it's time for some cookery now in the kitchen with Dave and sigh okay oh the hairy biker's who are here with their delicious chili con carne taken from this book one-pot wonders um I have to say when I'm cooking a one-pot wonder is what I'm looking for because it's just so easy and tasty people love them I think we've only done dishes that benefit by being in one pot like a hot pot we got crispy potatoes on the top you know spill on your potatoes on the bottom we've taken that through four desserts breakfast but we're going to be doing it's a one pot chili that's surmounted with cheesy nachos all from the pot anyway so in here we've got we've got some peppers we've got some celery and we've got some onion swordian there was often a little bit of oil and then mr. Myers we've got some pork mince and some beef mince used to meats it's like for meatloaf it's just juicier and tastier you can use corn for this and it works really well ask you a question about mints yeah so when I'm always am going do I go twelve percent or 5 percent to where I work what is better just good balanced you know and it depends what and it depends what you're cooking as welcome yeah sometimes if you get like where it says best statements it'll have a low fat percentage and the low fat one I was the bull get out with fat you see oh my goodness yes this is built up with flavor whole some garlic oh it's all about big flavors this will you introduce me - what was that recipe you did last worship I got you baby boy it's a place I use it in everything now yeah always in the fridge it's a good one art is a Google Doc brown sugar it's the balance the sleeve for service basis a tablespoon of ground cumin mm-hmm Oh yep doing well G tablespoon dried oregano dried herbs to cook in fresh herbs to finish hey a teaspoon of salt chili yes you like chili put lawton if you don't like chili leave it out but then it wouldn't be a chilly at the minute a teaspoon of ground coriander yeah to see you too a lot very well you look radiant for the cinnamon and of course the one puts all those flavors will cook into the dish and nothing's wasted and how long you do that for them oh did you if you weren't on the telly if we weren't on the telly about 15 minutes yeah yeah and then you are about 400 mils of beef stop yeah the color tomatoes yeah and two cans of red kidney beans all at the same time now yeah cuz we got all the flavors there there's some seasoning yeah [Music] other beans cuz I always thought keeping these in it but is it that yeah a lotta beans are white cannellini beans it took me it's softer turkey mince no that has to simmer now for an hour after all the liquids boiled down yeah still on the one pot and what you do in is you've just intensified all of those flavors yeah my taking the water out of the and what are you doing here dark chocolate always in a Mexican chili you finish off with a dark chocolate this has been grated so sprinkle out with chocolate and honestly use bitter chocolate you know it's not gonna why well because it's slightly savory sweet but if slightly slavery and it just adds another level of flavor to it's not necessarily because that we've had that before it's not necessarily a chocolatey flavor this just mommy isn't we brought my sin pure cocoa you know solids you know from from Mexico and that's great it's so bitter really know we surmount this this is a nut sauce oh I see so you put that on yes what cheese isn't yours nacho cheese nacho cheese yeah that's one of Harry's all of it yeah we've not finished yet because we used to go macro fishing off a nuclear power station at Sellafield they were really big before you gonna say that we talked about one-pot wonders a matter of seconds man you've got have you got album coming out well it depends what you listen to it three times it's three CDs it's Sam it's just loads of rock classics that you want to derived yeah it's Tunes we love what's it called you take him Harry break this road trip of course it is oh my goodness what do we think oh that's got bright flavor it's good isn't it really has but that's the one pot for you yes I'm sorry yeah less washing up thank you very much indeed right thanks for hairy biker's for all the recipe details just have a look at our this morning app you
