[Music] in the past five years the number of students at school who like Ronnie have English as an additional language that's quadrupled the community's changing when I first arrived 99 percent of our students were white British and we're seeing different ethnic groups coming into the area I think most kids integrate really well because kids will be kids but every now and again it gets a bit more complex and a bit more difficult you can get that person in your year our annual year that's just like oh they're terrorists or something I roll they're gonna do something bad yes Evan I met some braces people there's some people that just ruin it you know for the new people that coming in when people come in to get housing benefits and all that they get paid more than we do but I think at the end of the day we're all in one bowl I don't like to live in England like some people think that Polish people sticking in their works and the jobs they could be a war and they need to come over so they've got a safe place to be but at the same time there's not enough places to live in this part of the country for other people I think people are worried about their area not being as it was before but our job is to help the kids who are already here just as much as the students who were coming to the area we've got to help them hit the ground running too [Music] murat is in the dining hall with his friend quran girl is from afghanistan will be like kinds of similar situations in it the way we came to UK and everything we look out for each other we take a tour they know you're gonna look which side which side is right or slightly more than just uh it's a good friend my friends are always good is like my friends like we all be like a brother for something like this we really really close to each other the boys have just heard that another year ten has made a joke about yeah did you call oh did you call oh yeah who do you call who did you come for you who did it go hoodie hope that's crossing the line not actually play with my mind so I'll just took just react against it as a friend we talk about all y'all later get my country were joking you know but if some other guy just says the jokes we'll have a problem with it oh you said just for Joel why do spiritual why what was the job or if I was like he thought was that you telling the truth but it wasn't if someone liked disrespect you out of a level I can just what you have to do I have to take action like insulin otherwise they won't like it will be carry on and on all whatever cold oh yeah [Music] don't ever call on the sleepers earlier this do you understand it you didn't do it one of gurans teachers mr. ham dairy has been called to talk to him about the incident at lunchtime corn what's it on Dixie what's up one Robin was saying some comments what did they say they say something like I look I was almost something like this I told him before like I don't like that did you get physical yes man he did okay he's not a thug he's a really nice lad but it's important that he understands that in the real world you know you can't always take matters into your own hands you need to control yourself trust me I know people gonna say stupid things yeah I've been there people still say stupid things now you have taken all of them and all you might be looking at other people and they think oh they're gonna think I'm a wimp if I don't do anything other than I think I'm weak if I don't do something about it it doesn't matter what the people think yeah leave yourself go up to my office place do you think that's acceptable cuz I don't think it's acceptable how do you think that makes somebody feel when they're likened to a world terrorist just because of the color of their skin or their origin or anything else I don't see you as a bully I see you as a silly boy who make some bad decisions just felt Prasad in him sudden and annoyed just don't say it again so I want in one word that tells me now how you're feeling about this situation dis fired I think Robbie's trying to have a laugh and a joke Rihanna's reacted in an aggressive manner because he was annoyed by it he found it offensive and rightly so too our job was to bring them together to say actually all those actions are unacceptable and we need to be able to handle it better in the future so what needs to happen here boys I want to be clear it's not okay I want you and I want you at my office first thing tomorrow morning thank you for tomorrow you
