great testimony so again we want to go on beyond just the healing but you need to let people know exactly what jesus healed you from and how he did it because this is a different testimony than nicki's in the sense that it was just nothing but the word of god yep yep i uh over the course of 10 years i was diagnosed with lupus sjogren's syndrome my thyroid completely quit i had degenerative disc disease in my back i had bulged this in my back that would put me out for weeks at a time i had carpal tunnel so all of these things that the doctor said were incurable how do you get all of those things bad living i actually have had people come up to me and tell me all the stuff that they've got and i say how did you get all of this like i let it in i let it in through ignorance you know i was i was raised under um my dad was a rhema graduate and so i was raised under the word of god but i never took it for myself the word was always about rules and regulations and it wasn't about relationship and it took me 15 years of rebellion and and bad living and and all of those things that you think are freedom in the beginning that eventually bring you into bondage to sickness and your dad was a rhema grad yep and you went the other direction after i left um for college i left my faith behind i didn't know that because your parents were thrilled to see you come back around they were and you know i really credit them and i want to encourage any of you parents out there that have prodigal children to keep praying for them because i truly believe it was their prayers that that kept me alive during those 15 years that i rebelled and i truly believed that it was because of that because i was treating my body so badly that i allowed all of that sickness and disease to come in even though i had the information about the word now were you a believer during this time absolutely believe believe you were filled with the spirit you were an unbelieving believer yes i was baptized with the spirit had experienced the gifts you know throughout my high school years and but it wasn't mine it was just information that i had you could have asked me for a scripture on healing i could have given you 20 of them you know i spoke them over myself i quoted them over myself but it was truly coming to keras that changed everything for me so you hadn't changed before you came to charis or how does a girl that's living 15 years in rebellion come to bible college well in 2007 i was at the end of my second marriage and at that point i had been diagnosed with the sjogren's syndrome and the hypothyroidism so i was on various medications for that and i was really at the end of myself in 2007 i was in a hole so dark i didn't think i would ever get out and one night i had just found out my husband was cheating on me so the my second marriage was ending and i was talking to my mom on the phone and i just said mom i feel so empty inside and in that moment i heard god say that even though you have run for me i have never left you that always gets me that's awesome and and i saw in that moment that it didn't matter what i had done it didn't matter how far i ran from him how fast i ran from him the things that i had done that he was there waiting for me the whole time and that even even when i fell he wanted to pick me up even when i was hurt and broken he wanted to hold me and comfort me and how can you not turn to to a god that that loves you in the middle of your mess and um so that was in the end of 2007 and so i was i became a radical for jesus at that point i mean i was going to church i was reading the bible i was rediscovering the importance of my prayer language and and i was doing them all for the right reason you know before i prayed i studied i read i was nice to people that i didn't like because that's what i was supposed to do to soothe your conscience not only to know the lord yeah exactly i was it was rules you know i had to do this in order to please god in order to walk in his blessings and but now i just i couldn't get enough you know i wanted to know this god not just know not just know where a verse is but i wanted to know him if he loved me this much i wanted to love him that much and if not more in return man that's amazing you know people say that they know that god loves them but there's a difference in just knowing that god loves you and then experiencing that love and you were experiencing it was real you know romans 2 4 says it's the goodness of god that brings men to repentance and that and i experienced that verse in that moment it was his goodness nothing else nobody could have convinced me nobody could have argued me into it it was purely his goodness and because of that i just i'm full speed ahead since 2007 so the progression then you would think well okay well then she started to get better because she started developing relationship and during that next four years i met my current husband patrick and been married 11 years great man he's been one of our security guys and patrick's just a great guy i think they co-named him smiley wasn't it i think so because he hardly ever cracks a smile so his code name is smiley when he's working he's very serious he's a great guy but in 2011 then patrick and i had been married for two years and we are diligently seeking the lord asking him what he wants us to do with our lives together and um in 2011 i was diagnosed with lupus i was diagnosed with the two back issues and i was diagnosed with the car so even though you were experiencing this love of god and your whole life was turning around your body didn't improve no it was getting worse and at this point i'm speaking the word i believe the word you know not only do i know the word but i believe it and i'm speaking it and i'm talking to my body and nothing is working so by the time i got to school in 2013 we you know we just moved out to colorado we didn't even know you when we came out here in 2011. how did you come to the school if you didn't know about it we went to lawson's church and the bible college was right next to it and we're like hey i think somebody gave us one of his cds or something once and and so and then within two weeks patrick was signed up for school and so we just knew that this was the the path we were supposed to take and i started in 2013 and by that point i was i was done with believing for myself i i was done believing for healing i was frustrated i was exhausted i had done everything that i knew to do nothing was working i was still getting worse these diseases were still killing me you know and so getting to school then in that first month barry bennett taught a class on revelation and revelation is really what changed everything i learned that revelation isn't just for the super dupers you know it's not just for the teachers and the evangelists but revelation is for everybody and i'd hear people say i got a revelation of this or i got a revelation of that and i'm like i don't even know what that means how do you do that how do i get that you know so i i set on a course to learn about revelation and how to get revelation and it was that understanding that came that took the word that i knew and brought it to life on the inside of me it took uh in september of um 2013 god spoke romans 8 11 to me and that became my verse i knew as soon as i read that verse that that verse would be a verse that led to my healing and a renewed sense of hope now how did you know that revelation revelation you know it was but that wasn't the end of it i mean you can know that god is speaking a verse to you but if you don't know what to do with that verse then it's still just going to be head knowledge to you it's still just going to be a verse and for so many years i would come across a scripture that you know i knew that god's trying to speak to me with something but i didn't know how to get that out of out of the verse so i started applying my four principles of revelation that i apply to everything since august of 2013 it has never failed to give me revelations four principles of revelation was barry's teaching did he have four principles he it was at the very end of his class and he gave three and i added one to it first one is removing distractions so we can be so distracted by the busyness of life that it just drowns out god's voice there's so much vying for our attention you know right now so removing distractions asking for wisdom according to james 1 5 it says we can ask for wisdom i never thought to ask for wisdom but i started asking for wisdom you know after that to pray in the spirit and the key to that is having what you want revelation on in mind as you're praying in the spirit because if you don't occupy your mind with something while you're praying in the spirit you're going to be thinking about your to-do list what am i having for dinner where am i going tomorrow what's you know what shoes should i wear um and what's the one you added to it that was the removing distractions oh that was that was the so what was the other one the last one is keeping the word in the forefront of your mind because there is power in the word to heal you and that means putting the word above everything else so i used to give way too much attention to my body i'd wake up in the morning i take inventory i'd see how much swelling i had how much inflammation there was how bad my back was hurting and this was going to determine my day so i stopped doing that i stopped looking at my body for confirmation that i was healed and i started just focusing on the word and and that was where my focus was and within a month so romans 8 11 came to me in september in october i spoke to my body and it listened to me for the first time ever i had a my ear was plugged and i was reading the word one day and i just said you know what i'm going to speak to my ear and it's going to open so i stuck my finger in there and i said ear open up i took my finger out and it was still plugged so i just kept reading but there was something different i knew that it was done even though it was still plugged and as i'm reading i remember hear it start to bubble and pop and all of a sudden it was open and it was clear and that was a huge victory amen because i spoke and my body responds you know let me just point out before you go on that this is why some people don't get their healing is because they're trying to get the whole thing all at one time and you have to start and sometimes start with your ear you may have all these other problems but you got to start and build your faith as you go little by little yeah david didn't start with goliath he started with smaller lion and a bear that's still pretty big yeah so the funny thing is a week later i got sicker than i have ever been sick in my entire life and it was a respiratory stuff and it lasted for months but the the difference was i was angry now at that point i had had revelation and i had seen it work in my body and now the enemy was trying to steal that for me and i found that in even in my continued walk that when i get revelation of something and i see a small victory the enemy doesn't want you to keep that he doesn't want you sharing victory so a lot of times after you get revelation you're gonna you're gonna see an attack come after that because he wants to take that from you so a lot of times it seemed like i take one step forward and then i'd take two steps back but if you just are the the enemy doesn't have any patience whatsoever we have patience as a fruit of the spirit we can outlast him every time and we do that by staying focused on his word so that's how i got here that's awesome and i remember i remember in your video that you were sitting in class and you were specifically saying you wanted it to be jesus that healed you through the word not through somebody laying hands on you that's kind of where your faith was yeah well because i i had been prayed for hundreds of times um i'd seen people be prayed for and get healed and then shortly after they weren't healed anymore so what you were saying this morning in your in your introduction about the best way for a believer to get healed to receive the healing that they already have is through the word because then when those attacks come afterwards then you have something to stand on you aren't reliant upon that person that prayed for you and you received healing through them you can stand in the face of any symptom in the face of any circumstance and that's what the word does for you getting it through the word so i am absolutely no 15 years of sickness weren't fun but i'm so glad that that i got it through the word and through the word so you started believing for your ear and it improved but then you got sick how long was it before you actually saw all of these symptoms lee um from that or from everything from everything how how long was your journey so we started school at the end of august and it was march 13th of 2014. so it was about six months six months of applying those four principles of letting god lead me wherever he wanted uh the first month i was focused on healing and i was focused on romans 8 11. you know romans 8 11 says that the the same spirit that raised christ from the dead if he dwells in you then he will quicken your mortal body and that word dwells means to be fixed and operating in your soul in your mind your will and your emotions so you we all as believers have that same holy spirit on the inside of us but if he is not dwelling if he is not operating in if you're not meditating on the word if you're not letting the holy spirit operate in your life then this verse can't work because it's an if then if he is operating in your mind will and emotions then he can quicken and i love that word quicken in the greek it it means to supernaturally invigorate bring to life restore to life your physical body so i got a i got a hold of that scripture and that uh that that changed me so it took about six months but i mean was there little progress all along the way or was it just six months and then boom the whole thing happened you know people ask me all the time when the symptoms stopped and i can honestly say i was so not focused on my body at that point i was really focused on how can i share this revelation that god has given me so that other people can get healed even if i'm not receiving it that's awesome you know how can i give it to other people so i wasn't i have no idea when the symptoms stopped it could have been that moment it could have been a moment you believe belief is better than experience really yes and but if you believe it will produce an experience so i'm not saying that experience isn't important but you can get to where you believe something so strong it doesn't really matter what's going on it doesn't matter it doesn't matter what the doctors say it doesn't matter what your body says it doesn't matter if your hands are so swollen you can't close them it doesn't matter when you know when you know you just you know so i don't know when my symptoms stopped that's amazing i just know march i'm thinking of my cash he's going to be giving his testimony this week and he had that huge tumor on his chest and yet once he knew he was healed he didn't care what if it kept growing or whatever and it was just a matter of i think about six months until the same thing happened to him yeah that's awesome march march 13th 2014 right there at healing you know the spot i was standing right there daniel was leading worship um adam stone and tessa were leading worship and there were two words given from the stage and it's like all of the revelation i had gotten over the last six months about who i am in christ what i have in christ my authority the power of my words what actually transpired with jesus on the cross and where that authority comes from all of it just kind of culminated in that one moment and as opposed to the speaking and the commanding and the quoting and the all of this stuff i just told that stuff to get out of my body and it went that's awesome and you've had quite a life since you were healed what have you and patrick been doing since you graduated well so after we graduated in 2016 we went to the middle east for two years and studied arabic we sold everything we owned thinking we were going to be over there forever and two years later god calls us back to the states um we're still doing ministry in the middle east but our vision has expanded and you were immersed in that culture i mean you live there and here's a blonde white woman over there you were kind of a target weren't you it was interesting yeah i'll just say it like that i think god protected you but i i remember getting your newsletters and some of the people the other uh americans that were over there and stuff there were some really bad things happening it was a dangerous time yeah it was but you know when when you know that's where you're supposed to be i mean you use your common sense but you also believe in that protection that is afforded to you and it also helps to have your husband a real security guy yes it does thank you baby he used to do security for some of the dignitaries that would go over to iraq and different places like that so he's a high level security guy during during some of our conferences they'll sit around in the afternoon and train each other on how to kill a person with a credit card i told him man you need to get a life but it came in really handy over there i guess i mean not that we had to kill anybody with a credit card but i mean i felt very secure over there my my mom says well between patrick and god you should be just fine so how did your parents respond when you got healed and came to charis and stuff or i bet they're thrilled to see where you're absolutely absolutely because my oldest sister actually had lupus and she was diagnosed when she was 18 and um she went through kidney transplants and dialysis and and all of that stuff so that was you know when you hear that word lupus because i had seen what it did to my sister's body you know there's there's a lot of fear that tries to come up there even with that little word you know lupus there's a lot of fear that can come but you can overcome that fear with the with the word but yeah my my parents obviously just ecstatic that the word that they taught me the word that was planted in me it was finally bearing fruit so so if you got to share these truths that set you free with others and seen anybody else get ministered to through it yeah absolutely we actually started a ministry fully known ministries so right now it's an online teaching because of all of the stuff that's going on but i share a lot of the revelation that i got over the over the time and the revelation that i've gotten since then because you have to have new revelation you can't live on you can't live on old revelation so we've had an amazing opportunity to reach lots and lots of people and see their minds changed which which is really my heart is to see people learn the truth of the word learn who they are in christ but also how to apply that because you can know the word but if you don't know how to actually walk it out what that looks like in your everyday life then it's hard for people to to grasp it for them to take hold of it so um we've been doing fully known ministries since march of 2019 and uh it's going really well that's awesome you know i minister and see a lot of people heal but the people that i get really excited about are the ones like nikki and teresa and and the people that are going to be giving their testimony because when they reach out and get it it's going to last and yet i pray with some people i've seen some great healings and yet they walk off and i have no confidence that they're going to be able to keep it matter of fact we've made some healing journey videos on a couple of people who we've pulled their testimonies and stuff because they aren't walking with the lord they were miraculously healed and yet it didn't change their relationship with the lord so what you're sharing theresa is really important that you have to have that personal relationship and when you reach out and get it directly from jesus through your faith you're going to be able to keep that and that's right you're still growing and maturing today yeah that's right and i think i think this is the way everybody should get it it because it's just it's solid you know and i've had opportunity to take that sickness back you know a lot of people think that after they get healed that the battle's over but it's but it's not you have to fight to keep your position so you've had some symptoms or something returned oh absolutely absolutely but they don't stay uh-huh they don't ever stay i tell people it's just like you know the devil you kick him out and he'll knock at the door and that's what that is that if you have a pain or whatever the symptoms of your things were and if they come back that's just like him knocking on the door and if you say oh no i've got it back or oh no i wasn't healed you just opened the door but if you say no i was healed then you just keep the door shut and he has to move on that's right he wants to convince you if he can get you off of i was healed then then he's gotten he's got an inroad and i've never had sjogren's or any of those things that you were talking about so those things wouldn't be a issue with me but because you dealt with it for so many years you feel one of those little things and immediately you start thinking oh no and you have to take those thoughts captives yeah you do and you know in the beginning i i can remember two or three different specific times and i'd go to god and i'd say listen i know that i'm healed and i know this is not the the symptoms this is not the disease coming back on me so what is it show me what this is how to stand against it and a lot of times it was something scriptural he'd show me something different in the word that i'd seen before but there were other times where i had to change what i was eating i had to start exercising i had to take care of my body we have to take care of these temples a lot of the stuff that's out there today is because we people simply aren't taking care of themselves so that's a that's a big thing but when you know you you have to you have to stay with it you have to stay after it you have to stay firm you know uh matthew 7 25 says that the rains came the the rains descended and the floods came and the wind blew and it beat against that house but it fell not because it was founded on a rock that word rock is the word petra and it actually means a man like a rock by firmness and strength of his soul so this means that when you are firm and steadfast in your mind when your mind is lined up with the word of god when those storms come when those floods come when that wind blows when those symptoms come you are sure and you are steady because you are founded on the word of god well you know i'm really excited about these testimonies because i know people are relating some of the things as you were describing what you went through and there's people that relate to you you've got your faith developed in this area so i want you to just look at the camera pray with the people okay as we close out this section and and people that are receiving right now just encourage them to receive their healing awesome okay father god i just thank you so much for this time that i've had to share this morning i thank you lord that the words that i speak that they go out that they break down strongholds that they break down barriers father that something that i have said today triggers a memory triggers a thought triggers a scripture father that that the people watching that the people in this auditorium right now that need healing father god that they take that as a word from you that they take it that they hold on to it father and that they don't let it go that the words that we speak right now from this stage father they are spirit and they are life and they go out and they accomplish what they were set forth to do i thank you father for wisdom and knowledge wisdom and understanding in the knowledge of you for all those that are watching father i speak to the bodies of those that are watching and i just command simply father that they be healed in the name of jesus no i thank you that there is no time there is no distance with you whatever it is that is that is ailing them father if it is a right knee if it is a left ankle if it is a kidney father if it is a heart father we speak to those things and we command them to be healed in the name of jesus and if that's you guys if that's something that you have you take that word for yourself it doesn't matter if you're here if you're online where you are that is for you you take it and you receive it and then you get in the word and you get grounded so you keep it amen amen well that's awesome i'm so glad god healed you me too aren't you excited about the maturity that you've seen in nikki and teresa here and they didn't just get healed in their body they've been healed in their after probably the first month or two we started seeing rashes [Music] by the time he was a year old we had gotten him diagnosed he was allergic to gluten eggs dairy nuts if milk touched his skin he would break out if eggs touch the skin it would turn red and hive out then the asthma started if i cooked spaghetti the steam from that would get into his lungs and make him wheeze we saw ourselves going to the er twice a year we had gone to the doctor and he told him this is something that he's never going to grow out of this is something you're going to have to learn to deal with the rest of your life one time we went to breckenridge he started having an asthma attack he was gasping for air and literally arching his back i remember sitting there just feeling so helpless and i thought he was going to die in my arms [Music] ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the stage mary catherine kevin and michael schutz [Applause] [Music] man this is exciting now this is one of the few healing journeys that i haven't seen they have recorded it and i think is it still in production it's not being edited it's almost done so i haven't seen the whole thing so along with everybody else i want you to share with us what happened now michael do you remember any of this or your parents are going to have to give your testimony um they're probably going to have to give most of it but i'll say what i remember and i'm really excited this is great so you're totally free today can you eat anything anything i want i'm completely set free thank god that is awesome so tell us what this was like i've heard of people having these kind of allergies but it sounds like it's pretty bad with michael well yes it was it it was um a life of bondage because we couldn't be free to act normal i mean when he was a little boy well first of all we'll back up he was you saw the the video he was born and he was allergic to even the milk that i gave him and so it's like i don't even know what to do and what did he eat well i kept nursing him for five months i think and then finally i'm like i need to put them on formula that i know what kind it is is it dairy-based is it soy-based is it rice-based and so um wow it was it was that first year we literally had no idea what was wrong with him and the medical doctor said oh it's just eczema here's some cream and we put the cream on his little legs and it would blister you saw one of the pictures that the back of his knees were blistered from the cream and once he got to the age of being able to use his fingernails he'd grab underneath and just break the skin and so i would cover him in ointment and plastic wrap in a sleeper and i'd have to zip it up and safety pin it so he wouldn't undo his sleeper and get to his skin wow and on top of that for the first year he didn't sleep more than an hour at a time so mary katherine and i would take turns sleeping with michael and he slept best like right on our chest and he would wake up every hour or so just um scratching as hard as he could and he would just literally scratch the skin off of him i know that y'all loved him and were concerned about him but this has been been hard on you too it was hard watching the video right now actually it took me right back to us trying to figure out what it was like we we tried to everything she took almost everything she could think of out of her diet but we didn't know this is this was in what 2003 2004 so this is before gluten was really a thing and so there wasn't a bunch of information on it and so we were just kind of flying blind and literally um trying to solve it in the natural but where were you in your relationship with the lord were you all already believing in healing did you have a good relationship with the lord what was going on we were i was a christian since a young boy but born and raised in the baptist church and mary catherine was a christian as well we had just recently gotten roped into a bible study so we were just kind of [Music] developing a relationship again with the lord but i had walked away not gone wild and crazy but just wasn't interested in being in church or didn't didn't have my own quiet time or my own personal relationship with the lord so how did you respond when all this happened i mean did you cry out to the lord did you pray or was it just desperation was it faith or what this this journey actually was several years later we had some friends starting to speak into our lives in 2010 our whole family went through this wine flu so he was about six or seven at the time and that's that was the trigger point for us we had learned how to deal with what he was going through in the natural we had figured out through some doctors what his allergies were and had gotten his asthma under control we had a year or two supply of of breathing treatment and um and we had we had kind of figured out patterns and figured out we had his diet perfectly clean there was only a few things that he said did you just have to control it by diet is that the way you dealt with it was there medication mostly diet yeah medication um i quit baking because even flour if it was in the air it would bring on an asthma attack um if you touched him with milk eggs nuts dairy he would break out in hives so i love to bake i love to cook and i quit for seven years because i didn't want to harm my child um and so we learned to live with it and i just thought it was you just put up with it michael can you remember are you old enough to remember having to be uh you know i guess going over to friend's house or going out in public or anything oh yeah it was i mean i just grew up different and we just we put up with it we thought we had to deal with it because we didn't know what jesus did for us so we just we learned to cope with it and it wasn't fun because i went to i went to a private school and then whenever it was someone's birthday they would bring in cupcakes you know and share them with the whole class and i just kind of sit there my teacher every once in a while she'd buy me skittles so i'd get to celebrate with skittles and everyone else had these amazing cupcakes and stuff and i've got three brothers two older and one younger and you know they they grew up in whatever they want and then i grew up with lots of rules and conditions and stuff that i can't eat you can't touch this and i grew up in law because like we were always christians but we didn't know the finished work of jesus we didn't know what he did for us so we just we put up with it we figured it was part of life and we found a way around it so do you remember the asthma attacks yeah how old were you when you got over the asthma attacks um when i got over them uh-huh or let's see i was seven when i was prayed over i mean the asthma attacks were not fun at all um because asthma it's like if whatever you personally react to with the asthma your trachea will start to swell up which makes it really hard to breathe and you get super wheezy and stuff so i grew up with it was like i would react to pollen i'd react to flour and um even like allergy stuff that i would eat would it trigger the lungs um and then the worst part was it was exercise induced so i couldn't be outside if i ran for a little while i'd have to run inside and get a breathing treatment i couldn't play any sports even though my like my brothers were in soccer and stuff and i couldn't go outside for too long because either the pollen or just running would make my would make my lungs swell up so i couldn't breathe and that's that's no fun because breathing is such a basic necessity yes it is and if you can't you can't go very long without breathing no no kidding if you can't do something as simple as that it's hard not to get scared because it's it's such a baby that was another question i had for you how did this affect you did it cause fear in you or um i mean if you grow up with it from from when i was born to seven years old i just we just learned to deal with it and it was it was scary especially at certain times where it got really serious um but it was just a part of life you know and that's that's all we thought that's all we knew there were multiple times where we had to call the ambulance in the middle of the night and come to our house and get him to the hospital they give him breathing treatments and steroid shots and everything else but there you know the video mentioned it but when he was in breckenridge with us he had such a severe asthma attack mary catherine was holding him and he was not able to take a full breath we were waiting for the ambulance to get there and he was arched back and it literally it literally crossed our mind that we might lose him because he couldn't get a breath so it was pretty scary i remember that moment so well and um oh stop darn it i'm a crier kind of hard to talk about it no i i literally thought he was gonna die in my arms but i said jesus and we didn't know how to pray we didn't know jesus yet we were christians since little children but we never had our personal relationship with him and so i do remember seeing the name of jesus and the paramedics came gave him the breathing treatment and we went to the er in breckenridge it was really pretty but if you're going to go to the er that's the place it was a nice er they were so amazing but then i remember this is this is our almost our 10-year anniversary with this because he'll be 17 this month so 7 years old to 17. and 10 years ago when we all had the swine flu and here he is in the er all the time and just albuterol medicine all the time i just i was like there's got to be something more i'm like god what are we missing and we look to each other and we're like we're missing something because i know this is not what god has for us that was one of the very first times that we prayed together as a couple too yeah um sitting at our dining room table we're like god what are we missing yeah and the answer was me you're missing me really ultimately absolutely and so that sent us on a journey so that was in mid to late 2010 and um december of 2010 some friends of ours that i worked with actually charis grads gave us a stack of your teachings and um that's colin and that's calling an april car calling in april car and they said listen to him in this order and it was um it was spirit soul and body living in the balance of grace and faith you've already got it so stop trying to get it believer's authority and better way to pray and you remember yeah oh oh my word it was life-changing for us literally and and um mary catherine specifically just jumped in hook line and sinker and i'm not kidding 10 12 hours a day she had headphones in and she was listening to teaching after teaching after teaching and and some things really shifted instantly for us we got invited to a healing night by some neighbors literally as we prayed that god surrounded us by people that were involved with your ministry or charis bible college or grew up in greg morris church or you know just literally even a woman from belfast northern ireland that had just graduated from charis and i'm like literally is this a round yeah we had never heard of you that's fine i've never heard of you [Laughter] and that's fine that's fine no it was you prepared the table for us to eat and we had we have never eaten before spiritually speaking and i just i was i was raised with the word of god i was um jesus has been my part of my life since i was little but i never went after him personally and so you showed me how to do that you gave me the key to unlock the scriptures and i would listen and listen and every single one of your free teachings online thank you partners i mean it just it changed the course of history for our family and because not only was i learning what jesus did for me i could teach it to my children we have four sons and i would literally take your teachings and put it into a like a little kid devotional so i could teach it to my kids because it was just like it was it's just i finally knew what to teach them so michael what did you think getting all of this stuff thrown at you it was it was new it was different but i was seven so i'm just like trust my parents just like we just kind of jumped right in and then she was constantly like i mean the house had never been cleaner because she was always like listening and doing something that was great so there's another benefit to my teaching it'll clean your hair amen amen oh yes cleaning the toilets doing laundry always andrew in my ear i'm interested you said that you had kind of just been taught to believe that this is the way it had to be and yet you came to a place you knew there had to be something more you never had anybody tell you that god would heal or anything but you just intuitively knew that god did not want you living this way if god is as good as we've all heard he is then why wouldn't he supply something more i mean he did he specifically made the decision that jesus that he would be beat so that by his stripes we would be healed he went the extra mile and he wants us to live completely completely whole that's awesome it is awesome you would think everybody would know that exactly and the religion has really corrupted that so we got invited to a healing night uh with dave duell actually and um and that that was your favorite that was amazing yeah and that was actually the night i was baptized in the holy spirit as well and the next day um you know michael had never had a piece of pizza in his life and so the next day we said michael either the word is true or it's not either by his wounds you are healed or you're not and we're going to believe the word and here's some pizza basically everything you're allergic to everything before that we would order pizza from time to time for the other boys and michael had never tasted it but he'd open the box and just smell it like he'd smell all the flavors but he never tasted him ever and so that night he got to eat a piece what was it like to have your first piece of pizza it was like i mean in every single like movie and cartoon it's like they always eat pizza it's like the biggest meal and it's like everybody's favorite and ice cream and everything that i couldn't eat so it was like okay i'm gonna do this and we went for it so do you like pizza i love pizza now absolutely absolutely so one of the things that we were told was that he he would never outgrow it on the food allergies and and stuff in the asthma and about an hour after i don't know if you ate one or two pieces that night but i was watching some videos on on the computer and he was standing right next to me and and i could hear him start the wheeze and so i kind of looked at him out of the corner of my eye you know because in the back of my mind i'm like we just gave him dairy and eggs and and wheat and uh and we knew how allergic he was to it and uh and i could hear him wheezing and i looked kind of out of the corner of my eye and i noticed that he's hived his forehead is hived his scalp is hived all the way to the bottom of his feet and and so i stood up and i picked him up he's seven it's kind of not usually picking up my seven-year-old but i carried him upstairs mary catherine was on the phone with her sister and and i just said uh hey mary katherine and i i had a piece you know it was it would have been real easy to get really freaked out in that moment but i had a piece and she got off the phone with her sister and she's like oh okay no problem i'll let you i'll let you let me take over now um i got off the phone and i had the most supernatural peace i was listening to you preach the gospel for months by this time and so usually in the old days we would have called 9-1-1 right away they'd come and give them treatments what would have been the potential of this i mean could it have killed him or we we weren't doing like epipen type of allergies he just his throat would get itchy and swell but we'd never i didn't i didn't carry an epipen around you know that type of allergy just be completely miserable from from hours to a matter of days just really it's not just uncomfortable but it's it's scary it's like when you don't have control over your body it gets a little a little weird so both your parents had supernatural peace how about you yeah i mean i'm sure i don't really remember that but i mean i'm sure i just looked in their eyes and if they were comfortable i was comfortable no matter what my body was doing his faith was beautiful like his faith was so childlike and so i that was the first time i stepped into okay how to pray because i had been watching healing journeys of course over and over and over with your teaching and i'm like okay how did they pray how did how did how does this work because if they're being healed at that up at that bible college then my son can be healed so i went after healing like nobody's business i'm just like i'm going to figure this out because if he did it for one person he's going to do it for him and you would say that he's not a discerner persons like this is for everyone and so i'd watch the healing journeys and of course nikki's was over and over and over because i'm like how how do you how to inherit hannah teredas and scott and just all of them and so um when that moment came when he is covered in hives and can't breathe and i had all this word in me i did not know the word was a seed and i was planning it and it was growing and starting to produce i had no idea that was happening and i just looked at him i'm like okay by jesus's stripes you are healed and then i'm like hives leave in the name of jesus and then i looked at him like do you want to take a shower like that would help and he's like sure it would sue the skin because he was itchy and and hived out but yeah so he got in the shower and um i grabbed my guitar and started singing by his wounds you were healed mary catherine grabbed the bible and she was she was just quoting scripture over him and he's in the shower with a nebulizer treatment on so he's he has a breathing treatment in the shower and um and within a minute or two the hives were gone which is not normal and his breathing had returned to normal very quickly and normally when he had a um an episode like that it was a breathing treatment every hour all night and sometimes for several days in order for it to get back to normal that was his only breathing treatment let me point out that you all had been studying the word day and night for months this was an act of faith some people hear a story like this and they think all right so what i'll go do is do something that in the natural would kill me and they respond in total fear instead of having the peace and stuff and because of it they die so it has your actions don't make faith come but if faith is there eventually you've got to act on it and only you can tell what's really in your heart it's true you listen to the spirit and he will lead you by that peace on your heart and then they had peace about it and even though in the natural it's not what you do we listen to the holy spirit about it and then it paid off so that was our first victory because the hives left and yeah we did the breathing treatment praise god for medicine like it opened his lungs up but the next he slept like a baby usually the medicine would keep him up and woke up every two hours christ right and just he's like babies that's right exactly it was a hard two years seven years seven years so in the morning um we look at him we're like you're healed michael do you want some pancakes homemade pancakes with wheat and milk and eggs and he said yes ma'am now see most people would have after an experience like that would have backed off but see that is a great great it went and went from like victory believing like after we got prayed for it's just like yes and then the pizza is like no and then the hives went it's like yes is what's what's what's happening so our minds were getting in the way of what was actually true and um we just kept on going with that after the pancakes do you remember eating pancakes i think i do i remember like that general season so now after last night's episode of the pizza of course i'm watching my son after he's eating these amazing pancakes and 20 minutes goes by and him and his brothers were on the couch playing the wii it's a video game and it's like sports you can play tennis and bowling and golf and he's on the couch playing these games but then 20 minutes later i see him curled up on the couch in a fetal position and i could just see the hives start to come they weren't really there yet but i was like no no and i yelled i got so mad not at michael but at the symptoms that we're trying to come back on his body and i was just like you will not be on my son in the name of jesus and by jesus the stripes are healed and i ran upstairs got my cell phone and called your prayer line because i i didn't know what to do i was like i know this has to work but why is it not working and so whoever it was i wish i could remember his name but he got an earful of me crying and telling the whole story and i'm like i'm new at this and i don't know what's going on and he was so calm and he was healed of allergies himself and so it and asthma and that just that it mastered certain that happens over and over that the caller will get the exact person that has it it was incredible and he said the same line too he said either the word is true or it's not either by jesus stripes he's healed or he's not and then prayed with mary catherine he prayed a most beautiful shalom peace covering prayer and i went downstairs and this boy was up on the couch playing the wii again whatever and it was another victory it's like okay that was awesome and so step by step as the word grew in our hearts as we kept listening and hearing and hearing it was this happened other times there one day he would eat a dairy yogurt the next day the very same yogurt would make his mouth break out in his throat and i'm like no get off him in jesus name and then here's some more yogurt and he would eat it be fine and be completely fine which makes no sense in the natural whatsoever it's the same yogurt different days it's like do i have allergies or am i completely healed so then it got to the point where it's like um they were like giving me new food i'm just like yeah i'll try it i'll do this and then if i break out it's just like my brain would be like you're still allergic and then it got to the point where it's just like i know i'm healed but no thank you michael do you want this i know i'm healed but no thanks because like every once in a while we wouldn't see it manifest but then like they kept on growing no matter what because i was still speaking i am healed and i was still trusting my parents that i was healed and it was i put faith in them and they had faith in god so how long before you got totally free of all that um it was probably a five-month window from when i started listening to you that is amazing which is the number of grades well how many how many uh how many months from the time he ate the pizza uh it's been it's been a series of a couple of years because it'll try to come back and same with the asthma it's like i don't have asthma why is this happening and it'll it'll try it'll knock at the door yeah and then you just say no that's awesome yeah it was a few years into walking this out and walking in his healing and we hadn't done a nebulizer treatment or a what is that inhaler and i'm dropping him off to soccer practice very first one of the season and so he's probably eight or nine years old i can finally play sports i can find oh yeah without an inhaler and so i'm driving and i hear him in the back seat start to wheeze just it's a loud wheezy sound and i'm like no no i'm we're i'm getting ready to drop him off at soccer and we don't have a nebulizer or a inhaler with us anymore he used to have a little backpack that he'd carry all that around in and so we stopped taking it with us and so i'm driving with one hand and one hand on him i'm like wheezing this get off him in the name of jesus and i keep driving and then i had a decision to make either you turn around and go home and give him a breathing treatment or trust me and drop them off at soccer and i was like i'm going to trust you and i had peace to do it i was listening to the holy spirit lead me and i was like because i could have gone home and given a breathing treatment nothing wrong with that and i was like i'm gonna drop him off and he had the best soccer practice no wheeziness whatsoever that's amazing and then the next day that soccer practice got put into a um indoor facility because it's raining in fort collins colorado and i dropped him off he's completely fine but he comes home after practice and tells me what happened he's like mom we were doing suicide runs and i got so easy i couldn't even speak over my body so i started humming and work a worship song your praise will ever be on my lips as he was running suicides and he's like it left and he had another great you know this is so good for people to hear because they they just want somebody to pray for him and then boom they're healed but not very many people will fight for healing and if you are going to be consistently well you have to learn how to fight like this especially if something has been a weakness in the past he'll all the devil will always come back and try and hit you where you were your weakest so what a great testimony you guys i didn't know all of this i've known them for the last few years you you are participants in all of our musicals and your kids now are just we love elizabeth and robert muir and we've been able to do um productions for the past four years with them and watching him go from this tall to how tall he is now has just been i think just about all of your kids without growing you know it's true mitchell's looking at me i i know yeah yeah it's happening well i know that people are responding to what you're saying so again let's do the same thing there's people that their faith has been quickened and maybe they are in the process of fighting something they've seen some victory but they still are having some problems and they just need to be encouraged amen you guys prayed for him i don't know who wants to do it how you do it yeah michael go ahead yeah let me pray that leave your victory today thank you jesus i mean i feel like it's really important to know like even though it's allergies and even though you can live with it you don't have to like we found a way just to deal with it and it just became normal but even if it's simple as a single a peanut allergy so many people just have they just choose to put up with it you don't have to jesus paid for the little things he paid for if you if you scratch your leg if you little runny nose he paid for it all and the lights in heaven aren't gonna dim if you if you speak healing over this tiny tiny little thing so right now in the name of jesus god you are so good thank you so much for sending your son right now thank you jesus so right now we speak healing over everybody who's watching everybody who needs it right now father you give them wisdom you give them peace holy spirit thank you for your peace thank you that you lead us in the way that we should go thank you father can can i just say too that healing is important salvation is the ultimate gift and if jesus died to give us salvation he who did not spare his own son but graciously gave him up for us all how would he not also along with him graciously give us all things you know it's time that the church walk in the fullness of the gospel in all that jesus died to accomplish for us on the cross so father thank you i speak over the people that are watching right now that are in search of of healing and i pray that they find you god there's not one example of of you turning away somebody from a healing and instead jesus went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the of the devil so jesus thank you for laying down your life for us and we receive all that you died to give us yes in jesus name we pray amen thank you jesus amen man that's powerful i want to invite our prayer ministers to come up here if somebody that is here in this room needs prayer these people are going to be here to pray for you and those of you who are watching we have that uh number seven one nine six three five eleven eleven and there's people there that will pray with you and as kevin said you could be born again uh if you need the baptism of the holy spirit they didn't emphasize this a lot but i know that kevin and mary catherine their whole family has this and when you receive the baptism of the holy spirit jesus said you receive power and it is true i don't know how anybody stands what they have given testimony to without supernatural power it wasn't just them it's the holy spirit and you get a supernatural power when you receive this gift of speaking in tongues and the people on the phones will be glad to pray with you and help you any way they can so man this has been powerful today what a great testimony praise god for jesus thank you yes amen isn't that awesome i tell you he loves you and regardless what you're going through we're dealing with healing but you know there's people that are struggling financially emotionally in their marriage jesus will heal any part any part of your life i promise you
